My red before and pink after photos. I called to ask if they were accepting walk-ins and I just ended up scheduling an appointment that same day. The atmosphere was wondering and relalaxing. They take your wrist temperature and everyone wears a mask. I will definitely return for my next appointment!

Never coming back. I walked in at 7:20 pm, Saturday night. The lady asked me if I can come back tomorrow, Sunday. I told her I couldn’t and asked if they’re open, because they supposedly close at 8:00 pm Saturdays. She told me to chose my color and sit down. Something told me to turn around and go home. I should’ve listened to that gut feeling. The shape looks terrible! And she cut me-not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. Every time she cut me she said that I need to come in earlier Saturday nights. Again, I walked in at 7:20 pm and they supposedly close at 8:00 pm. She was done by 8:15 pm. Never again.

Never coming back! I made an appointment a week ago with Henry for today at 5:45. I show up at 5:15 and the lady at the front desk tells me that Henry isn’t there. And the next appointment they have is after I leave on vacation. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning.

He did just average on my basic mani BUT didnt even use warm water to soak my nails nor did I get a hot towel or lotion massage or lotion period *HARDER eye roll eye roll!** Idk... Id stick to the women in the shop if u go.

Terrible service they talked about us really bad in there language I paid over $100.00 for two pedicure and gave them each $7.00 tips they were terrible made us feel very uncomfortable I will NEVER go back here ever again. Our technician were - TAMM (Thann Dang) and Lucy (Thu Nga Duong) they talked very bad in there language about us.

I went in after work to get a pedicure ... Asked for a regular pedicure & asked the price, she said $33 ... kept trying to do extra stuff when I kept saying I just wanted a regular pedicure .. she didnt put the color I wanted 591 in gel to be specific, she kept talking about my nails being to short which didnt matter bc thats the color I wanted, once she was done she was trying to charge me $53 bc she said gel was extra & other stuff ... I said but I asked since the beginning & nothing was said they ended up discounting $5 bc they knew they was wrong ... they talked in they language about the situation which is RUDE bc they speak english & could have said what they said in a language thats understood by everyone. NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK!!!! PLACE NOT RECOMMENDED!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went here and the nail guy was so careless and he messed up my nails alot. I didnt even get the color I wanted he didnt do the right glitter and the nails are uneven there is remnant of what he should have filed under my nails he didnt let me go under the blue light after the second coating and when it snugged all alober all he did was use acetone and redid the matte I hated this experience.

Im not new to Nail Trix. Been going off and on for 6 years. Theyre not the best but they are consistently average. Each visit something annoys me. I enjoyed my experience with Lee and would request him. The pedicure was relaxing and he smoothed out all the rough spots. I also got a manicure. My only pause here was the price of $16. Once the pedicure was done, I moved to his station and received a brief nail soak in warm water, nail shape and polish. That was not worth $16 for manicure service.

Very nice ladies and very careful about distancing and masks

Lucy came in 1 hour before opening yo accommodate my elderly parents. Temps were checked, hands washed, masks and gloves were worn and chair and equipment was sanitized. We had a worry-free experience.

Lucy and Annie were awesome! Such great people and talented professionals that really know what they are doing when it comes to nail health. My husband and I will be returning.

I love Connie. Shes fun loving. Her personality is so cheerful. She does a good job on your nails. Shes professional and prompt. My daughter, whose picky, turned me on to her. She loves how she does nails. Its a nice place to be.

My long time nail tech Belina, is the reason that I frequent Nail Trix. Location is easily accessible, the salon is spacious. Busy on the weekends, so book ahead or go during the week. Ask for Belina- she is the best!

Whatever you do stay away from Kim!!! Rush job!!! Both her and I think one of the managers did not want to listen to me when I was trying to describe what I wanted and kept pushing for another thing. She filed my nails so close to my skin it was burning. The water for my pedicure was extremely hot. Too hot that I know she did not check it before she asked me to step in. Then kept asking me to put my foot back in when I was telling her it was still too hot!!!!!!!I paid $115 for the worst Mani-Pedi ever. I mean at least have the patience to listen to what your customers want. Patients it’s KEY that none of them seem to have. “Thank you come again” no more like NO THANK you 🗣 NEXT!!!”Side Note: if you are in any type of service industry and you make your money off of Tips one of your main criteria for the job IS to listen!!!!!!

Came here for the first time over the weekend when my regular shop was crowded. Huan (I am not sure how you spell it) did an AMAZING job! I am EXTREMELY picky about my nails and she not only did a great job, but gave suggestions about how to care for my nails for the next session. My only qualm was with the customer service. There was very little communication with the customers in the shop and from what I gathered there were beverages/snacks available for customers but maybe 2-3 customers in the approximately 2 hours I was there. I will return because she did a great job, I just hope the overall customer service in the shop improves.

Ive come a couple times only because theyre so close to me..but I am always disappointed. The nail polish always finished with air bubbles, they are extremely pricey for minor things (e.x:shaping nails) the nails do not last up to a month (hopefully youll get up to 2 weeks) there are few range of colors, they are stingy on their project (reason why it does not last long) and are very stubborn as far as customer service. I refuse to come back. Do not waste up to 60 dollars for a short lasting basic set.

LISTEN. DO NOT get your nails done here. I work in a customer service industry and they by far have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They also lack nail skills but they charge very high. If you are charging on average $100 for fell full set and gel pedicure it better look like $100 work, in my opinion. Here you will get sub-par nail painting, your nails won’t last long, and also nail injuries. I have no issue paying good money for great service and work but this place isn’t even worth $1. While the place is clean the work you get is poor. The only person that was descent there (Kevin) has left. The receptionist is nice but the techs and manager are not nice and are unwilling to accommodate you for their mistakes. I’ve never been more disappointed in a nail place before. By far the worst nail place I’ve been in the world. The customers with the low star reviews are telling the truth honestly. I wish I saw their reviews before going. When majority is saying the same thing you think they would listen and make changes. I’ve never even made a review for any business but this place needs one for their outstanding bad service. Enter at your own PERIL!!

I have tried a number of salons. Thi is fantastic, knows her product and is very professional. The Salon is well maintained, always a great experience, I always leave very satisfied. Highly recommend!!! Terri

Good selection of polishes. Facility feels new and well maintained. Hygiene practices could be better, but pretty decent overall. I appreciated that the tech explained every step she was taking to me.

I frequent this nail salon, however theyre VERY pushy about certain services even after declining, which can come off as insulting sometimes. Prices are decent. Certain employees are good for certain services. Make sure if youre getting a pedi that the older lady with dark hair doesnt do it. Shes very rough and has little sympathy. But this shop is very convenient.

My husband and I came to get pedicures.My husband had Kim who seemed inexperienced started using a fingernail file between his toes and proceeded to cut the nails down past the natural base leaving ferry sore.. she stepped away on numerous occasions even for appro. 10 minutes so the hot towels got very cold. My experience with Tammy was mediocre and the trips purpose to have relaxation was defeated..I would not personal opinion recommend this nail salon.

I have been going to Nail Trix for at least 10 years and the staff treats me well every time I have an appointment. Quyen is an excellent manager and amazing manicurist.

Disclaimer ***Go to Nail Village Nail Bar!!!!!!!***If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Came with a friend to get an SNS mani. Upon entering there was no one at the front desk. Didn’t even get greeted by the nail techs that were working at the stations nearby the entrance. Friend and I waited about 10mins for the reception to even return and let known there were new customers waiting.The place looked empty so friend and I thought we would be seen in another 10-15 mins but waited another 20mins. After waiting to be seen they finally took my friend and I back. No introductions they just signaled us where to sit and the nail tech disappeared for 15mins...also they didn’t even sit us together. After another nail tech asked me to sit in another seat where I waited another 10 mins...Finally a tech came and began drilling off the top coat of the SNS dipping powder, which is unusual as nail techs at other places simply soaked my nails in acetone to remove the powder. The lady removing the the dipping powder was extremely rough to the point where it was actually painful to my nails...after she was done of course I had to soak my hands in acetone to completely remove the rest of the dipping powder.My friend is finally seen by a nail tech at this point while I’m stilling waiting. About 20mins later a nail tech shows up and asks me to sit at her station. Then disappeared...and I waited another 10mins...she returns and looks at my nail and was like “oh it’s not done” and disappears for another 15mins conjugating in the back with fellow workers...the lady then returns and looks at my nails again...and still says it’s not done...so I waited... From my past experience using dipping powder I never had to wait this long!!! Ever!!!! usually in 15-18 mins at most the nail tech would have it completely removed.Furthermore, The nail tech took back a customer who came in after my friend and I, got upset bc she had been waiting to be seen for about an 1hr 1/2. But the receptionist lied and told a worker she came in before my friend and I (I overheard). So the lady who was suppose to be my nail tech simply without asking rolled my chair aside at another station and began working on that lady’s nails...there I waited 35-40 mins. I was waiting so long to the point my fingers began to shrivel up and the acetone made my fingers feel weird and kinda numb. So I began rubbing off the SNS myself. A nail tech near by came by and look to see if it was done as she attended to her customer.At this point my friend is pretty much finished getting her nails done. I looked over at my nail tech and she’s still not close to finishing up that customers nails. Based on my friends response to how her nail tech (Kim) did I decided not get my nails done at this place. The workers including my nail tech didn’t even seem to care that I was upset and leaving without getting my nails done. Let me mention they were even trying to charge me full price for removing the SNS dipping powder.All in all!! Just a warning! To everyone do Not come here if you want to be pampered and relaxed. Beautiful place! But the customer service is the worse!! No organization! Long wait!! Not walk-in friendly!!! The worse in all the nail salons I’ve ever been to!!! Kim was rushing on my friends and accidentally cut one of her fingers! Her nails weren’t even shaped similarly!!!I highly recommend Nail Village Nail Bar!! I went to this salon to receive a gel manicure. The technician was talking to her coworker the entire time. Because of her conversation she paused so many times to turn and talk.My nails started peeling about 5 days later. By the 7th day all of the polish had peeled off. Unfortunately, I was out of town and could not return to the salon right away. When I did return to the area I stopped by the salon to discuss the issue. Gel manicures should last 14-21 days and should not peel off in that manner. Needless to say the nail tech named QUYEN was rude. She walked away from me in the middle of our conversation. I demanded that she return. She made no apologizes, said that she couldnt do anything about it and suggested that next time I try the powder or something to that nature which was NEVER offered to me at my original appointment. Not once did she apologize for my experience. She also refused to look in the sign in book to verify my original appointment.Being a customer I would have appreciated an apology for my experience and at least a discount to return for another service. I did not receive any of those things therefore, I will never return to this facility. Wish I could give zero stars.

I went in for a pedicure. The technician was quiet and gentle but she cut my great toe nails back so short that they now hurt and look painful. I will never return.

Update(06/2017): Most of the old technicians are gone. The new crew is no good. Ive tried at least 4 different people. Sucks b/c its so close to where i live. Finding a new salon.1 year ago: Clean, convenient. One or two of the employees are good, T and the angry little one with lighter hair. The others are marginal at best. Never let Tammy touch you. Terrible mani and pedi skills.

The place is good. But the man who did my manicure is horrible and unprofessional. He is lazy i guess. I wanted to do matt nail paint and after applied the first coat he didn’t even dried my nail and he applied the nail color and did the same things again. Then he put my finger in front of a small fan . But the other employees were using nail polish dryer machine. He told me to keep my hand in front of the fan and told me to keep my hand 5 mins there. And i did. But after 1 hours it didn’t dried and my all my nail polish went off. He finished my manicure and nail within 6/7 min. Disgusting employee. He looks like Korean and he said he is from Boston. But other employees look good and professional. So i just want you guys know who are planning to go there don’t go to that man

As much as I dislike this place, I have come to it on occasion because of the convenience which is probably why many who live in or around Fairwood come to it, but this last time of my fingers being brutally cut and bleeding was the last straw.- Every time I come Im never offered anything to drink, I have to ask.- I had two nail techs cut my finger more than once in the same sitting yet not offer anything off and still expect a tip- Ive expressed to be gentle around my cuticle area yet it doesnt happen- The work never lasts. My assumption is that theyre mixing too much acitone to polishes to save money or just using bad products in general- It overall is just an awful exeprience not nearly worth the price- Stop wasting your money for bad service. When youre paying a price you expect good and quality service. People think just because its in a certain area youd get better service, but you dont and I can longer support such a bad place no matter how much in a rush I am. Ill go bare chipped nails before I go back rhere.They have what seems to be one good person who has a bob cut and is the manager. Ive seen her work and what looked like to be a good job and adheres to whatever you ask. I cant remember her name but she sits in the front right by the reception desk. If shes there, you usually see her running things.

Went in with a friend to get a Mani/Pedi with gel on both nails and toes. Nail techs were extremely lazy and unbothered.. The tech that worked on my friend seemed uninterested in working at all. He left my friend to take a 20 min call and smoke break without any explanation. They do not bother to look at your feet as they scrub the soles of your feet. When I actually to the pumice from the tech and begun scrubbing my feet they actually told me it would cost me $5 more! I was floored! They charged for gel removal for both hands and feet. I usually am charged $70 for the same services elsewhere. I was charged $93. Worst nail salon experience. Future customers you are warned. HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Wish theres an option for zero stars

Clean and new looking place. they greet you nicely. The only good colors are in GEL polish I guess thats there way of saying get Gel polish and pay more!! To me that is just money hungry. NEVER have Tammy work on your nails! shes horrible couldnt even get simple french manicure right

They open at 9; I get here at 9:03. The receptionist says I have to wait 10 mins for a technician. Then another patron comes in, who doesnt have an appointment (bc I asked) and the receptionist leaves her post to attend to her!!!!!! I asked why I was being skipped, she said bc my lady was on her way!! Sooooo unprofessional!!!

Im an above the knee amputee, hence I only have one foot. They wanted to charge me full price for a pettecure. Needlessly to say I rode my scooter right out of there....
