10 out of 10!Crystal Nails and Spa are the new and improved nail salon thats now located taken over wher Foxy Nails used to be on Campbell Lane.I had been a customer of Foxy Nails for several years but Crystal Nails has gone above and beyond with not only aesthetically pleasing renovations as well as the available products, pleasant staff, 15% off Services currently as well as a job above and beyond. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I did the classic let me take a Pinterest photo into this nail salon and for the first time in life I left with exactly what I came for. The picture that I took of my finish nails look identical to the Pinterest photo I brought for inspiration. These people are fantastic and even before the 15% discount, I assure you a fresh set of acrylic nails (ombre at that) was much cheaper than those offered by the previous owners. Not only that but they are up-to-date with their equipment and variety of different products and services but theyre also so nice and the vibe reflects the countless improvements. Get ready to be shocked by the REAL photos posted below! My nails have found their new forever home 💜

Got in right away and he done a great job!! Good prices too! Took away a star, they didn’t stay on like they have before.

Both of my sisters have gone here on two separate occasions, and they have both been made super uncomfortable by the older man doing their nails. He said some inappropriate things, and I do not recommend this place!!!!

Ive been going to Foxy Nails for the past 3 years and they definitely do the best job in Bowling Green. They are friendly and professional. My nails dont lift and I get lots of compliments. The pedicures are done well and they always have the most current products. Would highly recommend!

I will never go back here ever again. I went in asking for navy blue acrylic almond shaped nails. I told the guy that worked there 3 different times that I wanted almond shaped nails and that I did not want them to be very long. The only thing that was right is the color and that’s because I picked it out. I left there with navy blue coffin nails. My nails are also lumpy, uneven on my fingers, there’s nail polish stuck to the sides of my fingers, the shape is completely different than what I asked for and they’re entirely too long. I was the only person in there and they rushed me, the guy that made the shape of the nail decided he didn’t want to finish the job so he had another girl in there paint my nails. Not only did she paint my nails but she painted my fingers too and managed to get some nail polish under my actual nail. I’ve never been so upset with an experience and I promise I will never be back there again.

Not a very good nail salon. . Much better options in BG. Very expensive and cut corners. Charge for every little thing and mediocre at best.

This place was probably the worst nail salon I have ever been in in my entire life. I’ve had my nails done routinely every month for at least 15 years. I can admit I am very picky to say the least but these people were rude and hateful my cuticles are cut and bleeding they’re not filed correctly they are angled to the left when I explain to the gentleman that they were straight he threw the nail file At me and said then do them yourself. At this point I was livid. I am a professional and had clients and potential future clients around me. I asked to go ahead and pay and leave. When I paid he charge me five dollars more than what he was quoted and I left without my nails even being finished...I paid $30 for bleeding cut cuticles crooked acrylic slapped on my fingernails and super glued nails to my top of my finger. What ever you do do not go to this horrible place.

I went in after only being open a couple hours, the place was empty, they rushed me anyway. Less than a week later one of my nails came off. I re did it myself. Less than a week and a half later, I lost another one. So I decided to remove them all. It took me about two minutes. Literally the worst nails I’ve ever had. Walmart glue on nails last me three times longer than paying $40 for nails that didn’t even last a week. Amazingly disappointing and won’t be returning.

The man was not fully invested and doing my nails. All of my nails were awkwardly shaped and he nicked me with a drill and file until I bled on most of my fingers.

I was a walk in client, and I have just moved to Bowling green. I found them online and decided to give it a shot. If youre looking for a place thats going to give you what you want for little fuss then this is the place! I had a pedicure and a full set of acrylics done in a little over an hour. They have a fast and efficient system which is my favorite kind of place. The owner is hilarious and everyone was very kind. I highly recommend this nail salon!!********Update. I went back for a pedicure and a fill. The pedicure was amazing! My feet were so soft after, and the polish was applied beautifully, hands down one of the best pedicures! Sadly the fill was so hellacious I will not be returning. I needed a single nail replaced because it was peeling up from the side. It was replaced no issue. But the filing was so horrendously crooked, two separate people filed one hand apiece and they were not even close to matching. My right hand was perfect, my left hand was a hot mess. I wanted to cry because my thumb and pointer finger nails were SO crooked and I had them remove the nail (the thumb was the one that needed to be replaced from the beginning) and after the filing it was STILL crooked. I just had them leave it because my thumb was already sore. But the worst part by far was the quick and rough handling of the electric file. The man cut my pointer finger so badly that it was bleeding profusely and even after a week I still have a deep gouge in my finger. My nails were crooked, my finger was bleeding, and I had been there two hours at that point. If it werent for the amazing pedicure I would not have paid for the service. It was very disappointing because I loved this salon, but it seems like very patchy customer service at best. I will not be returning.

They did my nails while I was getting a pedicure, so I was twisted to each side . Very uncomfortable! I have some welling in my ankles and VERY tender. I told her that and she kept grabbing them hard. Very painful. I WILL NOT BE BACK! nice people but obviously she couldnt understand at all!

Very relaxing atmosphere. The staff was SO kind and sweet. My little girl and I came for mani and pedis and we were very happy with our experience. We will definitely be back.

After getting a full set I noticed that most of my nails were shaped weird. Super nice people, so I went back to get one nail fix and it looked absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointed

Worst place ever, do not go. Bumpy, cracked, and the nail polish comes off quickly. The staff is friendly, but don’t know how to do their job. Don’t waste your time or money there. Very disappointed.

Rude, not friendly and nails turned yellow. One came off 1 day after I got done. Dont recommend at all!!!!!!

The guy is very flirty and strange.

I went there for prom and they messed up my nails horribly and when I told them I didn’t want to pay full price because I was unsatisfied they yelled at me. Then when I got home I called to complain that one had cracked and I was coming back in to get it redone and they told me I had to pay for it. Worst place. Don’t go
