They do really good pedicures. They are a little on the pricier side but I think its worth it.

First time coming here and it’s near to my house and they are very friendly and hardworking ! I love the job they do! I will be coming back! :)

In my opinion the staff was nice but they are not sterile. I got a manicure and the day after I had a horrible infection in my finger from getting my nails done there . When they do pedis they dont open new equipment either they reuse the ones theyve used ALL DAY .

I have been going to Nail Star for years. The prices are ok and the staff is very hard working and friendly. I totally recommend Nail Star!

I have been going to location for years and service was great but today 5/27/21 change how I think about their service they gave me and my sister a price over phone as we were sitting in vehicle and not even 5 minutes later we go inside they tell us price went up lol said the guy in there that does nails for whom gave us prices over phone just happens to be not straight in the head then said if didnt wanna pay we could leave for which I was leaving before his words because he lied only to get us inside then go up on price. I will never get nails nor feet done there again and must I add I always left them good tips oh well guess since business is booming again they figure being rude is acceptable hmmm not in my world. I dont debate but he was very rude as was the older lady. Im a very good customer no matter what business I visit so its their loss. I didnt wanna give one star but lowest it would allow me to rate their service

I love Lilly! She is the only person i let touch my eyebrows. I couldn’t find anyone i trust for a long time and finallllly- we found eachother. Always sweet! If she isn’t there. I just wait until she’s back

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Came in on a Friday, with only one person working. No other customers. Asked for a deluxe pedicure and was told ok. When two other customers walked in the man then told me he didn’t have time for a deluxe, that I could only get a regular pedicure. Are you kidding me! I’m a south bossier resident and I’m telling everyone how sorry this place is. Thanks for nothing.

Worse nail experience I have ever had. They were rough and twist and turn my feet and ankles in arkward positions. Held my feet so tight they hurt. Did not speak the whole time and just tapped every time they wanted me to do something. Did not even offer nail art. After my feet I wanted shalac on my nails. They have very few options on colors. A different person was doing my nails. They used a scraper to get off the color. I felt like they were going to scrap my nail off. Then they took the cuticle cutter and was very forceful and rough. I stoped the service immediatly when she hurt me and drew blood. Then they had enough nerve to try to charge me for the full service when they did not even finish the manicure or apply color to my nails. I will never go back there and I advise anyone considering this place to never use their services. Unfriendly, rough, and painful.

Horrible place to get your nails done,the guy was tough and the lady that did my daughters nail charged her for long nails when she doesnt have long nails because of work... terrible experience...Ill never come back ever
