I have been going to this salon for a while now and have never been more disappointed. I went in for a gel manicure and turns out the polish they used wasnt working(tried to do a cat eye nail with the magnet) after 2 technicians attempted the polish and couldnt get it to work, i was told its my nails fault and that i need to pick a new color. normally not a big issue, but i had already been their and hour and had to be at work within 30 minutes and didnt have time.. so asked to just have to color taken off because they couldnt do what i was asking for and was being made to feel like it was my fault that their product didnt work.While removing the gel, the technician did it in such a hastily not so careful manner and left my nails and cuticles raw, bleeding, and my nails so thin to the point one ripped.and at the end, i was expected to pay 20$ for my nails being left looking worse and in lots of pain. the manager did not try to right the wrong and i will never recommend this place again and or stop in myself.

Love the staff at Encore Nails! Ive been going here about once a month for the last two years or so. I usually do acrylic with gel polish. The technicians are efficient and precise. Ive never been disappointed in my manicures.

Excellent service! I came in for a regular Mani and it was a nice experience. I had a great time with my tech lady. She was awesome and very nice. She was patient with me and very gentle. We had nice conversation so that was a plus for me because usually some tech dont even talk at all. I had the best time and experience. My nails look so pretty and thank you for the best service!

My sister and I went there yesterday, I asked for an ombre color she said she could do it but she ended up painting them pink, when I asked how many years of a experience she had she said 17 years but yet couldnt do an ombre?! Don’t get me wrong the lady was sweet but I was very unsatisfied with my results, my sister as well did not get what she asked for the lady taking care of her couldnt even do a simple C on her ring finger. Definitely won’t be going back.

Found them online so I want to give it a try. I was greeted very nicely when I walked in so that was a plus! I had the sweetest tech and she did a beautiful job on my nails! Shes very skilled and attentive to detail. We had Very nice conversation and she gave me excellent service. Im so glad I found this pla e and this gonna be my new salon to go

She ran over my finger with the dremel and made it bleed a little. As for the nails I could have done a better job with dollar store nails. Have about the same amount of glue as if I did them myself. She was rushing through it and really not paying attention to what she was doing. Uneven and crooked

This is my favorite nail salon! It is always clean, and they do a fantastic job. I usually get my eyebrows waxed after my pedicure. They get my brows done perfectly without “cheating” with mostly scissors and tweezers. I Love the friendly service too!

It used to be my favorite nail salon and I recommended it to many people but the las three times I went the service wasn’t the best, today I went and the lady left nail polish all over my finger and looks like I did my nails myself. Very disappointed and I do t think ill be back anytime soon.

Worst manicure I have ever gotten. I came in with beautiful long nails with great shape, I just wanted them shortened and new gel put on. Instead, they look like CHILDREN’S nails. They are way too short, not even evenly filed, and VERY CHUNKY polish. I would rather have them completely taken off than have this horrible polish on. Oh, and the nail tech cut my pinky finger and then proceeded to put acetone in the cut and lotion. So now my finger is killing me and my nails look HORRIBLE. NEVER go to this place. If I could’ve given 0 stars, I would’ve.

I had the worst manicure of my life here. The color doesn’t go all the way to the edges, they are lumpy and all different shapes. I wish I hadn’t payed for it. Won’t be going back

They were nice and the salon was clean. I enjoyed the service, but the quality is pretty low. I got my nails done 4 days ago and my toes look fine, but every single one of my fingers is chipped or almost completely scraped off. I didn’t do anything like gardening or work all weekend that would make me expect this much damage. I get my nails done all the time at other salons and I have never had this much trouble, even when the service was cheaper. I wouldn’t go back.

Idk what to say! Have 3 broke nails in less then a week. My nails look awful, they overcharged my friend and kept a $55 credit.They made me get a full set, which I didnt need. My nails were in good shape.Nice people poor quality service.

I used to come in here all the time to get my nails done. But the last time the woman seemed annoyed and very rushed to be doing my nails even though there was only 2 other people in there. I had a shellac manicure and could see there were fibers of hairs left in the polish after it cured. But you couldnt really see them, so I paid and left.Yesterday I went in to get a standard french manicure for my engagement photos coming up. There was one woman working (one client in the whole place) and two others sitting at their stations. The woman in the middle was shoveling popcorn in her mouth, had her headphones in and was watching something on her phone. The woman working elbowed her and asked her to do my nails. With popcorn all over under her station, she removed her headphones, rolled her eyes, wiped popcorn off her face, and told me it would be a minute.She gathered her supplies, started soaking one hand and then immediately started removing cuticles on the dry hand. Ive been having manicures done for 15 years and I know youre never supposed to cut dry cuticles. I was bleeding by the second nail. When she finished with that hand she took the other hand out of the bowl and set the water aside. I asked, Are you not going to soak the other hand? because I was curious what she was doing. She chuckled and said No, it doesnt need it. After my cuticles and filing she asked me to wash my hands. At the sink I could see my cuticle on the hand that was cut dry was bleeding pretty good and all my cuticles looked like someone went over them with a cheese grader. I asked her to clean up a dangling cuticle and she apologized for nicking me. At this point she asked, Do you even want lotion? Im thinking to myself, of course I want lotion and a nice hand massage but I can tell you really dont want to bother. So I said, No, Im good. Ill just grab some at the end.When she started putting the polish on (this was not shellac) she put the base and pink layers on first. When she put the white layer on she cleaned up the shape with a brush and nail polish remover taking off the entire middle section of base and pink coat. By this point its comical what is happening because I have no idea what shes doing or how shes going to fix this.My cuticle is bleeding, I have white tip nails, zero polish in the middle of my nail, and some pink polish left at the base. To my disbelief she reaches for the top coat and starts applying it. I finally stop her and say, You can see you took off all the pink in the middle when you were shaping the white, right? She says Oh, you want me to apply more pink? And reaches for the pink polish.Thats when I finally stood up and said, No, Im good, Im very unhappy with these and Im leaving. I walked out. Ive never walked out of a place without paying before.I wish I could make this stuff up. I would be surprised to hear she had ever taken a single nail tech class. Ill never be back there.

$60 (before tip) for a basic-no frills gel pedicure. Lamest attempt at foot massage and exfoliation I think I’ve ever had. The lady was super rude and seemed like my business was inconvenient to her. There were 2 other people in there, not busy at all. Then, while my nails were drying, she got under my legs to clean the pedicure tub with a dish sponge.

The lady waxing my back was amazing! Very gentle lady. Didnt miss a single hair on my back! My friend said my back was very smooth!

Great quality and service. My gel nails stay on forever without flaw. Everybody is very nice and diligent about their work. The only thing that bothers me is the sometimes loud chat in another language between some of the female staff. It can be grating/give me a headache and work against the relaxation I get by having a mani/pedi. I put up with it though because the finished product and attention to detail is great.

Absolutely horrible! Me and my friend went to this nail salon to get our nails done for my bday! my friend was getting acrylics and i was getting gel nail! They kept adding more money and telling us that its this dollar more to get this shape! Its $5 more because your nails are too big! My friends acrylics shape was square and i had never seen more thicker nail in my life! The owner lady i believe who does the acrylics was very impatient with my friend and kept getting mad for no reason! and didnt even great us goodbye or said goodbye to my friend who she did nails for!I regret going because nails are something i do to feel realx and this was nothing more than my waste of time and money!Dont go✋🛑

I used to love this salon. However, the last several visits have been very disappointing (prices raised, quality lowered). I went in today as a walk in. They said they could accommodate me and asked me to pick a color. In the 5 minutes I took to choose a color, they somehow no longer had time to fit me in before an upcoming appt. Terrible customer service.

I think I can safely say this is the worst pedicure I ever got in my life.The woman finished in probably 20 minutes. She barely did my cuticles, ripped a hole in my toe with the cheese grater they use to remove callouses, and painted my toes with one super thin, uneven coat of polish which chipped that afternoon. First time ever I havent had 2 coats.My girlfriends manicure started about 10 minutes before mine, and ended about 10 minutes after, so maybe I just got a manicurist who wasnt any good, but then what was she doing there?And these guys are pricey.Go anywhere but here.

My pedicure was rushed and we experienced the usual meme of the technicians obviously talking about me and my sister - made me feel kinda funny. My sisters pedicure tech took much more care. Also - reading some of these reviews makes me think that the employees write them themselves... the grammar is wrong.

I came in nearly 2 hours before they closed, they didnt have any customers, yet they rushed my simple shellac manicure. No one spoke to me. They generally seemed annoyed. I noticed bumps in the polish later on. Their tools and supplies seem a bit over used, and dirty. Wasnt entirely impressed.

This is a very clean establishment! They have so many choices when it comes to colors and designs!

I was very happy with my service here. Manny and peddy on a walk in basis. I think I may have gotten lucky on my timing, as they seemed to get very busy when I was leaving. My french manicure is perfect, and she did a great job making my ugly runners feet actually look pretty, lol! Clean, sanitary and very friendly. Happy feet! Ill be back.

Ive been here twice. Both visits were during my lunch hour and I was in and out quick, like within 25-30 minutes with a gel mani! Both times I was barely acknowledged upon arrival. I was asked what I needed and then given a nod to an open chair, no eye contact (I was one of 2 patrons in the place my most recent visit, one of three prior ). Once seated, the tech never spoke to me except for when it was time to go wash the file dust off of my fingers, she said, go wash. She and another tech who sat up at the register had a spirited conversation in vietnamese for the duration of my visit which was peppered with comments from the tech taking care of the woman next to me - she was also practically invisible. The service was mediocre at best. I have a couple of dried flecks of paint on my fingers and my nails have spots that look as though one coat was applied and other places which are quite thick. For a fast job, it was sufficient, but if you appreciate customer service and attention to detail like I do, it was somewhat disappointing.

Nice, friendly staff. Clean and spacious. I had the mani/pedi combo for $40. Nail service was mediocre, and low quality products used (soak, lotions, base/top coats, etc.). Skin was extremely dry-ashy and hangnails not taken care of after services. Top coat made my clear Essie nail polish look yellow and lacked shine; looked like a manicure I could have done at home. Wanted my nails squoval and became too boxy-squared. Nail tip-edges were rough, not smoothed out (easily cutting or getting caught on things). Disappointed from all the great reviews read prior to going. Maybe they do better with gel/Shellac services.

The salon expierence was okay for me, however my group of friends I went with was 4 including me, 2 out of the 4 girls had problems.The first friend got a gel manicure and the lady was rude and bitchy,she did a horrible job on the shellac, she didnt do the top coat so the shellac was matte. My second friend was getting acrylic nails, the lady who did them didnt talk which was fine, but she did a horrible job on the tips because you could see the nail below.I do belive there are better nail salons in Boulder, for one, ten twenty is amazing, a little pricy but kind and cute. My nails look fine and so did my other friends, but the other two friends looked bad and unprofessional especially for the price they had to pay.

Ive been coming here for about a year now, the owners and staff are friendly and accommodating, the service is great, the facility and equipment are kept very clean, their gel polish selection is amazing, and the prices are reasonable ($28 for a gel/shellac mani at the time of this review, pedis are $25-$40, gel removal $5).

Extremely rude, kept complaining about me trying to look at my nails, when it is simply arthritis - kept rolling her eyes at me and then when I was paying boldly asked for a tip - which I wasnt going to give.
