The results were good. I had a pedicure and manicure. However, I was concerned that the instruments used were not sterilized. The nail file has been used. The dust on it was still there. The nail tweezer and clipping tools were already out. Since the shop had just opened, I expected it to be pristine. Also, I prefer to have the sterilized tools taken out of a packet in front of me. My choice.

I have been coming here for 2 years! Unfortunately I will not be back. This was my fav place to get pedicures. I went in today, all of a sudden the menu was changed, I didn’t get my usual. The prices went up and then I had to sit at the front for 15 mins downloading another new money app because they don’t take cash app anymore. Just not a pleasant visit. And my feet were not even done well. I paid $55 for this!

Howie and Q are the best there!!!! Both are very professional and show great hospitality. I drive 1hr just to come here! I will NOT go anywhere else!

They have an online booking service that starts at 9am. I booked early due to an event I had later. They did not open till 10am but it was a lady inside the store at 845am who took a client and said she had an appointment which blows my mind when I also had an appointment. I spoke with the manager John via his cell phone and he apologized and said he would call me back. He never called back. I went back at 10am when they opened and John basically told me he had no one available to do my work and made it out that I was wrong for not knowing there time they opened. Its enough nail places in the area to deal with a company who refuses to take accountability for their actions. In addition I did ask for a discount since they had me out so early. Any kind of accommodation since I couldnt be done on my requested time and that they had no one to service me when they opened. He stated go somewhere else if I didnt like how they do business.

I went and while Jenny was nice, I left with SNS and some of my nails were uneven. I pointed it out to her and she said that because my natural nail wasn’t straight, that my manicure wasn’t. I asked why she couldn’t file it straight and she said that if I wanted a straight across nail, I should have gotten acrylics. She also left the edges rough even though I asked for them to be rounded off. To top it off, she asked if I wanted my eyebrows done and I said no, because I get them done at my hair salon and trust my hair stylist with my eyebrows, and she said “Well you need your eyebrows done.” Lastly, I gave her my card to pay and they only take Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo. I called before coming and sat through the whole appointment and was never told that, so paying took forever as I had to download an app to pay. I have never in my life not tipped at a nail salon or any sort of business, but I left without tipping and I won’t be back.

Terrible service. I went in and asked for Q, waited 25+ plus minutes, just for him to tell me he didn’t know I was waiting for him because no one relayed the message. So I was serviced by the next available nail tech, Anna (the one who asked me how I could be helped when I first arrived but failed to tell Q I was waiting for him) and she did a mediocre job on my nails. I got a fill in and two nails broke that same day. When I returned to get the nails fixed 2 days later, someone else assisted me and did a poorly rushed job. They applied one coat of polish before moving on to someone else. They also are not clear with their pricing—on two separate occasions they charged me a different price than I was told upon entering. NEVER returning. This place is trash, avoid wasting your time and money.

We recently moved to Maryland and decided to try and find a good nail salon. I am giving them a 1 star it not clean, expensive and nail work is not good at all. They weren’t rude but weren’t to welcoming. Even my daughter told me that the gentleman doing here nails was rushing. I was scratched pinched and burned with hot towel. They charged me 100 for me and 50 for my daughter 9. I get it she is small and it’s hard to put nail polish on but if your going to charge me that much do a better job.We will not be returning and don’t recommend it to anyone.

Horrible. Me and my mom when to get nails and a pedicure done. They were very unprofessional and talked loudly the whole time. Not even a week later my mom’s “gel” nails started cracking off. If your looking to come here, please go anywhere else.

Ive been here twice, so has my mom, and on both occasions we used different people and still loved the service.This last time I worked with Natalie, she was so sweet and my nails looked amazing. Ive been getting S&S for a long time, but this is the best work Ive seen. :-)

If I could give zero stars I would, but I am forced to give a star that this business does not deserve. Walked in and was placed immediately to a table and my fingers soaked in acetone for 45 minutes before I asked how much longer it would be before I would be helped. 10 minutes later someone finally came over. I had simply asked for a removal and polish, however after waiting now almost an hour of sitting in acetone, I changed my mind and said just finish and no polish. These images are after three times washing and SCRUBBING my hands. I am appalled that any business would allow there customer to leave looking like this, and to top it all off I was still charged. I am in disbelief. A business that treats their customers, like this is simply unbelievable. I will certainly never be back. I just hope this review may help someone else to decide to go elsewhere -Disappointed

Everyone was really nice. Got a mani/pedi done the day before I had to be in a wedding. Found a color that matched the dress perfectly! Its been almost 2 weeks but the nails held up well.

I have been here before and it felt clean and safe especially in these CoVid times, however this time I did not feel as comfortable. Many people coming in and out workers walking around without their masks on. You may want to think twice before coming here during a pandemic.

I honestly only go here to get my eyebrows done by Q which is the BEST!! But he was out of town and the older woman convinced me to have Lee do my eyebrows. She wasn’t bad with the eyebrows but then she started doing my nails and feet and had the WORSE attitude when I mentioned something I didn’t like. She started tossing things and continuing to work on my nails even though I was talking to her. She just completely ignored me. Even the older woman who looks like she was the owner started defending Lee and completely disregarded how I felt. I definitely will never be returning here again unfortunately. You’re better else somewhere else

This is the second time i’ve went and the nails weren’t even good, and they made me pay $70 for it

While this establishment is nice and the staff are friendly, I would not return to get my nails done. My only service was a manicure and it was awful. It was a rushed job, the nail tech cut 2 of my fingers, destroyed my nail beds, left my nails looking bulky, uneven and not smooth.

Cara did my eyelash extensions and did a beautiful job. Service was fast and the staff is very friendly. This is my go to nail salon for waxing and pedicures.

So they don’t accept credit cards...just cashapp, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, etc. I went on Thursday, August 27 around 5pm and got a gel pedicure. I paid using PayPal since i don’t have cashapp. Well after i paid, i showed them the PayPal receipt and all and waited for 5 min for them to see it. They said something that i thought was like ok or whatever and i left. I’m halfway to my car at the end of the block and the person that did my nails chased me out with mall security talking about i didn’t pay and it didn’t go thru. So i storm back and tell the manager that i pod thru PayPal and he’s like “ohhhh i thought you used cashapp”....They need better Payment management tracking if they gonna do all that and chase someone out especially when i showed multiple times before i left that i paid. Short lived experience. I won’t be back.

Staff is friendly. Especially Amy. I come to this Nail Salon exclusively and I never leave disappointed. My legs are soft, smooth and my feet feel great. Plus my husband is happy he can hang out in Game stop and Barnes & Nobles across the street. This helps because he doesnt have to sit there waiting for me to get done. I also start mommy daughter day here at the salon. I recommend you give them a try.

I have been going to this salon since they opened. They are normally very friendly and welcoming. The best are Q for eyebrows (everyone loves his fun personality) and Howie for nails. Howie does great work and is super professional. The downside is they socialize with each other way too much! A nail tech will completely stop doing a customers nails to be nosy and get involved in another conversation. I didn’t mind this the first time, but after the third, I was beyond annoyed. I was even cut once because she was running her mouth and not paying attention. I complained and they took $5.00 off. For these reasons, I don’t go there as often as I used too...but Howie and Q are amazing and I never had any issues with their service.

Nail technicians are pleasant. They are pretty clean and i never have to wait long.

Unfortunately, I did not like my nails and my pedicure was more like a polish change. They’re very expensive and I don’t mind the cost if I received the service requested. I asked for coffin style nails and got square. No matter how much I asked the tech to make more coffin, he couldn’t get it right. He still charged extra for the coffin style. Also, the paint job on my nails was sloppy. He was nice but couldn’t get my nails and toes right. If I spend $93, I expect the best of the best. On a positive note, The eyebrow Tech, Q, is amazing. I would definitely go back for eyebrows only.

I asked for one of the upgraded pedicure services especially, didnt get it. What I did get was huge, random burning cuts on the tips of 2 of my toes. Basic mani/pedi was $50 plus tips, my fingers have a huge unpainted gap, and my toes? Well... Look at the pic. The massage sucked, when I got up to do my mani I was thinking thats it?Not worth the money, time, and now pain.

I have an appointment at 2pm to get my eyebrows done. I have the confirmation email as well as confirming my appointment last week. I have been sitting outside for 30 minutes trying to contact someone, NO ONE IS ANSWERING! There is a guy inside who completely dismissed me, waved his hand at me, and walked away TWICE without acknowledging me despite the fact I’m trying to talk to him. All I wanted to know is if I’m wasting my time and should go to work, or if I should wait. This is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

They are pretty good. Only problem is they talk to each other lot in their language very loud. Which takes up a lot of the clients time when getting services. Not to be rude but that is how I based my tips I look to see how the nail tech cater to the client. I know when I think of a luxury spa I am looking for a quiet and relaxing place.

I was severely disappointed in this place. It looks nice, has good reviews and people are fairly kind but they are overpriced and are not detail oriented.The man doing my nails was rough and hurt me several times (he accidentally pinched me a few times and lost control of the nail dremmel that hit me).I asked him to fix things he missed and he gave me attitude for it and he still didnt fix them when he went back. He left dirt under the acrylic, and missed peices on the sides.I shopped around the mall after and heard more bad things about this place from other stores.I would go to the other salon Im the same town center. They are more professional and gave better end results.

Even though communication could be better, i am very happy that my sister in law decided to show me this salon! My nails look AMAZING 😊 I had previously only gone there once because I had gone on a trip to Miami, and my nails looked fly too!

I spent 120 on a gel pedicure and gel full set. This is my nails 3 days later. The technician was unfriendly and was on her phone the entire service. Won’t be coming back.

I liked the massage chair while I soaked my feet. However, it was difficult to read the controls on the chair, so I couldnt switch the settings easily.Overall, the pedicure was a great value for the price!

Luxury Spa Nails at Bowie Town Center is nicely decorated and spacious, but has HORRIBLE customer service. I came in for a gel manicure and felt that my nails were rushed. On top of that, they asked me to pay in cash which I could not because I only had my card with me. I handed my card to the man and once he swiped it, threw my card on the counter and muttered something in his language. Extremely rude. There is no sign posted anywhere saying that they only accept cash. There was a woman next to me as well who was confused why they couldnt accept her chip card. Another woman was complaining how streaky her polish was and they seemed very hesitant to fix it. What kind of business treats their customers like this? If youre looking for quality service and a relaxing spa atmosphere, save yourself the trouble and look for another place.

I love luxury spa nails!! I have been coming here for about 1 year and this place is great! Everyone here is very professional, nice & give great customer service. Poor customer service. No one greats you when you walk in and my nail tech was not friendly at all. Pricing is average. Not expensive not cheap. Although my nail tech was not friendly he did do a good job. I like to feel welcomed and relaxed when I get my nails done. This place was not warm at all. But they will get the job done.

Never going back! My nails looks as if I used my left hand to do them and I’m right-handed. The nail tech cut my pinky and didn’t even have something to put on it or try to clean off the blood, just kept bugging away. No! Wish I could give less than 1 star.

After 3 horrible experiences from another shop I decided to shop outside of my area to find a new nail tech. I looked at the reviews of this place and saw that someone left a review for a tech named Cara so I decided to try her out. She was so worth the 20 min drive! She did an amazing job on my full set acrylics. The shaping was perfect and she took her time. No complaints here!!! If you are looking for someone with great attention to detail that knows what theyre doing please go see Cara!

My regular nail tech is tony, he is the only one who can get my coffin shape correct. He is a bit strange, and takes a lot of cigarette breaks but his work is completely worth it. I come every two weeks for a gel fill in my nails are extremely long and i am a bit rough so sometimes they break. He doesn’t charge me extra for repairs, $40 which is reasonable because of my length and it is gel. Tony is absolutely the best in completing my services. 10/10 recommend him.

I have been going to this salon now for a couple of months now and I am really happy with the service. The tech, Ly was really good. She was very attentive. I like the fact that they work on your hands while you are getting a pedicure therefore you dont have to wait long. Pleasant service and I dont mind coming back.

I have multiple cuts on my fingers and my nails look crazy I got one replace which doesn’t match the rest. They charge a lot and they have mostly guys working there and they don’t know what they are doing.I been getting my nails done for 10 years so I know what suppose be done. Don’t go there save your money and go somewhere else.

Lee was amazing. She was thoughtful, she was considerate, andshe gave my hands and massage that loosened up all of the attention I had in them and up my arms and into my neck. Every time I get the chance I will go here.

Had a great experience at this salon, Crystal my nail technician did a great job on my pedicure and took her time. She offered me a glass of wine, which was a plus! She made me feel very relaxed and gave me a real nice extended foot massage! The look of the salon was very modern, airy, and bright. I think I found my go to salon!

DO NOT GO HERE, ABORT THE MISSION!This salon is not my regular nail salon but I needed an acrylic nail fill-in service. Once I got seated at the salon the customer service went downhill from there. The lady who did my nails got up most of the time to go talk to people and perform other tasks. A 25-30 minute service turned into an hour long. It was ridiculous. The next time I went to go get another fill-in service from a salon I was familiar with, the nail tech discovered fungus under my nail. Particularly the nail that I told the last horrible salon to replace because the nail lifted but instead she glued the nail down, which caused fungus to grow. Since I paid for the service and medicine prescriptive from a doctor I wanted compensation of a total of everything, $60. When I complained to the salon the manager, Howard, was giving me a very hard time with a compensation agreement. But once I said I would get my lawyers involved over this mess, they changed their mind and gave me half of the money I asked for. Then they had the AUDACITY to asks for a picture of me so they can hang it at the salon, like a wanted sign because they didnt want me to come back. Well guess what, THIS REVIEW IS GOING EVERYWHERE! I WANT THIS TO BE THE FIRST REVIEW ANYONE EVER SEES ABOUT THIS SALON. THIS MAN WAS ENTIRELY DISRESPECTFUL.

Q does a great job with snatching your eyebrows! And Cara is fabulous with shaping and acrylics, love the service. They are just not always available because they are busy and booked!

I am very satisfied with the salon pedicures and gel manicures! Howie, Abby, Victor, Lori and Ty do great jobs! Q does excellent job on the eyebrows!! All in all this is a very professional and clean atmosphere with perfection to nails!

I came here on a whim. The spa itself is clean and minimalist, which is nice. Not overstimulating. Great polish selection, both traditional and gel. The pedicures are amazing. I got the Bahama Mama pedicure and it was to die for. Abby is a great nail tech. Also, the complimentary champagne was an excellent touch. Ill definitely be back, and soon.Also, a discount card. After five services of $50 or more and you get $10 off your 6th service. Thats pretty awesome.

Nail tech was very rude. She did not speak to me at all. Pick a color must be the new hello.She kept talking loudly in her language to her colleagues. She even stopped filing a few times, turning completely around to talk in full conversations. Too much socializing! As am looking at her work, it shows because it isnt the neatest. She also kept calling me hunny. My name is not hunny.She told me to go get my own towel out of the warmer. They looked dirty. I dont mind but normally it is handed to me. Very unprofessional.I wanted one color and she told the front desk to bring her another one.Salon overall seems clean but if I go back, it wont be with her.

I did not have a good experience at this salon! It may have been the nail tech I got assigned to, Phung, or maybe its just how they run their establishment.Firstly, I dont usually go to nail salons because I find them to be frivolous, since I work in the healthcare field nothing ever lasts or my fingernails and nail extensions arent allowed. But I had the day off so I figured I could treat my self. However, since I rarely go to one Im not familiar with the procedures and there wasnt any consideration for that.When I walked in, 2 people greeted me and asked what service I wanted, I told them a Mani pedi so they had me sign in on their iPad and pointed for me to go to the back. No one told me exactly where to sit and I just stood confused for a bit until they tapped a chair that was ready.The nail tech I was assigned to handed me their very tattered menu and told me to choose. I also want to make a point to say she had a face mask on the ENTIRE time during my service, refused to remove it, but would get annoyed when I couldnt understand what she was saying. I chose the basic package. I had a bit of old nail polish on 2-3 toes so she was trying to convince me to go the next package up just because of nail polish removal. We went back and forth until another nail tech told her to let me do the basic package (first strike).I think from that point on she was just irritated with me. She performed my pedicure VERY roughly, often smacking or throwing my feet into the bucket, and cutting my cuticles to the point of pain at times. When it got to the massage portion I simply told her to stop. She then angrily asked me where the nail polish was that I chose even though I was never given an opportunity to choose a color. Once I did, she breezed through the painting process and pointed me to go sit. I again didnt know where that was so I stood around for a bit until she showed me (second strike).She then tried to convince me to do a full set and I slowly clarified that all I wanted was gel polish, with my natural nail, and a simple nail design. She agreed but it was quite obvious that irritated her as well. The nail cleaning was also rough and she even drew blood while cutting my cuticles but would barely apologize when I would wince in pain. Her coworker sitting next to her apparently noticed something because he also asked if she was okay but she just blew him off. She pointed at me to wash my hands but again I didnt know where I was supposed to do that and was guided down by someone else.Then came the nail polish application which was subpar at best. During that she tapped my foot with hers and I later realized that it messed up the polish on my toes. She attempted to do the very simple design numerous times after telling me it would be $15 extra but FAILED miserably each time. I eventually told her to stop and was just ready to leave at that point!When it came time to pay she kept pointing to the cash app sign but I dont have cash app and told her I wanted to pay with my card only. She again pointed me to the back. Some of her co-workers, one who I assumed was the manager, asked me if I needed help and I told him she told me to go to the back for some reason. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS WOMAN LED ME TO AN ATM BECAUSE SHE WANTED A TIP?!?!?! I WAS LIVID!!!! I stormed back up, paid the $60, and stormed out because I dont like to cause a scene (third strike!!!!).I immediately called the manager to explain what happened and that I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THEIR SALON! He was very apologetic and asked me to come back so he could fix the situation but the damage was already done and I had a busy day ahead of me. I simply told him to have a conversation with her about professionalism and customer curtosy.I would NEVER recommend this salon based on my experience. The quality of the work I received shouldve been free because I couldve done them myself. And the cleanliness of the environment was not ideal either. Customer beware!

Q is great for eyebrows and I’ll return to him it’s sometimes a wait tho . I am usually greeted when I walk in but the service could be better... socializing and talking to one another while servicing a customer isn’t ok, I’d be in there way longer than I need to because the nail tech has to stop doing my nails to socialize and talk to their colleagues and it’s not even worth it because I would leave disappointed. I went there to do acrylic and it came out bulky, not sealed properly not filed properly ... just a disappointment, I paid $50 to have that done I could have done my nails myself if I wanted it to look like that . I thought I’d give them one more chance as the location is convenient But no! Still unhappy so I’ll be looking for another nail salon, I won’t do my nails here again.

I came in on 3/12/16 to get a fill in and one nail fixed and while woman fixed my one nail she offered to do my eye brows, in the mix of talking she never filled my nails in and painted over my white tip acrylics. You can see right through the pink that I have white tips, you can tell I did not get a fill in and they look a complete mess in my opinion. At the end of the services she charged me $19 which Im assuming $10 for eye brow and $9 for nail fix which is NOT what I came there for. I would like to be able to come in and recieve my fill in like I was written down in the books for and not have my nails look like I have Sally Henson press on nails please?

I love Victor . He nails very good. The salon is very clean and nice, ive been coming here a long time. They do eyebrows and waxing good too!

I saw this establishment in Bowie Town Center Mall. My nails looked terrible. Howie recommended SNS nail treatment. I was reluctant to get it. I listened to his advise and loved it. The staff are kind and attentive. This place is clean and everyone is nice and friendly. Most nail shops the tech never talk and are not friendly. I have come three times and will be a lifelong customer. Q does eyebrows and he is great. I almost forgot.... they have free soft drinks or wine to sip while getting your manicure pedicure. Come to luxury spa nails after a long day of shopping at the Mall.Tim is the best at SNS. Love him!!

Jenny is the best! The salon is organized and clean. The staff is professional and courteous. Im here every 2 weeks, and its always an experience I look forward to.

The best service ever!!! Timmy, Howie, and Q always have my nails and brows looking nice. I come every other week and have not been disappointed.

On the evening of January 24th, 2019 I was a walk in client serviced by Lee. I can’t in for a fill in and 4 repairs on cracked nails due to an insufficient job done by a previous nail tech. To begin Lee was very short with me when explaining my needs and aggressive with the manipulation of my hands and nails. Neglected the cut down length I wanted, didn’t repair a nail I requested was weak, put on a brand new tip crooked and continuously asked for me to get gel nails. Within 4 days the nail I said was weak broke while I was on vacation. I will never spend my money here again. Terrible service!

Too awful to repeat. Try another salon not this one. The manager was great, some employees not so much.

Q always does my eyebrows and does a great job. They have hired more staff so they wait is non-existent. Love the color selection! They serve free drinks.

I went here a few weeks ago with my best friend to get pedicures. I give it 2 starts because the staff is friendly. I can’t recall her name but my nail tech cut my nail down to low and my toe is unfortunately infected pretty bad and has been since around a week after my pedicure; she didn’t use a new and clean cuticle cutter either to cut my cuticles and that may have been a part of my toe infection because she cut alongside my toenail with the used cuticle cutter. Also, my nail tech along with my best friends nail tech on about 2 occasions got and chased each other or briefly would horse play in the middle of our session. I’m never against hacking fun at work but in the middle of doing someone’s nails I feel is a little unprofessional. Drying our toes near the front there were ants crawling around the candy they had. So it could be cleaner.
