Ive been having my car serviced here for the last 2 years. The cost is very reasonable (compared to the dealership). The staff and owner are extremely nice and accommodating. The shop is VERY clean! Thanks so much for knowing how to treat your customers. I wish more businesses would take a page out of your book! I rarely give 5 stars on reviews, but Gerardos deserves it!

Very responsive before and even after the sale. I run a trailer dealership and often communicate with customers after hours and on days we are closed. You dont see that to often and that is the exact service I received. Al went above and beyond to make sure I was 110% satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely come back for another vehicle when the wife is ready! Definitely worth the 6 hour round trip drive!

Really great to work with. My car has major issues with engine and electrical issues. Gerardo’s took care of these issues for me while other car repair shops failed to diagnose the problem correctly! I flew in from Memphis for Gerardos to evaluate a car I won at auction. The car was a bust, it was thoroughly evaluated and the technicians saved me from sending good money after bad. They communicated all the issues and helped me navigate getting the car back to auction and were very patient. I would use them again in a heartbeat EXCEPT that I would have them inspect the car BEFORE I bid at auction! They told me if I was still in love with the Mercedes model to look at later models where the problems were worked out.Kelly at the front desk is outstanding, friendly customer service. This by far was my best car buying experience to date. After a long search for the right vehicle, I was lucky enough to end it with a phone call to Al of Gerardos Foreign Car Service. Speaking to Al directly, I was given accurate and honest information of the vehicles condition. I was provided with excellent pictures that allowed me to be comfortable enough to make a purchase decision and get my deal started. Communication throughout the deal was exceptional, unlike other dealers that get back to you at their convenience. The office staff was extremely helpful in getting me the documents I needed to my local bank for financing. At the end after some difficult logistics of me picking up the vehicle, Al was able to bring the vehicle directly to me! I am extremely happy with my purchase and the way I was treated. I have been with Gerardos since 2006. Al is being taking care of me since day one. I only take my truck to the dealership because I dont really have to pay for oil change and after the dealer always tell me there is a thousand things wrong with my truck. But after listing to them I take it to Gerardos to get true.

I have purchased over 15 cars in my life time. I can say without a doubt that this was the best car buying experience for my brother and I. I drove from Maine to Mass on Saturday afternoon, the dealership was closed but Mr. Al met us there. I purchased the vehicle a week later, Mr. Al drove the vehicle to my residence and I drove him back to Mass. on the way back, my brakes went. Al called his mechanic, called in parts to be delivered to his dealer, installed them at parts price only. I was amazed as how quick this gentleman took care of my and my car. I wish he was closer to me in Maine to make it a little easier. He is without a doubt my first choice for my next car as well. My own family member would not have been able to treat me any better.

Sold my son a car that was labeled in Massachusetts as Manufacturers Buyback. Asked on several occasions if the car was labelled a Lemon, and we were assured it wasnt. They gave us several documents to support their position. However once we purchased the vehicle, and registered it in our home state of NJ, the title now reads Manufacturers Buyback OR Lemon. They have my money its my opinion that they knew all along that this car was a Lemon, and they did a great job of hiding it from us.Guess its our fault...BUYER BEWARE!!!

After having my car examined at another transmission shop ang given an estimate of over 3800 dollars. I took my car here and within 2 hours was called and told the car would be 800 dollars and nothing remotely similar to what the other shop reported. My vehicle will always be services here.

Gerardos Foreign Car Sales/Repair in Roslindale, MA is definitely one of the best shops I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Used car dealers always seem to be a bit shady, and when you are purchasing a car such as an Audi or BMW (where certain repairs could cost in the thousands) it can be scary. But take my word for it, Gerardos is highly trusted by me and many others. I purchased a 2006 BMW 525XI at Gerardos in 2014, the sales team was very laid back and didnt pressure me into anything. A few weeks after making the purchase, I noticed that the car shifted quite strange when accelerating rapidly, I took the car back to Gerardos and left it with them to undergo a diagnosis. Gerardos set me up with a complimentary rental until my car could be returned to me. After undergoing some maintenance, the head of the service department called me and said that the car is driving better, but it is not up to his high standards and he would like to replace the transmission (a $2,000 job). Gerardos offered to do this completely on their dime, which is HIGHLY unlikely from any other used car dealer. The no-nonsense approach that Gerardos complete team takes is extraordinary, they stand behind every car that rolls off their lot. This is the reason why I will drive 2 hours from home, just so I can get an honest opinion from Gerardos when my car needs to be serviced. Extremely recommended.

Gerardos is the place to go for a high end used car. I purchased a BMW coupe from them 9/18. They showed me the flaws they knew if, and a few minor ones that I saw. What neither of us knew was the dry rot on the tires. I got in touch with them about 2 weeks after buying the car, sent them some pictures. They got in touch with a tire dealer close to where I live and hooked me up with brand new tires all around. A hand shake and their word to stand behind their cars, better than any written warranty. I would highly recommend anyone to check them out for your next car. They even delivered my car to my town clerks office 2 hours away in NH! Put my plates on, hooked up my phone, who could ask for more.

On day car was due, was told that they had missed something, were going to do it, and charged for parts but not labor!Car was delivered to my work and the same professional young man came in with keys and showed me where car was parked.What could have been more stressful, and more expensive was instead easy and ethical.

What can I say about these guys that hasnt already been said. Dave and Al have been absolutely incredible diagnosing and fixing and issue that I had on my E63 AMG. in constant communication with updates and pictures of progress. Always available with advice on what I should do and what I could hold off on. Very reasonable pricing for AMG repair work and much faster than the dealer. If you have a performance German car give them a call before getting hosed at the dealership.

Thank you David, for saving me $1,000 in car repair!!! I found out that I needed a head gasket replaced on a 65,000 mile Subaru, so I called Gerardos to get a quote. When I explained this to David, he said, Ill get you a quote, but you really need to call Subaru to get them to pay for the repair. So I did, and used all of Davids talking points. If you want to buy a car from a place that will stand behind your purchase and not give you the bad sales pitch you will not be disappointed here . The owner AL personally went out and found the car I wanted down to the last detail all with in my budget and for a great price (cheapest in the state). If you own a high end car that needs service this is the place for you. they have the right equipment to service your luxury car like the dealer but without the dealer price. Bentley, RangeRover, Mercedes, BMW, and Audi are their specialty but they seem to work on everything including my Acura.

Brought my BMW to be serviced seeing it was running rough and the CBS indicators showed that I needed rear brake liners and a fluid flush. The techs found the problem and recommended a course of action. They even said that the last dealership I bought the car from did not reset the brake sensor and I did not need pad or liners. The communication on their progress was great and the price was fair; lets face it, when you opt to buy a BMW you should go into this purchase understanding that these cars need maintenance and the parts for them are not cheap. Gerardos offers a great alternative to the dealerships and provides service above and beyond them.My cars alternator went south and was towed to Gerados, they fit me into their schedule and did the repair on time and fixed all of the issues. As usual great job, ability to identify the issue replace with OEM parts and provides detailed information on part numbers and discounts applied. Keep up the great work.

If I could give the experience working with Scott and Gerardos a PERFECT 10 I would!Let me start by saying that I have been searching for the perfect Mercedes GL for the past 8 weeks. I have dealt with TOO many car dealers and the experiences have really varied. Half of the dealers were responsive and ok, some followed up a day late and a dollar short, some didnt actually listen to the criteria. The really bad half were terrible to deal with and one actually tried a bait/switch. I had such a bad start to my search I almost gave up and signed another lease. The second to last week of my search I came across Gerardos and what can I say, the experience was exceptional!My husband and I came to see the GL550 Gerardos advertised and upon arrival we were greeted very warmly by Scott - the one-man Bostonian sales band. When we were ready he showed us all the bells and whistles of the 550 and didnt mind that we were also looking at the their options- he genuinely seemed to want us to be happy....wow, what a change. Scott pulled CarFax reports and left us to inspect and analyze the cars and their condition.The GL surpassed the pictures; it was beautiful (as were all the foreign cars in their garage) and we were captivated. We knew we wanted to have it. Scott took a copy of our licenses, gave us the applications to fill out and took our details for Lori who would sort financing options and next steps the following day.Lori pulled all of our paperwork together and since we were heading out of town that very afternoon, Scott came to our house (from Canton to Lexington) with the paperwork to ensure we got the car. While we were away the car was detailed, taken to the Mercedes dealership to have the 2017 software update and to have the roof rack key replaced (FOC). Scott also ensured the car was checked and ended up getting the motor mounts fixed under warranty at Mercedes Benz of Boston. Scott communicated with us the entire time and we knew what was happening every step of the way. Gerardos also registered the car for us (what a bonus!) so no long RMV wait and today the car was delivered to our house in Lexington by Scott. He had the car detailed to perfection and it looks showroom stunning.This experience was so smooth, so seamless, and I couldnt have asked for a better Salesman. Not only will I go back to Gerardos for service but I will tell EVERYONE I know about how great the buying experience was with Scott. He was EXCELLENT at his job and he changed an 8 week disaster into a happily ever after.THANKS SCOTT & GERARDOS!

Girardos is, hands down, the best mechanic shop I have ever been to. They are honest, do exceptional work, and are focused on maintaining long-term customers (how many mechanics can you honestly say that about?!). I live almost an hour away and still refuse to bring my car anywhere else - not even for an oil change! Its an amazing thing to be able to bring your car in and not be worried about the mechanic quoting you for a bunch of repairs you dont really need. Their customer service is exceptional - every time I pick up my car, like clockwork 30 days later I get a call from Girardos to just check in and make sure everything is good with the car! Another example of how great they are - after diagnosing my car for 2-3 days and using who knows how many labor hours, Melvin figured out that the problem was actually a recall. Girardos towed my car to the closest dealership, free of charge, and I was able to go pick up my vehicle without spending even a dime. They could have easily charged me for the work and I never would have been any wiser.If youre tired of dishonest, shady mechanics, Girardos is the place for you!P.S. Melvin you are the man!!!
