I’ve seen Amy about four times now, and each time she does a killer job! I’m used to spending half the day in a hair salon waiting for the hairstylist to finish my cut and highlights, but with Amy I’m able to get in and out of there in under an hour and a half- and it always looks amazing! She’s super sweet, and overall does amazing work for no joke the best price I’ve found in Colorado!

Amy and her Mom are so sweet. Today I was fortunate enough to have seen them be so gentle and thoughtful to an elderly lady. It was so touching to see such kindness. Mom definitely has a gentle soul. Amy is an exceptional nail professional.

I purchased a grouponfor a haircut and had a wonderful experience. The haircut was everything I wanted! My stylist did a perfect job. I was apprehensive about her taking off too much on the ends (all my long haired gals know how it is, you can be protective of how long it takes to grow...) but she did an amazingjob and added in so many fun layers. The haircut exceeded my expectations.

I used this business several times and was very happy, having given a 5 star reviews.On my most recent service, I called the owner who colored my hair regarding the lack of color coverage of gray hair. She gave me no satisfaction of coming back in to correct the problem, or offering service.I called her as soon as possible.I will not go back, since she did not bother to call me to correct the problem.

I went in the get my hair done by Amy. When I went in I was unsure about the color but I showed her some pictures and she stated she would have no problem achieving the results. A total of $225 of later I was nowhere near the results I wanted AND SHE BURNT MY SCALP!! I caller her to let her know what happened and sent her this picture and she didn’t even apologize, instead she proceeds to tell my it’s just a scratch or maybe nail polish to just ignore it as it will be fine in couple of days. She literally disregarded anything and everything I said and failed to show any concern for my scalp. This has been a nightmare. I will never go back and needless to say I will be reporting this matter so other clients do not have suffer.

I’ve been going to Amy for cut and color for years. Easy to make appointments, she’s fast and efficient and affordable. Most importantly, I always leave happy with my hair!

I prefer to drive a little out of my way because I value the service I get from Amy.Mani, pedi and hair.

Although the owner and her mom are nice, I will never go back.. the gel polish came off my thumps within 4 hrs of having them done. They didnt do a good job on my feet either. The owner was rushing and didnt take her time.

Amy is the best at doing hair (Ive had her do highlights, low lights and cuts), and I love that I can also get a manicure and pedicure as my color dries. Amy is friendly, professional and highly skilled. I highly recommend her and Kozy Salon!

I had a horrible experience with the hairstylist Amy. She was really nice and friendly throughout the process. As soon as I told her I was unhappy with the results her whole demeanor changed and she was plain rude. She burnt my scalp and did not take any accountability instead she told me I was overreacting. The only thing this place cares about is money. Customer service and satisfaction means nothing to them.

I wish I had gone through the reviews before getting my hair done by Amy. I was tremendously dissatisfied with the services. She charged me up the a** and gave no sh*ts about my burning scalp. It baffles me, people like her even have a license to touch peoples hair.

Amy is amazing, at least for me. She gave me faith in going to a hairdresser back again. It’s a small family owned shop. Amy didn’t even once disappoint me with a haircut. She simply knows her work, she’s very intuitive and down to earth. It’s also most reasonably priced!!

I didn’t catch the name of who cut my hair, but she seemed to be the owner. I had an overall great experience and am really pleased with my haircut. She was kind and personable, and I really enjoyed chatting while getting my hair done. The salon itself was super clean, and I was asked to sanitize my hands upon entering, which I really appreciated. She wore masks, and I wore one throughout the process, too. I used a Groupon making it a really good deal, but after my positive experience I would definitely go back and pay the full price.

I found this place a week ago and got a dip manicure. Amy did a beautiful job, and I am very picky!I just went back again today to get a pedicure and a haircut. Again, Amy cut my hair and another lady did my pedicure and I could not be happier. Great find!The salon is small and family run, but they do an excellent job!

This place has shown me new and less damaging ways of removing old dip and saved my nails in many ways. It’s a small shop... not great for a group. When me and my kiddos went there they had one nail tech working on the two of them, pretty sure there are only two people. I ended up getting left at the end of my appointment while the owner and another customer ended up in a pretty strong disagreement with each other. Ultimately, the nails are great! If you are going in alone and the techs have time to really work on you, you will get amazing service... if not, it just feels like they are overwhelmed and you end up feeling like a burden. I have tried many places around town and this is one of the best as far as the finished product. Give ‘em a try!

Fabulous!!!!I always get many compliments on my cut and highlighting...I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She is very reasonable and it’s easy to get an appointment. Parking is easy and the shop is clean and has good energy. Her family is very sweet..as they help out and greet, etc.

Took me about a month to make an appointment because it was a Groupon. Call on Monday to confirm appointment time and date. Got there, the place is empty they are eating lunch. Not one customer!! I was told my appointment was 30 minutes before and that they cannot take me because she has an appointment in the next 10 minutes. I stayed outside none comes!!! There was no apt. There was 3 people. None wanted to take me!!! Not coming back!!! Extremely rude and racist!

I go to Kozy Salon semi frequently for a gel manicure. I usually call ahead, because Amy (the salon owner) is one person running a business.Amy is usually on time to start my service, and her mom gives great hand massages. The selection of colors is wonderful, and the manicure always comes out looking perfect. Amy is quick and efficient, and I love going here!

Claim to be walkins welcome but then when I got there they rudely said they wouldn’t do walkins for acrylics even though they had multiple employees sitting around doing nothing. Their door also claimed walkins were welcome.

After two years of trying different places out in Boulder I finally found a great salon that does gel manicures that actually last for a reasonable price! I have been going to Amy for biweekly gel manicures for almost a year now and I have never been disappointed. She is super sweet and fun to talk to while you get your nails done. I highly recommend coming here you wont regret it!

This is such a great salon! Among all the high priced, sub-par options in Boulder I was worried I would not be able to find my go to salon in town. Thankfully I stumbled across Kozy salon which is extremely well priced and the owner is super personable and professional. The massage on my arms and legs were wonderful and my nail tech did a lovely paint job. Highly recommended!

Horrible!!! They burned my scalp while bleaching, then dyed my hair a different color from what I requested. The lady who I think is the owner is incompetent, also pretty unpleasant.

This was a very disappointing expwrience. First I had a friend buy my Groupon, and even though the coupon was forwarded to me in an email she said I could not redeem it.. so I said I would buy another and she tolde that she would honor the Groupon price in store. A few weeks later I looked at my bank statement and she charged me 115$ for my haircut and highlights when I was told I was getting charged the same price as the Groupon, which was $65 for all over color, and now she is telling me she charged me for ombre coloring, which I did not get. Rather, she put bleach on the tips of my hair and cut it. I could have payed what I spent at the Kozy salon and gotten a much better job at another salon. Very hard to communicate with, and very rude. Would not recommend anyone to go to this salon ever. When I told her she over charged me, she hung up the phone on me and told me I should have checked my bank statement sooner. This was a very bad experience and I feel compelled to share my lousy experience with anyone who is concidering the Kozy salon.

I called and got in right away. I didnt even have a picture, i just told amy the cut that i wanted. If youre hours say 10-7, then I expect you to be open on time. Appalling! Simply appalling. Our appointment was at 10 am, we get there on time, and guess what? Not open! Doors locked. We waited, left a message and then left 10 minutes later. We come back around 10:20 after getting our call returned, they begin to get very contentious with us, claiming our appt was at 10:05, therefore justifying she was not here at 10:00. She was unprofessional on the whole matter, disrespectful, engaged us rather than simply apologizing. Very passive aggressive, as if it was a burden. Then she started to engage why we couldnt have an appointment because i gotta pay rent. Shocking. You rip people off and leave such a bad taste in my mouth, shameful you call yourself a business.IF you have a 10 am appointment, then you should be ready before 10 am. Do not get engage your clients, do not get upset when youre trying to reschedule.Highly unprofessional. I would not recommend visiting Kozy salon.

This place is awful! They ruined my hair. Asked for a very subtle ombré, which can be challenging so I made sure to ask if she knew what an ombré was and if she had done them in the past. I was told she had done many ombrés over the years and knew what she was doing. While she was doing my hair she left for intervals to help other customers, resulting in the dye being left in too long turning my hair white, streaky and orange. Its also in a straight bleached line about 3 inches below my roots. And after I didnt like it she was incredibly rude and refused to give a refund. Terrible. Dont recommend coming here.

Absolutely best place to get a mani/pedi in Boulder! Amy (the owner ) is fabulous and always very friendly. Her mother typically does the massage portion and I swear it is the longest massage youll get from any pedi place, and its amazing. Even got the basic pedi they go above and beyond. And did I mention that the store is always impeccably clean (seriously, Ive never seen anything this clean before!). Love this place as my go to nail place in Boulder!!!

Very rude women. We made an appointment and it was confirmed. We arrive and they say we missed it, and the seemingly did not have any intention to do our nails anyway. They were sitting on the couch and the salon has no one inside so they could have done it.
