Nice service and good prices. The place is a little dingy and cramped though and all the chairs are ripped. Not a luxurious place but a decent pedicure.

First off, she used the drill too much and I had to yank my hand away cuz it was hurting too bad. I have naturally paper thin nails so they do not need to be any thinner. The shape of my nails is not consistent, the length is not consistent, she missed pieces of my nail with the dipping powder so they will probably tear, and she only put two layers on my shiny nail. I wasn’t told to wash my hands before she started and that doesn’t seem Covid friendly. I will not be returning since this was a waste of my money.

I went here today with my daughter to get Mani Pedi and half my legs waxed. They didnt paint my entire nails on my hands, and they look terrible. For the leg waxing she only did the front shinsof my legs and still missed huge spots of hair. She also went over one spot on my ankle six times and riped skin off. I would not recommend to even my worst enemy.

Terrible experience- pedicure rubbed off within 24 hours of me getting it and I didn’t even wear shoes during that time. They refused to refund. Also during the pedicure the nail stylists were talking so loud we could barely talk to each other.

Kristina is awesome and doesn’t judge my disgusting feet. You really feel like you are getting your moneys worth here! Covid precautions are legit too.

Did an amazing job an my nails. Made sure I was satisfied with them before going to the next step. My friend and I both went. both highly satisfied. Jenny did a gorgeous flower. extremely impressed. Ill be back in 3 weeks.

Friendly. Was able to make a last minute appointment for Double pedis. Guy was super nice, listened to what I want. Downfall is its overpriced for the service. I can get the same service 15-25 dollars cheaper. We chose to go here because of the ease of appointment and it was close to where we were meeting for lunch.Overall, decent place 6/10, but wouldnt return.

Kristina commuted a long way on a snow day because she knew I had a flight to catch. My nails look AMAZING! and she was so sweet, helpful, and responsive to my requests for no UV light on my dipped manicure - did an LED light instead for my super sensitive and pale skin.

Great pedicures..had a really good one today, with a lovely hot stone massage. Got me ready for my work day on my feet! Also, my toes always look perfect 💙💙

I went in for a full set acrylic tips & she tried to dip my nails in the powder instead of brushing the acrylic on, every nail is a different length & shape & every nail is lumpy & totally uneven. Even after I asked her to fix it she got all huffy & told me she wasnt done yet but she never even tried to fix it. No effort was put in & it was just absolutely horrible quality AND she still has the nerve to charge me $35.00 for this garbage. Dont waste ur time or money at this place!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. When we first walked in no one bothered to greet us until at least 5 min even though they saw us and we said hi. When we finally said something and asked if they had room for us they looked at us and said “no we don’t we are clearly busy bye”. They didn’t even bother to say other times we could come back or to come back in general....nothing. Clearly they lack good customer service and I will definitely not be coming back. Personally I don’t recommend going here there are many places in boulder with far better service!

I’m very happy with my nails. I asked for ombre pink and white nails with stones on top of the ring finger and they look lovely! The only thing I would say is that other nail salons have different shades of pink for ombre nails and it looks like they only have one. But that’s okay with me. Would definitely come back

I’ve been to Angel several times and liked it. But this time the woman was rude and grumpy from the moment I sat down. And, she didn’t get the polish near the cuticles. The owner and staff need to learn client satisfaction. A smile instead of a grimace and a pair of eye glasses would go a long way.

I went there because I had a gift certificate. I’m grateful that my friend sent me here- the manicure was great. I was nicely greeted by someone who helped me choose a color, and gave me a bottle of water. Three people took care of different parts of my manicure. All were very pleasant. And at the end, one of them gave me a shoulder massage while another one painted my nails. It was such a nice surprise!I will definitely be going back.

The staff here is wonderful. They are always welcoming, even if it is near closing time, and they do agrega job- they’re quick and efficient and friendly.

Ive had mostly great experiences here. Today Anna was awesome. I only get regular pedicures, but they almost always last nearly a month and my nails start to grow out before the color starts to chip. (I take my own Essie colors even though they have a lot of good options.) Would have given five stars but I have to admit that in the several years Ive been going there once or twice Ive had the grumpy treatment mentioned in other reviews and even been yelled at. But Ill still keep going for the predominantly excellent skills of the technicians, their mostly kind demeanor and convenient location. It helps to go during a less busy time, like 10:00 a.m. on a weekday.

Hands down my favorite place, Cindy has been my nail technician for over a year now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the ladies there are fabulous and truly care about their clients. Their work is incredible and I constantly receive compliments on my nails.

This is my new favorite nail spot in Boulder. I got a deluxe pedicure and it was amazing. The girl really took her time and gave me an amazing massage, the quality was great, and for the price it was a steal! They even offered to fix one of my nails that was messed up from another salon for free! I would definitely recommend this place.

Theyre very friendly and solicitous, but not very good at painting nails. Lots of polish choices and reasonable prices. They had to completely redo my friends manicure and her pedicure was still not set 2 hours after we left the salon.

Great service on manicures and pedicures!! Jenny has been doing my gel manicures on a regular basis for more than a year now and she is amazing. She also does fantastic pedicures; note that shes a specialist when it comes to dealing with ingrown nails. All the women in this shop are kind, friendly and professional. Prices are great and they can always fit you in.

I ended up at this nail salon after searching google for the right one with good reviews and reasonable prices. After a bad experience at another nail salon in Boulder, I was skeptical of trying another one. My experience at angel nails was a good one, they have a good selection of gel nail colors and were all nice. I did not like that they started my manicure while I was still in the pedicure chair, it makes it feel rushed, uncomfortable, and like you cant relax. The lady who did my pedicure did a wonderful job and my manicure looked good as well but after a few days it has chipped on one nail and is starting to peel around the edges, I am disappointed that it hasnt lasted as long as 2 weeks.

The quality of the nail work is always good. Most of ladies are experienced so you don’t have to wait for a particular person. The manager is super attentive and sweet. She’s in every detail.

My nail tech was so detailed about her work and very friendly. My cuticles were trimmed perfectly and the chair was super comfy. Highly recommend!

I went and got my nails done at another nail salon and the next day I absolutely hated my nails. The top coat came off, color was off, shape was off, etc. Then I came here and they offered cold water and re did my nails. I absolutely love my new nails. They were able to reshape, re paint, and make my nails look amazing for only $25. Cant wait for my next visit!

I was in town for my sons wedding. Three of us had very limited time to try to get pedicures. Called ahead to see if they could accommodate us and if we needed reservations. They told us they could and that we did not need reservations. Got there and they only had 2 staff three, with 5 people already there.. We told them specifically that we only had an hour and that we had to be somewhere for wedding rehearsal. They assured us they could do it, multiple times and had us sit and put our feet in the water. After sitting for 10 min. They start calling for extra workers to come in and then one one of them finished up, then started on someone else who had been sitting and waiting (we assumed they were done already.)Needless to say we left and, I never got a pedicure for the wedding! Why couldnt they have just been honest so we child go somewhere else.

Great place. Everyone is so nice. Always busy. Dont go if you are in a hurry. Take the time to enjoy.

They have the most extensive selection of gel polish colors Ive found. The prices are very competitive, they use a new sterile pack of tools for each customer, Jenny is so sweet and always does great shaping and polishing...and they play Laugh In on the tv. I thought it was just a fluke but its been on the last couple of times Ive been in. Love that show.

We went to Angel Nails to have my sisters bridal manicure done. They were so personable! We were allowed to have a champagne toast, they had baloons scattered around the space to welcome us, and they supprised her with roses. The manicures were also all done very well - but the combination of the experience and the great manicure made it so special. We highly recommend, especially for special occasions.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! Ive been getting my nails done for years and not ONCE have I ever had such a horrible experience at a nail salon. I was in town for the day and decided to take my 13 year old little sister to get her nails done. As soon as we walked in we were not greeted. We proceeded to sit down and wait for almost a half hour being completely ignored. Finally they called my sister back and I went and sat in an empty chair to watch until they were ready to do mine. Immediately one of the workers started screaming at me and I could not understand her (this was a completely empty area of the salon). She proceeded to pick me up and shove me back into a different chair. The other customers there seemed horrified as this was happening. She then put a bowl of nail polish remover into my lap so I could soak my old nails off, which also got all over my pants. After over an hour of sitting in that chair and no one checking on me, I decided that I did not want to get my nails done and that I would just pay for the removal of my old ones. I kept telling the lady I did not want to get my nails done and she would not accept that as an answer. Finally I grabbed my sister and told her it was time to go. An older worker then came up behind us and SHOVED both of us up to the front of the nail salon. She gave me a disgusted look and was basically scoffing at me because I did not want to get new nails put on. I explained to her we had been there for hours and they were being extremely rude and that I would spend my money elsewhere. She then took the money I was holding out of my hand and we walked right out. NEVER have I had a nail tech place their hands on me or speak to me in a rude way like this! I went to main Street nails in longmont instead and had a wonderful experience!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!

Pedicure was very short and rushed. Did not have good customer service. Keep pushing and talking you into getting more expensive work done(very uncomfortable). I think they should have their employees train more in depth if they want to gain more regular customers. The acrylic/gel nails where lumpy and look like blobs, they where not filed down and she cut me 3 times.

Worst job on my nails I’ve ever gotten. I got a new set of acrylics and the woman did the sloppiest job and didn’t cover the whole nail. She also didn’t explain the prices properly when I asked numerous times. My friends all said”what happened to your nails”. Will NOT return!!

This was the worst most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a nail salon the owners were rude no customer service and the tech that did my nails did a horrible job! Would not recommend this place AT ALL! When I told the owner I was not satisfied with my nails he looked at them and clearly seen how horrible they looked his response was they make no guarantees and if we were not satisfied then go to a different nail salon I was floored at the level of poor customer service I was given will be reporting them to the better business bureau also did not appreciate the owner yelling at my husband or myself and creating a hostile environment!

My mom and I made an appointment and it wasn’t honored whatsoever. They didn’t even have the people there to do our acrylics. We waited for twenty minutes and ended up walking out because we were ignored.

I had several HORRIBLE experiences here with JENNY. I will NEVER go back. She was extremely rude to me every time I have gone in. I waited an hour and she didn’t apologize. Meanwhile, when several CU girls came in and had to wait, she apologized to them several times right in front of me. She also overcharges intentionally to make more money. Anytime I’ve gone in, she tells me the cost is $35 and when I go to pay, she jumps into the transaction and tells me I owe $50??? That’s extremely illegal. I’ve gotten my nails done all over the country and this is the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would never take my money there again. GO TO BOULDER NAILS OR EAGLE NAILS—they WILL take care of you!!!

They are really good but super pushy! I went there on my lunch break and they did an awesome job the 1st time. The 2nd time I made an appointment and because they got super busy. They made me feel really bad for getting my pedicure done. So as for customer service its horrible but doing the work is great!

Attentive service, typically in and out for mani pedi 45 min. Time with foot massage varies, depending on which nail tech and how busy it is. Consistent overall. The ladies are mostly welcoming.

There’s a male nail tech here who is so rude and offensive. He must not have realized I heard him talking badly about me (i.e. calling me ugly and complaining he had to work on me) before he even began working on me?? Unfriendly and hostile place.

Angel Nails was OK, I mean I got shellac nails and they HURT! yea they look pretty but she pulled and pulled at my skin! Also most of the employees speak little english and they didnt do what I would have liked :( The staff were nice and smiled at me and brought me cake :D Overall I probably wont go back because I drove for 1 hour to get there and didnt get what I would have liked:(.

Poor poor experience. Called ahead and made a reservation because we had five people. They said no problem. We arrived and there were only two chairs available so the rest of our group had to wait. They did did a terrible job on my gel nails (did not paint the side of my nails) and when I asked to fix the lady was very rude then.. giving dirty looks, etc. Do not recommend!

After my bad comment, the manager called me to find a solution to my problem and made a commercial gestureI am very disappointed, I went with a friend, me to make artificial nails and my friend to make gel nails. the woman did not listen to me, I wanted the nails short because I babysit, she made me extremely long nails and when I asked her to shorten them she told me not that it was okay and that she was sure that I liked it even if I said the opposite. my friend is having a gel, she had to go back a day later because the gel was gone, she was extremely poorly received. I will never go back !!

If I could rate them 0 starts I would.This place is probably the worst places I’ve gone to to get my nails done. They arent clean at all and maybe took 20 mins to do my nails. I had a coupon that said $17 for shellac, I presented the coupon and they wouldn’t give it to me because I got a manicure shellac instead of shellac color? They charged me $13 more just for cleaning my cuticles??? I couldve painted my nails myself. Not to mention the person speaking to us was extremly rude about the situation. Looks like they care about the money more than their customers experience. Will never be coming here again. Idk what the rest of the reviews are praising about because they are awful. I recommend going somewhere else.

Staff was rude :( and I probably couldve done a better job painting my nails myself. They scoffed at me when I asked for a regular nail polish mani, she asked me if I was sure I didnt want gel, then she asked if I wanted a pedicure, then when I made it clear I only came for my nails, she asked if I wanted my eyebrows waxed and snorted when I said no. Then they started talking about me. I will NOT be coming back here, this place is a joke. Not very clean either. What can I say, I was enticed by a coupon and I had a trip coming up I needed to get my tootsies ready for.The location was not difficult to find, though crossing 28th street can be a challenge. The parking lot though a decent size is often full and for some reason or another the spaces seem to be a bit smaller than other spots in town.The salon itself has quiet a variety of polishes and even include some more eco friendly brands like Butter London (this brand does not use formaldehyde, toluene, or DBP).On some visits I call ahead, while on other visits I do not. I rarely find that I have very long to wait even if the place is quite full. The staff are friendly and efficient and I appreciate the little bottles of water they keep us hydrated with.There are multiple televisions to watch and loads of magazines.There are also some new products and types of foot care services offered (for example, $38 herbal mineral bath for feet).Overall I am very pleased with this nail salon. They frequently award $2 off your next visit coupons as well as a punch card program (I believe 10 punches gets you $10 off).

Is there an option to rate them Zero Stars?Ive been going to nail salons for over 16 years, and this by far was the wrst experience I have EVER had!. I would have thought a simple rebase with colored powder would have easily been in the realm of the so called experts, but I guess I over-estimated what an expert can do. None of my nails even remotely looked the same size and shape. The curve on the nail was so high that you would have needed a grappling hook if you were to mountain climb them. The girl who did my nails was more concerned with answering the phone than doing my nails. Now I have to go somewhere and pay even more to get them fixed, and they had the nerve to charge me $45
