This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I had Helen and she did not listen to anything I wanted. To start off she asked if I wanted my nails cut down and I had told her no then she continued to cut and file them down short enough to where the skin under my nails are showing past my nail. To continue I had asked for the color c1 and she gave me a completely different color than what I wanted. Also none of my nails are the same length and every nail is filed unevenly. I will not be back and wish I could get a refund. Would not recommend. I paid $42 to walk out and cry.

I’ve been going to Paul from the beginning when he opened his salon. He and Daniel take care of my nails while several, Cindy, Sally and others take care of my feet. Everyone is nice and friendly and I know most by their first names and they know me. They do a beautiful job, know exactly what I want and need. They are like family.

Super nails always does an amazing job! I was going to a place before them and my nails would always crack within a week of getting the dip done. Now my nails always look amazing when I leave there. And they stay looking amazing until I go back!! All of their staff always does a great job no matter who I get it. Love this place!

If you want beautiful nails go to super nails. See Paul. He does an excellent job and hes very gentle. The deluxe pedi is amazing and the massage chairs are great. Not sure why a pedi and an acrylic fill in cost me what it did but it was worth it. I guess maybe because I got shellac polish idk. But Ill be going back .

They need a price board to let u know how much things r. And when u ask price in different nail styles they should know wat they r. And dont take people walking in b4 serving people already there first.

Got my nails done today and Im absolutely in love with them! Im not a picky person at all so I ended up with flames instead of the plain line design I originally asked for i am so happy they asked me if i wanted flames insted I couldnt be happier. Got my nails done at Super Nail for the first time today and was VERY impressed. Jenny did an ANC removal, reapply and a pedicure for me. She was fabulous!!! The shape of the ANC was perfect and they were the perfect thickness (sturdy, but very very natural looking). She also did a great job with my French pedicure. It was easy to make an appointment and they got me in quickly. The inside of the salon was clean and didn’t have a nail polish smell. They had lots of options for colors also. I will definitely return!! I’ve tried a lot of nail salons in the area and this is by far the best place I’ve gone to!! Thank you Paul for my beautiful nails!!

I was recommended coming here by a coworker after a few failed attempts at other nearby places. I am newer to the BG area. She was spot on ! My experience was good and Daniel did an A+ job . I will be returning for sure.

I wasnt satisfied that the guy working on my nails stopped to have a conversation with someone about a iPhone. When it came down to pay my cost was $47 so I asked what was the price of full set. I didnt get anything extra he didnt ask if I wanted acrylic or solar . He just used solar and charged extra for gel polish. I feel that all these details should be stated before they start service on your nails and you can choose what you would like. I will not be going back .

They got one thing right, super. Definitely means super fast. 15 minute pedicure. Ridiculous. Shape is not good. Ladies doing my family and I’s toes were rude and completely rushed the entire thing. WILL NOT be returning.

I asked for a long, brown tip acrylics. They did not I repeat did not turn out how I wanted, looked nothing like the picture at all. They did not give me the length or shape I asked for and then tried to argue with me about it when I asked for them to fix it. I asked for my money back or if I could get a free set and give them a second chance. They refused to give me my money back. So I went to the nail bar on Campbell lane and I HIGHLY recommended KEVIN. He soaked my nails off and gave me an amazing set of nails that I love for a great price. I will post before and after pictures.

The man could not do my nails as I requested in the picture. He said it would take too long and cost more($60). And the other choice would only cost $45 including the design and length. Once he was almost done and about to paint them he then said it will cost $55 because he forgot to add the length and design in the price (which was a lie). I had to constantly tell him the length was not the same on each hand and the owner had to tell him as well. This was my first time coming but I doubt I will be going back. My nails are nice though.

Great work but they make you tip in cash (or a check if you don’t have cash) which is very inconvenient. The first time I went there I didn’t have cash or check, the lady who did my nails made me ask around to see if anyone had cash I could borrow to tip her. At that point, I feel like it would’ve been so much easier just to add it to my card.

It doesn’t deserve 1 star. We had 5 pedicures - in & out in 17 minutes. We only had 1 coat of polish & not even over the whole nail. Staff was very rude & talked to each other the entire time instead of the costumers... Everything was so rushed.

I go there regularly for manicure (dip). The people are always kind. And they do a wonderful job!!! Paul (the owner) is great! And seems so appreciative to me the customer. Great customer service! The place is always clean. A very relaxing atmosphere.

2nd and absolute last time I’ve been. Owner used a file that already had dust on it. So it was already used. (Hello nail fungus) he was extremely rough and cut my fingers to pieces. He would not make conversation. Usually I give somewhere a couple chances but this last experience was an absolute disaster! Not only that, it ended up costing me $70!!

These people are outrageous made me and a pregnant woman wait outside when theres chairs inside which they can sanitize if theyre that scared of un cleaness which we are clean i shower and sanitized before so they shouldnt of done that and secondly getting your nails done should be relaxing this was very painful and i left with smudgy nails .

Horrible service....my daughter went in to get a manicure. Mine was a basic manicure because I dont normally do manicures because of my work, and my daughter was getting a shellac manicure with a design on her nails. We were told they could do the design that she showed them. The lady that was doing my manicure was not paying attention; kept looking at the front. I told her when I sat down I wanted my nails trimmed and rounded out. She didnt do it, kept looking at the front of the salon. Didnt really get a manicure at all and my color which is really pretty looks horrible because it does not completely cover my nails and were not filed down and had rough edges. She told me she was done and to go sit under the light to dry...never asked if they were ok or if I liked them. My daughters manicure was not really better because when it came time to do the design she wanted that she was told they could do was informed by the lady doing her nails she couldnt do it. 2 other ladies working there came to look at the picture and finally one of the other workers was able to do it but not exactly like she wanted it. Never asked her if they were what she wanted and ok. Just said you are done. They were rushing us through our entire service and made me pay before we were done. I can do my nails way better than what I got today. If you are looking for a place to get your nails done this is not the place. There are other salons in BG that will take care of you.

I had the worst experience at super nails. I made an appointment for 2:30, and had to wait for over 30 minutes as walk-ins were seated before me. When I asked for the price difference between regular acrylics and shellac acrylics, I was not informed. during the prepping process, the machine went to far into my cuticle and caused me to bleed, and my entire nail bed is now swollen because of it. I got charged $50 with no remorse at all. The entire time, I was handled roughly, and as if the woman just wanted to get my nails over with. Very disappointed.

I had the worst manicure ever. Sally typically waits on me and she was not working. I came home and had to file down my own nails and clip the skin on the side. Could have saved my money.

Sally is the best! I think everyone needs to learn different languages so you can know if someone is talking about u or not!

I made an apt for 6pm. Nearly 645pm and I was still sitting outside. I knocked on the door to come in and after finally sitting down, they took another 25 minutes. I never even got my nails done. Appointments are not honored

My family of 4 plus a child where in and out after only 15 minutes. Only one coat of polish was put on. Uneven nail length and very unprofessional staff. Hardly spoke to us, rushed every aspect of the pedicure.

Very friendly, no pressure for services. Fast service was a great experience. Will be back.

I initially went to this location because it was recommended to me by several people. My first 2 visits went by alright. The 3rd recent visit I had help me to realize I will not be going back. I went in at 7pm for a fill-in and they closed at 8pm. I chose a regular polish not shellac. They kept trying to convince me to switch and I declined. Everyone started shutting down and cleaning which I didnt mind but they kept pressuring me to switch to shellac. I declined a couple more times and finally the younger guy came by complaining about me not choosing shellac. He was very rude about it. They have done well on my nails each time but I dont like ppl being overly pushy or being rushed. I initially gave in to getting shellac so I could hurry up and leave. They may have won but also lost a customer in the process.

I love this place, Ive gone multiple times and taken friend and family that have come to visit. Good service and great prices, plus my nails always look great when I leave!

Got my nails done here 2 weeks ago and they are already falling apart, very unfortunate that i paid $50 for them to barely even last 2 weeks. I also work a desk job so Im not rough on them whatsoever.

Update: I went back and got a Deluxe pedicure with plain old nail polish today. Tom was the name of the gentleman who did it for me. I was very pleased with his work. Ill let you know how they hold up!I got the powder nail color. Its supposed to last 3 weeks, mine chipped before the first week was up. Went in with my bestie and they just stopped in the middle of doing her nails to handle another customer and then cut her nails much shorter than she asked. Ive been here 3 different times, over the span of several years, and have been disappointed every time...

Went in for a pedicure and asked the lady to cut my nails as short as possible and she didnt. She left unpainted spots on my nails. The manager (who is rude to you the minute you walk in) makes the girls time themselves so they arent concerned with giving you a satisfactory experience, only that they are moving fast enough that they can get people out the door quickly. When I went to pay I told her to charge my card an extra five dollars for her tip and she insisted that I give her cash. I told her I didnt carry cash and she insisted again that I give her cash. I told her I didnt have cash and she frowned at me and walked away.

This was probably the best Nail Salon Ive ever been to the people were very nice and they took theyre time.

The lady who did my nails wanted me to do solar which I had no intention of doing so I asked her how much to matte my nails and she told me so I told her can do just acrylic powder and matte instead of solar but she did not listen to me so I ended up paying more than I wanted to. Do not think I’ll be back especially to fix my broken nail.

I dont think I would ever come back here they left my nails crooked. They couldnt do the simplest design I wanted and they left them thin I dont like them thin I like it nice and thick. Only good thing about it is that they didnt cut my real nails. I wouldnt recommend coming here and the people there arent nice they got after my kids over nothing and talk bad about me and my kids.

Was the worst nail experience of my life. I sat down in the chair for a pedicure and automatically wanted to leave, and should have. They were so rude and pushy...and couldnt except the fact that I wanted the basic pedicure. They half assed the whole appointment and did not do a single thing successfully. The entire point of going was to feel great when I left. My nails look clumpy and messy, and to top it off they asked me to pay before I even sat down to have my nails dry. If you want a relaxing and positive experience, I would definitely take your business elsewhere.

I went in at 5:45 i wanted for a hr just for service i wasn’t mad about the wait time it was fine so finally the lady come to paint my toes and is keeps asking why don’t i do a pedicure it better for you i politely tell her no color change please so she rush there that then the lady that sits behind Paul on the righ “second seat” does my nails she keeps pushing that i do a solar set instead of just the pink powder as usual i like it plain and natural looking she stars my nails and a small conversation she proceeds to ask what shape i tell her”VERYSQUARE” so after looking at the shape of all my nails they aren’t all the same so i say something the nail in my finger are lifting she like no it’s going to be ok it won’t lift so she gets upset Brian i stayed to her she brining my nail with the drill she then fixes her Mouth to say “ YOU AMERICANS ARE COMPLICATED” i immediately state to her that she’s just rude and if it wasn’t for us Americans wanting nails they would have much of a business ....FAST FORWARD ITS MOTHERS DAY AN THE TWO NAILS I STATED WOULD COME OFF ARE OFF IM PISSED WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!! Ppl go else where they are really rude I’ll be calling in the morning

I only go to get pedicures, I got the same thing three times there, each time they charged more than the previous time! Service was okay, but I was very unhappy with the prices changing despite them being clearly listed in the menu!

They dont even deserve a star. Terrible service. They dont care about their customers. Went to get an American Gel manicure, left with a messed up French manicure. None of my nails were shaped the same. There were black hairs in my polish, the white strip wasnt connected all the way, the white strips were also very uneven and were crooked. WORST MANICURE IVE EVER HAD. It was pitiful. I paid $35 for an awful experience. Then, I called to let them know how ugly and pitiful my nails were, told me to come back and they would fix it. I just left, without them being fixed because it was wasting his time. I was a paying unsatisfied customer, and he called me a waste of time. NEVER GO THERE. Its a waste of your time and money.
