Very clean and Nice neighborhood spot to do some laundry. There is a working Change machine however Credit/debit works as well including apple and G pay.$4/6/10 roughly 20-23 mins with the actual Options on the machine are additional $1 ex. Deluxe wash vs normal. Dryers are $1=20mins.!! Dont forget to bring Some Detergent/Fab softener or You can also purchase some here.Kind people Good place would recommend. Check the pics
Clean, convenient and super convenient. Washing machines take cash, coins, bills and credit cards. No cc surcharge so dont bother with cash. Double loader Washing machines charge by the water temperature cold is the cheapest at $4.00 for 24 min cycle and hot is at $6.00 per cycle. Triple loaders are also available @ around $10 per cycle. Dryers start at $1.25 for a minimum of 20 mins.
Great laundromat! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a laundromat so spotlessly clean! All the machines are new and they are laid out in a good format with both washers and dryers in separate wings so that it’s easy to distance from other clients. I was here on a Saturday afternoon in January 2021 and it was not busy. It is fantastic to be able to pay with phone apps or cards right at the machines... no change needed! Washers cost $4/6/10 for small/medium/giant machines and dryers are $1 per 20 minutes. In a nice neighborhood for walking around while the machines do their thing. This is pretty much the best laundromat experience I’ve ever had.
The place was clean and reasonable!I was ok till this white man tried to accuse me of putting a plastic bag into his dryer! That plastic bag was already in the pushcart, I had seen it in there when I pass the basket on my way to the trash can!So evidently as a man he didnt see it in there bf he put his clothes into the basket 😤
Every single week it costs 6 dollars to wash my clothes with cold water, 5 dollars to dry my clothes on low heat. its the only laundry on the street and scam everyone. find another place to do laundry.
I dont often write reviews for laundry places, but wonderful friendly staff, machines accept card including contactless ones which made my day! Great to see modern technology in a laundrette. Forget about the others, this place was a charm to do my weekly laundry while visiting Boston! Very well kept too.
It’s closed don’t bother
CLOSED as in shut down
Nice & Clean I like to go early to get in & get out before the crowd arrives
Got my laundry done and folded. 15 pounds for around $23. Price is a little steep compared to where I am from but totally worth it. Dropped it off at 10am and picked it up at 5pm. Was worried that I wouldn’t make it before the lady leaves as they close at 5pm on Sundays. To the really nice laundry lady: I’m really happy with my laundry, thank you so much :)
Very clean and well taken care of
Its clean, and during weekdays, uncrowded.
Just went to use the coin machine before dropping off my laundry. Was intimidated by TWO employees saying that I had to return; I had just finished banking and was going to be do laundry after. After convincing them I was going to return, I used the coin machine ($20.00 bill) and received $18.75 - in 17 dollar coins and $1.75 in quarters. Avoid this place at all cost - there is another laundromat across the street which is much nicer and has machines that dont rip you off.Note for the owner - I will NOT be returning.
Average cleaners at best, purposely misrepresenting the effort they put into cleaning at worst. I decided to give them a try after Greener Cleaners sadly closed. I specifically noted that my biggest concern is fading and color loss, and the employee said everything would be dry cleaned so this wouldnt happen. Two items were linen shirts, and one was a pair of over dyed pants. Everything came back with signs of fading and color loss, which I noticed right away. The pants looked like they hadnt been dry cleaned at all. Both shirts had fading all the way down the placket, on the cuffs, the collar, and throughout the sleeves and body. I wont be going back and I wont suggest Laundro Magic Coin-Op Laundromat to anyone I know.
The place was clean, neat and I had a very smooth experience considering it was my first time using it. Oh ya, the people there were friendly and respectful. Thumbs up!
This is an overall great laundry spot with options to pay by coin (there is a change machine that spits out $1 coins), credit card, or Contactless cards (including Apple Pay). There are several machine sizes (starting at $3 for wash and $1 for 20 Minutes of dry time), and all the equipment is well-maintained. Places to sit, rolling carts, and folding areas are helpful conveniences.
I got in some people not wearing masks so many junkies in this area
Im here on a visit from South Africa and have never used a coin-operated laundromat. Mercia was awesome and helped me with a smile. Also free wifi and big screen TV. Well done
Handy place, plenty of machines available - only (minor) issue is it is such a small place if others are also in there at the same time you can end up on top of each other. Change machines, and detergents offered on premises, with a Whole Foods less than a block away should you need something they dont have.
Nice facility for doing laundry. Clean and the equipment worked well. Unfortunately my Hotel did not have a guest Laundry but this location was a good replacement.
This place is great, always clean and never too crowded, do not go to cappys the place across the st, the owners are extremely rude indians that seem like they want to offend their customers and are almost always closed during business hours? They open and close when they feel like it, go there and i guarantee you the owners wife will be rude to you for no reason at all, like your bothering her just by patronizing their business
Coin operated as well as some machines which take cards. Clean. Also can drop laundry off, reasonably priced.
Good clean laundromat. Can use cards on the machine. The woman who worked there was very helpful and courteous. Walking distance from a lot of the hotels.
Well as somebody from the middle earth..l was happy to have a laundry so close to where I was staying. At the Sheraton. Clean quick and cheap. Diana
Amazing quality and value for money. Paid about $16 for 13 pounds. Left them, came back next morning and could not be happier. If you are travelling and staying in Back Bay GO HERE.
None of the card transaction was working because the wifi in the shop was broken. No one was here to help because the office closes after 4 pm on Thursday. Very disappointing.
Prices change as you adjust the soil level...? As if their prices werent already expensive when compared to laundromats just outside of the Fenway area.
Posting a picture of this important notice that is not very prominently posted, unless you are getting any laundry supplies first. Didnt notice this until we had already started a couple washes just after 9p and were at least 30 minute cycles. After getting more coins our last wash would have ended well after 930p. Thankfully the loads we had already started werent automatically shut off. Had to leave with a dirty load because the credit card device wasnt working on any washing machines and two wet loads so we could finish all our laundry loads together. This locations scare tactic and faulty payment machines lost them some business from us.
Nice, clean, and did its job. The prices are a little high but fair. Had a good experience.
Expensive. TV not on in morning. Hot water not extra at Kappys laundry half a block away. Will not be coming back. Owner rude and actually verbally assaulted me from some hidden speaker. You are definitely being scrutinized while youre doing laundry here. Never coming back. The more I think about it the more it creeps me out. This guy living in his moms basement staring into his computer screen while Im doing laundry. Creepy how many cameras are in this place. Kappys half a block away people. Plus I dont think they clean the machines. I was pulling hair out of my clothes. How you like me now?
This location did everything it was suppose to for the coin OP machines. Washed my clothes well, dryed them well and had the vending machine for extra stuff if you forget something.
AMAZING Clean all there and credit card accepted when having bills or coins is more difficult. The best option in Boston :-)
Best thing about this place is you can use your credit card! No need to get change and carry coins anymore.
Left clothes off for wash & fold and they did a great job and had them ready even earlier than I requested. Great service.
Showed up at the mate at 7:25pm and read reviews that they take credit cards. Threw my credit card in and said cant take card. so was like whatever put in another card and still nothing happened. So I downloaded google pay and did the tap and nothing still. So I left. Waste of my time to do nothing
Clean and well maintained. Credit cards and cash accepted. Drop off/ pick up service available.
Largest machines start at 8 but can be as much as 12 on hot and normal cycle. Dryers are 1.00 for 20 minutes
Cool, clean, new machines. Fairly quiet (depending on who/how many are there at the time).
Nice small place to do your laundry. Few machines and dryers. $5 for a small wash and dry.
Although not incredibly near my place I really like this place, good washing machines great dryers and very acceptable prices but the best part of it is being able to pay with card instead of quarters, so convenient!
Clean and well taken care of. Good machines.
Easy to use and pay. Payment can be done by credit/debit cards directly.
Small, clean, and not overly priced. Definitely will be coming back!
Great place to do laundry.
Ate my coins, pretty expensive for a laundromat ($7 per load give or take), takes a couple hours of your time. A laundry service isnt that much more expensive, and is so much easier.
Love the credit card swipes on the machines. Thanks.
Good place to do laundry machines work and service is good
It was a fairly short walk from my hotel. Not too busy. The attendant wasnt the sweetest but Ive seen worse places.
Is nice day time is nearly clean later evening is not need personal
Came here when my building’s dryers were broken. They closed before their listed hours and locked my things inside. Owner was rude and unprofessional during correspondence and treated a customer poorly for only using certain amenities because they claim their machines are only for if you do both a wash and dry.
No attendant to dispense detergent or to fix broken coin machine
Its open 7 days a week with larger machines, uses coin or credit card payment
Clean easy to use machines, $5 to do a double load and get it dry, admitted it was underwear, shorts and t-shirts. 2 min walk from the T stop at Symphony.
Machines have over charged me 2.00 not once but twice; $18.00 to wash and dry two loads is way too much.....ill go elsewhere.....thanks.
I have no interest in your wash-dry and fold service as I do not enjoy rodent hair and dander in my clothing. Is the studio/back office rodent free and still for rent?
Great place for laundry.
Best Prices, great location, Clean and comfortable
Machines take debit cards, but detergent vending machines only coins
Clean and quick, a little overpriced but thats to be expected for the area.
It is nice and clean, but is getting to expensive.
The best
Good service!
Gets my clothes clean
Tidy and clean
Small but clean
Handy!
It is kept clean, and you can watch TV while waiting.
Excellent location and has several machines for washing and drying
Excellent !!! ...
