Tried to do my laundry here, but the change machine did not issue quarters and no one was there to help.

I went there in their working hours for some tailoring work that I had and nobody was there. I also found a note from sb who has come by multiple times to get his stuff and couldn’t find the person responsible present in the shop.

Love this laundromat!! The owner, Alex, is always so friendly and resourceful! Sometimes he will add quarters to my machines so they can wash longer or dry longer without adding to my bill! I recently bought a few dresses online that were too long for me to wear and the seamstress that works there, Rosa, hemmed everything for me in less than a day!!! I will go to no one else for tailoring because she is simply the BEST!!!

The hours on the building say 7am-11pm, when google lists hours until 10pm. I came back at 10:30 on a Sunday, just to pick up clothes that were done, not to run or use any machines and the building was locked. There was nobody present, no visible notice for when someone would return or any mention on when the latest time to put a load in is.While the dryers are very cheap and great reason to go here, closing the building during hours you committed to staying open until is not a faithful business practice. Hopefully this is a one time event and I’ll follow up with someone there about this when I can get my clothes, but this isn’t any experience any customer wants to have.Update: Didn’t see the owner when I returned the next morning to grab my clothes, but a woman working there flagged me down to let me in. (after I couldn’t get inside and the door was locked (during their hours of operation)).

Dirty and many broken machines

Not open when it says it should be, owner cannot be contacted except when he bothers to come in (which is rarely). Dont go if you have any other choice.Driers frequently broken, washers too. Never seen the place with everything working, always at least 1 busted machine. Charges 275 per load to wash and 25c for 5 mins of drying time.

Your change machine ate 6 dollars of my money. Not cool.

Driers are often out of service, and the few that function work very poorly. Have removed clothes from them after an hour on high to find they are still very wet - resorted to going to another laundromat or hang dry. Change machine works 40% of the time as well.

$5 to clean a dress shirt when I was quoted $2. Stay away from this con artist.
