This place came pretty well recommended and I’m not disappointed with the work itself but not crazy about the salon. While it is definitely beautiful I felt like there should’ve been a lot more color choices and the staff were pretty impatient about getting everyone to make choices and go here and go there even though there weren’t a lot of people there. I ended up waiting in between getting things done even though I had called and made an appointment. The color choices were disappointing in my opinion as they did not have any of the colors I had wanted. I felt like the staff viewed me as an annoyance especially when I wasn’t happy with the color choices for my nails. I find it frustrating when I can’t communicate with the staff. It is a nice place and better than the other places I have been. The prices were fair and I May come back.

Yesterday I had my first experience at Nail Bar and I was very impressed. They were friendly and efficient. When I got home, I decided my acrylic nails were too long. I went back today to see if they could shorten them. Without question, they did and were very quick. They also didn’t charge me extra today. Highly recommend and I will be back :)

I called for an appointment and they set me up in less than an hours notice. Super clean and friendly. I recently moved to BG and had an ombre acrylic done on my nails from a place back at home and no one in BG would touch them because they were not done by them. But Kevin at Nail Bar filled my nails with out an issue and have to say they look better now after he filled them! Thank you so much!

We did need an apt but starting June 8th is back to walk-ins ava. Very clean. Wonderful customer service. Prices is good for the pedicure I received. I thought the last did a great job. Not overly busy and loud but you could tell busy enough and consistent that other people enjoy come here too.

This review is completely based on my personal experience with The Nail Bar on July 12, 2020. I’m from out of town visiting fam and originally went to another salon called Glam nails and spa and had a terrible nail job. It didn’t even last two weeks since I had it done on June 30, 2020. Now, I went to this establishment (The Nail Bar) to have my messed up nails fixed cause I was leaving BG in couple of days and you know, no one wants to go anywhere with eff’d up nails.Ok so I called and a man answer and basically just said “Nail Bar” and I was taken back from that lack of customer service from the get go, now I’m not mad just a little put off by it and even laughed. Anyways, made an appointment and was told to come between 1:30pm to 2:30pm. I arrived at 2pm and they were like “huh” but they got me in, no problem. Ok, cool.Sat with Sophia and she was great. I asked her for prices and showed pictures since I’ve already spent so much on the other nail salon, I didn’t want to spend anymore than necessary but still wanted my nails presentable.Sophia did an amazing job with the shape, length and the smoothness from the cuticle to the nail it’s not like a huge bump or the nail job is thick. Fuxking fabulous. I told her I didn’t want the white nails to be marbled, more scary, I told her. Lol, she did way above my expectations. Total appraisal cost of my nail is $80 which is fine, she did amazing. My only thing about it is that the dude who answered the phone when I called was the manager, lol. Rude in person and on the phone but no biggie, I just want the end result. I’m only putting 4 stars at this moment. I would definitely come back next time I’m in town but I want to try more of their intricate design from the other nail techs.Sorry it’s too long but overall experience was great.

Great service at a reasonable price.

I have been going here for years, Lincoln always takes his time doing my nails and I never feel rushed, I even bring my almost 6month old with me (single mom here) and never have any issues. This place is amazing and family friendly, every time someone compliments my nails I always tell them to go see Lincoln.

Only person i would recommend here is Kevin he did an amazing job with my nails. Had a couple bad experiences with the other nail technicians.

The massage chairs are amazing while you are soaking your feet and getting that pedicure!!! The colorful, see through bubble wall that separates the Mani side from the pedi side is just the relaxing trick I needed to complement the classic rock music...The first time I went was absolutely amazing, and I was very pleased with the results. However, the last time I had a different person doing my nails, and he rushed through, Im assuming because it was close to closing time. Even tho I had an appointment... He left chunks of the nail goo all around my nails, and the gel polish literally peeled off the next day... I wasnt doing anything crazy or messing with chemicals either... My boyfriend, who paid for my Mani, was livid... I just repainted them myself... It wasnt worth going back and being that person... But I wont be going back at all... They said it was only $24 over the phone when I made the appointment, to get Dillons, trimmed, and painted black... It came to $40+ a tip...

I have been going here since they first opened. I get my nails dipped by Sophia and she does a Wonderful job!! Everyone is friendly and the place is very clean.

I had Helen do my manicure and it was amazing! Definitely will be going to her next time. 10/10.

The owner was not nice at all. He doesn’t know how to talk to customer, very RUDE!!He don’t even listen to what I asked him to do for me. I asked him to do shellac and he did regular nail polish and when I told him why he did regular he said because shellac is expensive!! Very weird person. Not recommended at all

I had a pedicure that was less than a week old and I asked them to fix a nail that had chipped and because I couldnt tell them who the technician was they told me they wouldnt do it again if I came back and didnt know who had performed the service. I found this highly unprofessional since I am a frequent client and have had everyone there complete services for me. The manager tried to tell me that the person who told me that does not speak English and didnt know what he was saying… But he most certainly understood what he was saying and it was quite intentional and rude. I wont be back.

Great place! Im from out of state and chose this place based on reviews and location to my hotel. I was a walk-in and had no problem being seen! I had a girl do my pedi and a man for my mani. Both were great and very nice! I enjoyed my experience and thought they had great prices! If Im ever in the area again I will be back! Such a pretty and clean salon! I really was impressed!😊

I was in town for the holidays so I was trying out places to get a new set. I saw pretty good reviews for this salon but when I actually had gone in was a complete waste of my time and money. I waited for over an hour to get my nails done. The set was an original solar full set where the price was listed as $25, the lady who did my nails was rude. Plain rude, she charged me $40 on a regular solar full set with regular polish. She filed into my nails twice and cut my cuticles while she drilled to the point where I bled. The painting was thick to the point where bubbles were forming, the top coat had a hint of black polish, and she didn’t paint the whole nails. After mentioning them, she didn’t bother taking it off but instead added an extra two coats to the three coats she had already applied. Underneath my fingernails are full of the chemicals that she has used, and it would not come off. I would not recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional and the work is not worth the money. I am someone who gets new sets every three weeks so I don’t mind paying and this has been the WORST place I have gotten my nails done at.

Ive been to many nail salons in Bowling Green and this is hands down to be the best one. Very clean and relaxing environment. They have a large selection of latest colors. Ive been here a few times and they took time to make sure my nails look good and pay attention to details.

This is by far one of the best places I have ever been when it comes to getting my nails done. The place impressed me as soon as I walked through the doors, it’s super clean and calming and never really had a too awful of a wait even when it was crowded. The people are also very kind and will hold a conversation about anything if you want to. For some reason in other nail salons when they worked on my nails when they ground down my nails to do acrylic they would do it till I bled and every time I felt like I was going to faint, I would lose my hearing and go extremely cold and pale . This place on the other hand has never made me bleed nor hurt me. I highly recommend coming to the Nail bar and I know several of my friends do as well since we talk about this place all the time.

Youll never want to go anywhere else, again! This place is TOP NOTCH! Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and fantastic nail services. I always get dip powder on my natural nails and Sophia does an AMAZING job. They look awesome and last for 3+ weeks! I chipped one after a week and when I went in to get it repaired, they fixed it free of charge AND polished the rest of my nails so they all had that just done sheen. Lincoln does a pedicure that is to die for. Seriously - the Organic Cucumber Cashmere - HEAVEN!

My girlfriend had an appointment but waited for an hour only to be told that her person didn’t come in and she wouldn’t be able to get anything done. Then asked when can she get them done to be told “we booked” by a very very rude little man. Horrible business with horrible people working in it. They will treat you terrible

I called and scheduled an appointment for a new set of nails. I asked for almond shaped nails with marble (I showed him a picture) on two nails. The man doing my nails said he could do it. Not only were the nails shaped horribly, but when it came time to do the marble he got angry with me, saying he didn’t know I wanted marble and he couldn’t do it in the color I wanted, he could only do marble in black on white (??) and I just wanted blue on white. He stormed off and another nail tech came to do the marble design, which was 3/5 stars at best. I paid $105 total including a pedicure that was $25. Worst part is I didn’t use my credit card so I can’t dispute the charge, and I won’t be back in the country for a few days. I usually don’t write poor reviews like this, but the experience was uniquely bad compared to any nail salon I’ve been to. Who gets angry at their clients like that? So unprofessional.

Finally, a nail salon in Bowling Green that I am really happy with. Went in to get a fill, with jacked up nails courtesy of another salon. My nail tech fixed the wreckage and I left with a great looking set of acrylics. Will definitely be back

I called and made an appointment about 10 minutes before i came in. I got shellac on my fingernails and they look great. It was very quick and good prices. Mine was $20 for just my nails

I am new to the area and needed a place that could do powder dip French tip ombré. The lady who did my nails did an excellent job! My pedicure was also amazing! Will definitely make this my go to place.

I was impressed with the salon. However I will not be a patron The gentleman Andres is rude,I asked if they take walk ins he said yes. I was there in 5 minutes. I was rudely told to pick a color, ignored me when I did, then his female technician proceeded to take walk ins after me, not serving me at all. The ladies they took before me looked shocked because they saw me waiting. I felt they didn’t want my money so I went to Modern Nail. They made me feel welcomed. I dropped a nice tip for the experience. I understand this is a new place, but if they continue to treat people like that they won’t be in business long. very sad because it was a very nice salon. Read his reply. He insults me again. People work hard for their money. If you have a sign in sheet you should use it. I commented how I felt you did not want me in your store as that is the way you made me feel, simple. You will never grow your business with responses like the one you gave me! BTW The ladies in the hair salon I was at read your reply and agreed it was rude.
