Was very gentle when taking my acrylics off, not something i have found to be common. didn’t hurt at all and was very considerate, amazing customer service and very good quality work. definitely worth the price! love this place and their staff, will be coming back again.

Had a Mani Pedi before my cousins wedding. She did a fabulous job on both and made sure I liked the shape of my fingernails (I just had a natural manicure, no acrylics). She was very sweet. Excellent customer service here and relaxing atmosphere with classical music and massage chairs. Very easy downtown location. I walked there from the bus station after coming in from DIA on the AB bus.

Just got a mani pedi here. The staff was very sweet and did a great job with with my nails. Very thorough. I was in a bit of a hurry and they did their best to finish everything I wanted in a timely manner.

I went for my first time today (6/20/20) and I had such a great experience! Very careful and neat! I had an ingrown nail and the person who did my pedi was very careful and helped out a lot!

My friend and I stopped in yesterday because it was an easy stop on Pearl. I got a pedicure and gel manicure which totaled $95. I’m used to paying $55 for those services and generally tip about $10. When I requested she add $10 for the tip, the woman who I assume is the owner (?) typed 95 x .2 in the calculator and then turned it around to show me I should be tipping $19!!! It was so rude/shocking I couldn’t help but laugh, I mean, what?! Who does that! I was shocked cause that’s a huge tip considering the services and while I always tip 20% their prices are crazy when surrounding nail salons average $50-$55. I really did like the girl that did my nails, I thought she did a great job. However, I still can’t believe what happened and the price is comparable to a very nice spa without the same experience. The girl was great but I wouldn’t go back.

Its been many months since I had a mani-pedi & waxing due to Coved and I was cautious about going to a salon. While visiting Boulder, I was happy to find a salon where the employees were very very careful. They were quick and professional.

Horrible, went in to get a nail fixed. It looks awful. It’s lumpy and such a poor job. Rude staff. When I asked her to shape it she said that since I am not a regular she can’t do that.

Love this place, they are so nice and friendly. I enjoyed their peaceful music which made the experience relaxing. Great foot massage with my pedicure which is a plus for my experience.Thanks, La Belle Nail Salon for a great first visit.

Purissima pedicure is a spa level experience with attentive staff. Polish lasted 3 weeks. Gel manicure while I relaxed in the massage chair, lasted over 2 weeks. Hospitality & clean work areas. Didnt see prices before I selected my choices, given the location & quality of service figured I would be in for a little more than my usual expense. Worth it.

Such a wonderful, welcoming salon. My mom and I called a dozen salons in Boulder on Easter Sunday and they were the only ones open and available. We walked in five minutes later! Great leg/foot massages with hot stones for pedicures. Great forearm, hand and back massages for manicure! They also called in their manager to rebase my moms acrylics. Went out of their way to accommodate our needs! Strongly recommend!

My young daughter and I went for a manicure and pedicure. They fit us in right away and everyone was extremely friendly. They did a great job.

Is it normal for the customers to be insulted and shamed by the staff of this place? Coming from Paris & Miami, I had never experienced this before. My attorney wants to pursue you for having disrespected me in front of others customers, just because I was letting 16% tip rather than 20% as I was forced to do so. In fact, everybody was in shock of this audacity~~I only had time to do my Mani gel which was already $55. I told the staff I was planning on going back the next morning for my pedi. I was willing to let 16% tip which was already almost $70 just for the hands...crazy!!! And the staff shamed me in front of everybody, insisting for me to let 20% tip. I refused, of course! And I left this place, under the screams and insults of the staff. My heart was beating fast and I could calm down in the coffee shop next door, which sounded familiar with this kind of situation.This was insane!I went to this place at least 8 times in this past year as it was convenient to walk there. The 20% tip had always been obligated and pushed by the owners of this place. Everybody knows it in Boulder apparently. Usually doing mani/pedi, the price at the end looked less shocking. They just run after every customers to collect the tips. The woman who attacked me was an aged woman, one of the owner I believe. And it was on February 18th in the morning. Sad!

I understand it is Boulder Colorado but that was an expensive manicure. When finished, the staff asked why there wasn’t a tip and that we need to tip. I’ve worked in the service industry for years and never had the audacity to force a customer by shaming them into tipping. Would not recommend.

Alright, Lets preface this with the fact that Im a licensed cosmetologist and I dont understand why places like this stay in business. Used nail files not sanitized, barely clean equipment just gross me out. I have to close my eyes and get my nails done and hope I dont get an infection.Now that thats out of the way, the girls did a good job. I got a pedicure and gel polish change. Im super picky and I do like the way my nails look after theyre all done and I dont have a disease :) the girls are also really nice!EDIT. When she was taking off my previous gel polish she was scraping really hard. I asked her nicely to please not break my nail. I had a feeling though... see attached picture after only 2 days.

Best pedi and mani I have ever received. I dont recall the young females name who I received from, but she was such a sweet soul. My polish on my toes and hands still looks like just like I left there and its been over a week. It was such a nurturing and nourishing experience they made me feel quite special. The natural sunlight and the music were so peaceful. As a massage therapist myself I received the best massage out of any nail place ever. On my next visit to CO I will definitely go back.

Best mani/pedi shellac ever! I love this place because there are no tvs blaring just peaceful music, and they give you an amazing foot rub and shoulder massage included in the price! Great location right off Pearl street, and great service. Highly recommend!

Best massage in town. Super clean, super friendly, and awesome job! My mani and pedi last for weeks!Let them know if youre in a hurry because they will give you a wonderful massage and take their time if you dont. I cant recommend enough. Its my happy place.

More like a massage place with a side nail business. They dont offer any typical nail options like acrylics or dip nails.

This was a horrible pedicure. i called ahead to make an appointment, but someone messed up our reservation and we werent on the books for three of us, so they had to race through our pedicures like they just needed to get them done before the next reservation arrived. i had scrapes on my foot because she was so rough and quick. they offered to extend the foot massage they were giving us, for $10 extra each! so rude, so horrible, do not go here, its SUCH a waste of money and its just an unpleasant experience.

Very unimpressed with the manicure. They also don’t have dip manicures. And they tried to charge me $20 to remove 4 nails! I had to negotiate just to get to $10 then paid $55 for a shellac. Only two coats and messy paint job.

Not worth it! I wasn’t going to write a review, but six days after getting a jel manicure, it is failing, because it’s too thick and because the two services were too expensive . Called to get price on mani/ pedi and was quoted $55.00. I didn’t ask about a gel price( my mistake ). Both took a long time so I had to cut them short because of another appointment . I ended up with no polish at all on my toes. Because of that I thought I’d get a break on the price of the pedi.... wrong. The owner charged me $95.00 for both. The gel was $45.00 which is $20.00 more than many other salons and the partial pedicure was $40.00. The owner was greadily interested in the tip as was noted in other people’s reviews. I was generous with the tip because the two nail techs were very nice, but that bothered me. I wanted to like the place but it’s not a good value at all . I’ll never go back .

This place was horrible. I went for them to clean off the gel off of my fingers. The woman started to file the nail polish off.She finished that and said, okay you are done 10$.She ruined my nails!!!

I called today and made an appointment for a pedicure. When I got there they had me wait. After 40 minutes of waiting without my feet soaking the staff asked me to leave because they are closing. As for the quality of the pedicure...who knows I didnt get one.
