BEST MANICURE AND PEDICURE IN BOWLING GREENIt was the best decision to go there for manicure, pedicure . Girls are very professional and friendly :) Finally my feet looks perfect. Manicure is amazing, girls took care of everything, my cuticles, the shape of nails, the lenght, painting was also PERFECT. I was relaxed and satisfied. I highly recommend this place for everyone and Ill definitely come back !

I originally came here to get a dip manicure and a pedicure and my boyfriend get a mani pedi. We’re getting our pedicures done first and the lady is getting my water ready and it’s way to hot. So she puts a little cold water in so it’s not hot. They’re super busy so they do my bfs pedi before mine (which is fine). His pedi takes a little while so my water gets cold and I politely ask her if she can warm my water. She gets a horrible attitude with me and says that she added cold water earlier so that it’s not too hot now you want to add hot water…and then she shrugs her shoulders at me and continues on to do my bfs pedi. I ask her again if she can add hot water and she shrugs her shoulders again. So I’m sitting waiting on my turn with freezing cold water.Then the lady comes to do my pedi and asks me what color I want. Mind u, when we came in they took us straight to the back to sit in the chair. They didn’t give us time to pick which color we wanted so I just sat in the chair. Anyways, after she asks me what color I want, I tell her that I didn’t pick a color and she says “wow”. At this point I’m fed up. I ended up just getting clear and me and my bf are getting our manicures somewhere else. This lady had a horrible attitude for absolutely no reason and I did not appreciate it.

Kwong is awesome, he did an amazing job on my pedi and full set. His calf massage during pedi was incredible and Ive been a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years.

I cannot say enough great things about Vanna Nails. The staff are friendly and welcoming from the time you enter the doors until you leave. We have gone to several salons that was not friendly. . They do a perfect job on our pedicures and are always professional and caring. During the pandemic we have no concerns visiting the Salon. They have enacted procedures that keep staff and clients safe. The email confirmations and reminder are appreciated. best nail salon in town .

I love this place! My nails always look amazing

I really enjoy coming to this salon. It is about a 30 minute drive from where I live but it is worth the drive! I have had my gel manicures done by every technician at the shop and they have all turned out great. This salon is clean and the staff are friendly:o) I never write reviews but they deserve it! Keep up the great work!

One of the worst places I have been to. Every single nail is a different length. I asked for stiletto and I got oval, after requesting stiletto three different times. I am going to another salon tomorrow to have them removed.

I hate to get bad reviews but, I was not very satisfied with my visit at this salon. I had gotten a simple design just a :) on each hand in two different colors. not only were they quite disrespectful but they also cheated me out of 20 bucks. they saw an opportunity and took advantage of me. I was not satisfied at all.

Best nail salon in townIve waited a couple of weeks to write this review. Typically when I get my nails done at other nail salons my nails only last about a week before they start to lift or chip off (I always get gel manicure and regular pedicure). This place is amazing. Ive had the same mani/padi for two weeks and it still looks great! the pedicure was the best one I ever had. My feet still feel soft and look great.

Nails were very bulky, not natural looking at all. They seemed either rushed, or they just didnt care. sure, they got us in, in a timely manner.... but the quality just wasnt there. Didnt shave off from under the nail, so the acrylic was all lumpy under neath and on the sides. On top of that, by my calculations from their pricing chart on the wall, I was over charged by like $30! Probably wont be back.

I am new to Bowling Green and decided to get my nails done before Valentines Day on Saturday the 13th, I called before I went to make sure they werent too busy and Vanna told me what time to come. I showed up and the whole shop was packed which it stayed packed the whole 45 mins she spent on my nails. I came home and literally just relaxed for the day, that evening when my fiancee got home, he pointed out that my nails looked like they needed to be filled already after I just paid over $50 dollars for a fresh full set. I was very upset, I called Vannas the very next day, 2/14 and they are closed on Sundays, I left a very polite message explaining I understood they were really busy and sometimes things get overlooked however, I was a paying customer that deserved the same level of service everyone else got. I left my number and asked if she would just fix my nails before my engagement pictures so the picture of our rings on our hands didnt looked like I hadnt had a fill in weeks but it is not Wednesday and still havent gotten a call back. Very disappointing

Vanna was exceptional. She done an amazing job on my nails. The atmosphere is very welcoming and calm.

I asked Vanna for a square french manicure at my finger tips. I got half inch ovals. The white tips were crooked and way too thick. My nail beds were not taken care of at all and there are chips of other nail colors under the polish. Never again.

I’ve had these in total for about a month and got them filled in about a week ago. Still beautiful! I love them and Vanna is the sweetest lady!

I originally found her, because someone did such a terrible job at a different salon, she not only fixed it, but she did such an amazing job, she earned a customer for life. I went a week ago this past Thursday, the next day I had to go back because one had chipped,,,the man redone it and said it wasnt dry.Now today another one has completely lost all the paint,,just peeled right off.I have been here before and got just french tips and they were fine,,but I am 100% unsatisfied with my service this time. And for the price you would think they would be better.

I have experienced every nail salon in Bowling Green, KY, and this is by far the best place to come to receive a pedicure and manicure that will last.

Rude, unprofessional staff. After paying our bill, we noticed a brush bristle stuck in the SNS and asked the manicurist to fix that nail. She claimed she didn’t see it and argued with us about it. It’s a simple 3-minute fix to one nail. After some back and forth, she agreed to redo it and then argued about which color it was. Once the color was decided to be correct, she bitterly began to redo the nail. She aggressively took to the finger with the drill and nicked the nail bed. It began bleeding and she called my teenager a “baby”. For a 15% tip on an expensive service, there should have been no question if the customer isn’t satisfied. I wish I could retract the tip. We are new to the area and will never return to this salon.

Very unprofessional establishment! Upon arrival we agreed upon a price for Full set & pedicure with design and the technician changed the price. She completed the pedicure with design, but didnt do the design on the Full Set, but some how felt justified in charging me for it. I mean, what is the point of getting a design if its not on finger nails 💅?She was more concerned about other customers entering the salon instead of the one in front of her paying $87 for services. I came in due to the good reviews & referral from an acquaintance, but received quite the opposite. Moreover, my toe nail was clipped so much it started to bleed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS. NAIL SALON BECAUSE THE WORK WAS SLOPPY, RUSHED, & SIMPLY INCOMPLETE!!!

When I say I will never, I mean never visit this salon again. Nails lumpy, polish clumpy, heels of feet worse than when I came in and of course the nail tech can’t see what I see. I should have donated that $80 because for the quality of service I got I could have done myself in my bathroom.

Vanna is amazing and every time I leave I leave with beautiful nails and feet!!! She is the best in bowling green!!! Great customer service and always a smile and warm greeting when you walk in!!!!
