I wish the old reviews would be deleted (most of the one star reviews). They have had a change in ownership a couple of years ago. Tammy and her team are fantastic! They have renovated the place and it is beautiful. They always do a great job. They are more competitively priced than other places in town.

I have used this salon three times now and will go here from now on. They don’t rush through the process but spend time and do it right. Very polite and sensitive to me, and I feel very pampered and cared for. I highly recommend them.

Ming was so thorough and meticulous. He listened to me and did a beautiful job. I rebooked before I left. There is one younger woman who speaks perfect English, which is a huge plus. I also like the fact that they gently remove the old shellac without further damaging my nails. Very clean and calm environment!! I’m sold!!

Mr.Tim did my pedicure and he did such a nice job. Very thorough. Nice manners as well. I’m very pleased and I will be back. I’m new to the area so I’ve been on the search for a new nail salon and I’ve grown fond of this one 👍

They dont do uv gel tips of fills. Im allergic to acrylic and advised the gentleman of this, he kept asking me if I wanted acrylic nails... he was polite and everyone was nice.

My nails were not prepped properly and I developed a fungus under my acrylics. Lots of air bubbles in the finished product. Nails were all different lengths. Started having lifting after a few days. My daughters nails started popping off that evening. Took her back and had them redone and they started coming off again after 2 days. My youngest daughter had a regular manicure but her polish looked like she did it. There wasnt even a second coat. Not worth the amount of money I spent.

Highly, highly recommend! Price is fair for the service you receive and they pay attention so much to detail! Can’t recommend enough!

This place is trash. The nail techs that work there are un-trained and if the manager is not there no one does their job right. Very unproffessional and not enough nail techs working. They renovated recently but the service is still terrible and needs work. Dont waste your money here!

The nail polish was horrible and the man doing tge work was very rude.

Mr. Tim was rushing way too fast and cut around my fingers a couple of times. Didn’t properly file into the shape I wanted. So no I will never be going back there. If you are going to own a salon worry about the time and actually doing the nails the right way. I hate when people rush on acrylic nails. Horrible service also.

Got a pedicure with my sisters. man was really rough with my toes and didn’t file them very well. also charged my 10 year old sister as an adult.

1st time here got fill in and painted toes..They got me right in and did a great job

Absolutely love this place! I am not from the area but I am very happy I stumbled upon this nail place! The lady who did my nails was very thorough, took her time and did a fantastic job! And not to mention, they have the most comfortable chairs!

Went in for pedicure. The pedicure itself wasn’t bad. Went in on Monday afternoon so they weren’t busy. I decided to treat myself to a paraffin wax pedi. I was the only client in the salon. I hadn’t much more than got my feet soaking in the bowl when one of the guys that had been lounging in one of the pedicure chairs started singing (very poorly)to himself. It was loud enough you could hear it over the tv that was up too loud to begin with. This continued throughout the whole pedicure. Between the singing and the tv I was getting a headache and finally spoke up to the lady giving me a pedicure. I told her I wanted to change to the fastest pedicure possible and told her why. She just giggled. I also asked her what the managers name was and she wouldn’t answer me. This is a really silly reason to be losing business!!

Easily a 5 star facility. Tam and Anna are the best! I love going in to get my nails done. The work is super high quality and they make you fee like family! I have referred all my family and friends and I recommend you do the same!

I used to go to this salon all the time a couple years ago. Then I stopped getting my nails done. Decided I wanted to get a new set of solar nails and was going to go back to the same place. It was pure torture. Im going to have scabs all around 6 of my brand new nails. Its going to be very attractive.

Tammy is the best! She is patient and does such a thorough job on my cuticles. My shellac polish is still on after 4 weeks, although I know I should come sooner, sometimes I just can’t make it in. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Salon is clean, neat and remodeled. I bring my 89 yo father to Tammy every six weeks for his pedicure. He loves Tammy and she is so patient and kind with him. Would recommend this salon to everyone!

I had a horrible experience with another salon and went to Nail Express to see if they could help. They fixed my nails and cleaned up the horrid mess the other salon made. The place was clean and bright and everyone was so friendly and attentive. I would recommend this salon to anyone and I will be using them as my forever nail salon. Thank you guys!!

I have been going to Nails Express since they opened and love their services and their friendly ambience! I followed Tim and Tammy from their former salon so its been quite a few years of excellent service that I have enjoyed!

What is sad is, they have a great rating but when i went i had a lady do my full set of acrylics. I asked for coffin shapped and the shape started out nice but the pinky nail was so small. The nails are flat and mind you i got them done 3 days ago and 3 have popped of. clean! The place is beautiful but i wish they could have not drilled them so much and filed them lkke crazy!

The wait was under 3 minutes! We needed that bc we had another deadline to get to. The pedicure was awesome. This was our first visit and it was very refreshing!

I just went there yesterday and they were amazing... Very professional. Very attending to customers needs. Clean. Bright smiles. They gave me egg rolls because its almost Thanksgiving. And I love my nails. They gave me great advice on colors and what last longer....all in general I love the experience in the shop it was great and I will return.

This salon is so clean and has a fresh atmosphere. New paint and sparkling floors were a welcome sight as soon as I walked in. I was looking at reviews of places to go and saw the most positive ones for here. So, I decided to try it out. Best choice. I like it better than the nail salon on fairview avenue. They pay m ore attention to detail and are very good at what they do. I will go back to them next time I need nail service.

I had a bad experience at a nail salon in my hometown back in the spring. I was told about nails express in bg... I went and have loved it ever since! Great customer service, and all around great place!

It was my first time coming and first impressions mean SO MUCH to me. First, I was told that the color was going to be good(probably because I’m African American) idk. Second, we had to do three(3) coats and never have I ever had to do three(3) coats anywhere else I’ve gone. Third, when they did get painted the whole nail wasn’t covered and left the bottom white so you could still see part of my nail. Last, it’s been a week and my nail polish(shallac) is chipping. I have never had an experience with my polish chipping before two week. I’m PISSED‼️ And I will NEVER be back there and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Sorry NOT sorry!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I took my girlfriend and my 4 year old niece to get their nails painted and the guy that was going to do her nails refused to do hers because she started to cry thinking she would be by herself after I explained to her she was fine and the guy still refused service. He threw his hand in my face when we walked up to do hers. Unprofessional and very highly rude. Don’t know how they make business happen or run.

It was disgusting. My family and I did not have a good experience there. A couple of days later my feet became dry and my aunt has a rash all over her legs. My mother had very dirty water with dead skin from the costumer before her. They completely forgot about her and took another costumer that came in 15+ min after us. There was no disinfecting spot for their Utensils and they were not new ones either. They were very rude and the only thing my mother got from them was “sorry this was not fun for you.” I do not recommend going there. If you are looking for a good manicure and/or pedicure you should go somewhere else or do it yourself.

They blamed my son for the pedicure bowl over flowing when my niece herself said the lady forgot to turn it off. I paid 25$ per KID for a pedicure that they could’ve done themselves, their nails had spots where they weren’t polished. The man who did my nails was so aggressive when moving my arm around that he slammed my hand on the counter and smudged my nail and got mad at me for it! I wanted round nails and got sqround. Are they square are they round? I dont even know. My polish job was a complete fluke. Two of my nails didnt even get a top coat. It looks like a child painted them. And my nails looked a mess underneath them, still shavings from him filing them. I spent $115 there and i left completely unhappy and very upset.

Such a great job on my fill. They were thorough and did exactly what I asked. I would totally recommend this salon to anyone.

Drilled off my cuticles, most painful experience Ive ever had with a nail shop. Not even a week after my nails got done they started breaking off. Paid $50 for acrylic nails that were long. Way overpriced for the outcome.

My nails are crooked the paint messed up before I even left and they had to fix it twice. The coffin nails I asked for don’t even look like coffin nails. I will not go back.

My nails looked beautiful. However, the woman working cut me with the grinder in five places, blood was coming out pretty bad. Still hurts :(

Horrible service and very dirty nail salon. Sat me in a chair with foot sink of dirty water from previous customer and then forgot about me. Took another customer that came in 15+ minutes after me. All I got from manager was sorry you didn’t have fun.

Tim did an awesome job with my manicure and pedicure.

It was my first time there and my family and i went as a group and the water in one of the areas was so dirty and they just didnt care or offer to put our family memeber in another chair. Over all wont go back.

I got a full set done then 2 fill ins and had no problem and I get my fill ins religiously. When I went to get my 3rd fill in today I got charged $40. I had a broken nail and got the shellac but this was outrageous to get charged $40 for that. I will not be going back, at least for a while.

Read before going because they are no good.

I got acrylic nails there. I had them for 3 weeks. I got them filled once. I took them off yesterday and 3 of my nails have fungus on them. I would avoid this place.
