I have never seen a rude person like the guy that does the inspection. There are plenty of shops in the area that I will use. I will never use them again

They have a customer for life. This guy was honest with me and that goes a long way

Very poor customer service. I called to ask some questions and all of a sudden, he started yelling at me for no reason.

This place broke my car, which no longer starts after I dropped it to get fixed.

Hubby took the car here last year for inspection sticker. Guy told him all his brake pads were low and that the calipers and “loose front-end parts” needed to be replaced. He was in a bind for time and though suspicious needed the car, so he paid $1200. Now a year later, still suspicious and needing another inspection sticker, we look up this guy on the Google maps. Sure enough, he’s not the only one who got hosed. STAY AWAY.

Mike did a great job with my Rav4! I had a problem with the exhaust and needed to get the brakes done, and Mike did it all in one business day. His pricing was transparent, and he went the extra mile making sure to change the oil, check the wipers, and even driving my car to reset the computers after the problem with the exhaust was fixed. He checked in with us before making any decisions and explained what was going on. We felt like we were in great hands with Mike.

Management is impatient and rude and possibly deceitful. Went here for an inspection, and the owner told me I needed to purchase repairs and immediately got aggressive and walked away when I asked him to explain.

Planned to charge me 300 dollars for what Mike described as an electrical issue with the trunk latch. My regular mechanic fixed it for free with his finger and some WD-40. Two stars because to his credit he did not charge me for telling me some b.s.

Dont waste your time like I did. Went 3 times for a state inspection sticker (which theyve done on this exact truck previously with no issue) I was told tint was to dark and to remove it, which I did, then I was told exhaust is too loud which is stock, the owner is not a people person. Talks to customers terribly avoid avoid avoid

Went in for a state inspection sticker which was fine. Asked him to check the brakes. Was told the calipers, pads and rotors needed changed (even though the rotors and calipers were only 2 months old). Wouldnt let me leave and then charged me twice the normal rate. Will never go back!

The worst experience I ever had. The rudest person I have ever seen. I recommend dont go to this auto repair for an annual inspection. Ruin your day.

I needed a state inspection sticker last minute at the end of the month - Chris said that my backlights are not working for some reason. They checked everything and fixed the backlight in less than half an hour. The price was $35 for state inspection and $15 for fixing the backlight (no major issue/not replacement)

Went in for state inspection, was told there was a front end issue and I failed. Insisted they would need to lift it up to find the problem and no matter how much I questioned, they refused to tell me exactly what the problem was. They are supposed to jack up the car to look at it as part of the inspection process, and they are required to tell you exactly why the car failed. Then, as I went to leave, he told me the car was un-drivable since I failed the inspection, as if to try and scare me into staying so they can charge me to fix whatever was wrong. I left anyway.By not disclosing the reason for my inspection failure, they are violating state inspection policy and I will be reporting them to the RMV.Avoid this place at all costs.

Not a good place to get your car inspected. He failed my Lexus for windshield wipers and charged me $$ to replace them. Avoid this place!
