Wow, living in the north end I have went to many different wash and folds but this place is by far the absolute best. Lan the owner takes her customer service very serious and she proved today by staying 3 hours past the closing time. That’s right 3 hours they close at 6pm and I am here at 9pm picking up my clothes because I told her I needed it the same day! They do not do same day pick up and she made an exception for me! I can not thank you Lan enough especially because I really needed the clothes for work tomorrow. Thank you so much and I will be back and recommend my friends. Thank you the best!

Fast, reliable, and reasonably priced! Everything is always folded perfectly and smells great.I usually bring in about 25 lbs. of laundry to be washed at a time which ends up costing around $30.Totally worth it!

In from out of town and needed a drop off service. Lans was very friendly and straightforward, with clothes well cared for and service delivered on time. I dont know local prices but theirs seemed reasonable to me and were MUCH less expensive than the hotel service. My new go-to place when in Boston.

I have been living across the street from Lans for 11 years. Now that I am moving I have reflected on the service they have provided over the last decade and I cant believe I never wrote them a review. They are consistently fantastic!- They are extremely clean, never had a problem using their washers or dryers.- The dry cleaning is so convenient, affordable, and reliable. Never lost a thing!- They recycle!- Their tailoring is fabulous. Ive had a number of different items taken care of there, including a bridesmaid (actually best lady but whatever) dress and it came out fantastic!All this plus great customer service. Im going to miss them and will pretend Lan is with me when I am in my new house with my new washer dryer.
