I have been coming to Nail Trix for over three years and Connie is my stylist. Connie is very professional and is up to date on the latest trends. Connie also continues to educate herself on advancements on nail care. I have never had an issue with the health of my nails. If you want Connie, better call to make an appointment because she is in high demand. Even my two teenage daughters have Connie do their nails. She is excellent!!!

Quick service, but that’s the ONLY good thing I can say! My full set which was “supposedly” coffin shaped, was absolutely horrible. I don’t know what shape this is.. She fixed it twice and I just gave up afterwards. Polish barely on.. Paid extra for long, and these nails are SHORT. They better cherish that $60 because I will never come back.

Connie is Amazing! This was my first time here and she was very welcoming and made me feel as if she already knew me. She made sure I liked everything about my nails before she proceeded to each step. I will return! Thank you Connie I love my nails!!!

I used to frequently go to this location for pedicures, and always had great experiences. I have since moved to Arundel Co and hadnt been in a while. I was in the area and decided to stop in during a Mother/Daugther day. There were hardly any nail techs in the salon, so the services my daugther and I recieved were done by one person. My daugther clearly stated she wanted Almond shaped nails, and was given Coffin, and restated what she wanted multiple times before getting what she asked for. She clearly simply asked for black polish, and was repeatedly asked if she wanted her nails painted white. I clearly told the young lady, I wanted pale pink neutral dip polish, I was given something glittery. Neither of us had our cuticles cleaned, etc on ourhands. They tried to tell me it would $5 more for my daugthers pedicure because she had on Gel polish, which she did not. My pedicure consisted of my feet in luke warm water, no whirlpool, no remote for the massage chair, no massage, no warm towel, no lotion, etc. I desperately wanted to support the shop in the center, but that is that last OVERPRICED dime they get from me. Overall a bad experience, neither of us got a full manicure or pedicure experience, after being there for 3 hours.

Ms. Connie is the best!!! She does great gel nails and eyebrows. My pedicure was from someone else but it came out great. She painted my ties though. Very professional.

I was visiting and didnt get my nails done before i traveled so i heard about Connie and thought i would have her do my nails - well not happy at all - i guess i expected her to be more friendly - she complained about the sparkle on my nails and said it wasnt coming off quick enough -which i never have this problem where i live - she filed my long nails down - Cause she thought that was best 😒🥴 while filing the top of my nails she was very rough my finger was burning- - i will never go back there again- thats what i get for cheating on my manicurist back home 😶😜

I asked to just get my toes designed and they wanted to charge me $30 and $6 for the design. I said no so they took the $6 off. So its $30 for a trim and toes design not even a full pedicure.

My boyfriend and I came to do our feet for the first time, we really liked the good customer service. Connie and Helen were so good,. Very nice place, clean, smells good, and did not have to wait no more than 5 minutes to get my pedicure.

Terrible, I got my nails done yesterday and it looks like I need a fill in already. The nail polish isn’t even on my nail for real. I did see connie and my nails look terrible.

The service I received was rushed and unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, the manicurist Kim or Connie, I’m quite certain she gave me a fraudulent name, rushed me along with my manicure. Then, when I had gone back to not only get the polish taken off but also get a refund, the manicurist told me that that couldn’t happen; however, that policy isn’t written anywhere. Overall, I will not be returning to this nail salon and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My advice, don’t waste your time nor money.

I live near the town center so this is my go-to salon. I’ve had basic and deluxe pedicures; regular, gel, and acrylic manicures; eyebrow, lip, chin waxing. I’ve shown pictures of specific colors/designs and have had them pick colors for me. I’ve always left very satisfied. All the staff are very accommodating. Connie is great!

Took my teenage daughter here for a set of acrylics and the nails were misshapen, looked like they needed a fill and there was zero customer service. They will never get our business again. Had to go to another nail place to fix what they did so wrong. Luxury nail spa fixed fixed what this place couldnt or wouldnt do in the first place.

My experience at this salon was great. Connie did an AMAZING job, however, two days after my service, I had to get two of my nails repainted because of the gel chipping off and it has been less than two weeks and a nail has already broke and another one is cracked. Other than that, this salon is pretty good.

Quick service. The only thing I didnt like was that they didnt do a good job on my feet and the paint peeled off of my fingers within 4 days.

I’ve come to this establish five times and have had a delightful experience each time. This last time Connie did my pedicure. I’m always indecisive about my nail color. Connie was so patient and showed such great customer service. She’s the bomb-diggity!!! I’ll definitely continue to come here but will be sure to ask for her every time!!

Connie was absolutely fabulous! Not only is she personable, she is very professional and good at her art. I got a fill, pedicure and eyebrow waxing. I came in with a less than stellar nail polish job so Connie explained to me what may have gone wrong at the other salon. I will definitely be back.

I have been to this Salon on several occasions, and Im PLEASED with the service. HENRY usually does an excellent job on my nail and feet. When hes not available, CONNIE, the manager steps in and does the job in a timely manner. The Salon is cozy and the staff is WARM and FRIENDLY. My eyebrows never looked better when CINDY shapes them. Connie is an excellent nail technician. I hadnt been there in a while but when I do she takes great care of my feet (pedicure). She is hilarious, funny and great to talk with. She makes me feel right at home with excellent service.

This is my third pedicure here. All have been consistently wonderful. I am very picky about my pedicures because this is the only thing I really splurge on as a treat to myself. I live 40 minutes away and always get a pedicure here when Im in the area. Very clean, very professional salon. The lady that has done my pedicure every time Ive been here takes great pride in her work and always makes my feet look great.

Loved this place until yesterday when the technician did an absolutely horrible job on my daughters feet (I have photos) and the manager expected me to pay for it and trust that she will redo it in the future. I would have been okay if she offered that at first but her initial offer was to redo it at no charge. Then she called back (she was not in the store & she had the young receptionist coordinate with me) to change the offer to want me to pay in full and she never relented. Instead of paying with my card I pulled cash out of their own ATM machine left $40 on the desk and with sadness left the establishment, never to return. However, Steve was awesome and I told him if he changes locations I will visit him again.

This is the best nail salon I’ve come across. My nails look great every time. Connie is really nice and does a great job on my nails.

Connie has been doing my nails for few months. I generally request the gel nails. I am so pleased, I now only ask for her to take care of my nails. She is also pleasant and flexible and has shared general nail care for my nails.

Worse place EVER! Connie does not know what she is doing. She had gel on the skin on the sides of the nail. There was no definition between the nail, sides and cuticle. The paint job was sloppy and not painted to the edges. AWFUL. She got very upset, because I complained and went off on me. I asked to have the full set removed from both of my daughters nails because it looked so bad and she refused. She then took a nail clipper and clipped off the long part of the nail leaving it jagged and told us to get out. I refused to leave with my daughters nails in that condition, because it was necessary to visit another salon to have the gel removed. They came in w/ natural nails, no tips, gel, etc. In the end, she told me to kiss her $#@! and walked off to the back. I threatened to call the police, because the situation was out of hand. Two other techs stepped in and removed the gel from both daughters nails and apologized for her behavior and the poor job they received. Do not waste your money!

I have tried almost every tye of nail application and after a few weeks they would have to be removed. Until i tried the S and S! This is the only thing that has not cause any damage to my nails. No odor during the process, just a simple polish then a dip into a powder, then repeat. My nails are healthy an strong. Please try this.

I just finished getting my nails done at this salon. It was my first time..last min decision. Not too far from my house. After reading the great reviews; I decided to give it a try. Well, I did not like my experience at all. I felt rushed. I wanted to get a new acrylic overlay on my nails and the man who did my nails tells me, you need a refill. Umm. Sir..I know that.. its why Im here! Then he tells me I can get it done next time. Sure...Ill go somewhere else to get it done. There was another lady that was rude. The job he did was sub-par based on other salons Ive been to and my regulars. Im noticing there are parts of my nails that were not fully polished, but it will do for now until I visit my nail salon. I will NOT be returning.

Terrible just like the other comments said. Im done with giving this place chances. My pedicure consisted of me soaking forever and then putting polish on. A little oil added to my legs. No hot towel, no leg massage. Just terrible. I get my nails done consistently so Im expecting certain things to occur....like washing my hands after my nails are filed and buffed but the technician told me no you do that at the end (makes no sense). Also she/he attempted to massage my hands at the end of the pedicure with no lotion. Just my dry ass hands. Oh and how could I forget my tech getting up in the middle of my pedicure to go eat while someone took over and she/he returned. If you need your nails done when in that area there is a place around the corner on 301.

Went to Nail Trix against my better judgement but I try to shop/spend locally. First, they charge spa prices with no spa ambiance. Clients are permitted to bring infants, eat food, and talk on cell phones during treatments. Although I would rate the actual pedicure as below average. It passes. Just as I was soaking, prior to the start of the manicure, one of the technicians regulars came in. The tech tried to pass me off to another employee when he saw the look on my face, he walked away. I thought this was extremely unprofessional. She then rushed through my manicure cutting my nails so short that two of my fingers still hurt and its the next day. My cuticles are a mess, she cut the nails but didnt file or smooth the edges. I wear clear polish on my finger nails so its not as if I have high expectation. I just want my cuticles pushed back and trimmed, my nails nicely filed square with rounded edges, and polished without getting the polish on my skin. Wont be going back EVER.

I love getting my SNS nails done here. They have so many colors that would make it even better. Definitely loving the ombré nails!! They are so good at this. Highly recommended!!

The gel on my nails started bubbling after only 5-days. Rush job reflects on the results...very bad looking nails.

This is absolutely the worst establishment Ive ever been to in my life. The manager, a lady gave me the wrong type of full set, powder gel instead of powder acrylic. Then yelled at me angrily when I tried to change it. Worse customer service in history of all nail salons.

I wouldnt go back there,by time i got home my polish was coming off(got gel) and too top is off got my eyebrows done,it dont even look like she did anything. got my lashes done also but once again by time i got home some fell off.i have to go back to where i normally go to get everything fixed correctly.only thing i enjoyed was the pedicure.
