I made appointments for 2 pedicures - arrived and they mis-booked for only 1. Okay. We waited an hour for a pedicure, very mediocre and rushed even though it was an upgraded deluxe option - disappointing.The next day, we had 2 appointments for 2 of us to get manicures. These were booked correctly - yet we still had to wait 90 minutes because they cant book well and continue to accept walk-ins???3 colors I picked they could not find/ran out of. Finally end up asking to see ALL colors to pick one.My gel manicure began peeling off within 12 hours. Extremely mediocre, long wait (even with an accurate, noted appointment) and not so clean location. Super bummed I spent money for a quickly falling apart gel manicure.

Wonderful experience. Got the deluxe pedicure. Was worth every penny. She took her time. Was scrubbed and masssaged. Had my feet bagged in some hot stuff lol. Treated all the way up to my knees. Had pedicures before, this one takes first place. My tired feet needed this. Thank You.

Waiting an hour an a half before leaving, was reassured every 10 minutes I was next and it wouldnt be long. The little one I came with finally got her toes painted at the hour mark though.

From entering the business, friendly and helpful. Decided to go with a gel ombre set and the work was amazing. So in love with the color and shapeNot all places can do the coffin shape and ombre but their work was great.. I will continue to go there.

I love this place. I was having a hard time finding a nail place close to home and was surprised at the quality of service I got. Others have made me feel like I am just a job and rush me. Gallery nails always makes me feel like I am important to them and take their time to get my nails and toes right. They ask my opinion every step of the way to ensure I am getting what I want.

I love the salon, and am always satisfied with the nail service itself. I have noticed theyve gotten very lax in distancing customers and sanitizing in between. I was prompted 3 times to sit in a chair that I watched someone else get out of seconds before. I actually had to ask for it to be cleaned. The gentleman servicing me did not seem particularly happy about my request. I am a tad concerned, if cleaning protocols are not followed during a pandemic, how well are they every followed?

Great staff, good technique . I know most people always want long nails. But they never push me for tips.

Nails where not even and look like they are pointing up on few. Guy that did them left before we could say anything after I saw them dried. First time taking my daughter to get them done and she is really disappointed in how they came out.

My meal was delicious and my server was great thumbs up to you guys

This place is not a good place to go when you want acrylics. they rushed me and did NOT do a good job. they didn’t put a top coat, i sat there for 20 minutes waiting for her to put it on. my nails are scratched up and the polish is gross because i had to put a top coat on myself at home. and they left marks from where they filed my nails. this place is NOT good at all. i could’ve done it better myself.

I took my daughter here to get her nails painted while i had a pedicure. They were the absolute best! They took their time and made sure we both were relaxed and provided us with exactly what we asked for. Definitely going back!

Ive been to numerous nail salons in the local area and this is by far my favorite place to go. The interior of the salon is modern with updated equipment. The atmosphere is very relaxing with low lighting and classical music playing. I often find myself on the verge of falling asleep while getting a pedicure. On the rare occasion I experiment by going to a different salon, I find myself disappointed with the end product when compared to the services consistently provided at Gallery nails. Nail services are moderately priced and they offer a punch card with $3 off every 3rd visit, as well as a military discount.

This place used to be my favorite nail salon in the area. I would get thorough pedicures and great service. The past two times I’ve gone the nail technician has rushed through the pedicure and I left feeling like I could have done a better job myself. Such a shame. I used to recommend this place to all my friends.

This place was absolutely amazing. The customer service was superb 👌🏽 and they’re very friendly. The older man who did my pedicure was gentle and polite. The music was calm and soothing and honestly I was falling asleep lol.

I enjoyed my experience at this nail spa. The atmosphere was very relaxing and my nail tech, Jennifer really took her time doing my pedicure and refill. The price was affordable and the service cant be beat. I will definitely be returning there again.

My daughter had appointment scheduled for 4:15. As of 7:27 my daughters feet have YET to be touched! Their excuse is “they had so many appointments after 4:00”. Seriously???It’s called management. That’s the reason we choose to use Happy Nails in Shreveport 20 minuets away!!!!

Used to go here when I first moved into town. Staff members are friendly. I just wish the service was a little better. It takes forever now to get pedicure and manicures. My water he cold because I have to wait on people that haven’t even been serviced yet. Understaffed I guess. I just dont want to spend 3 hours in a nail salon

They are always very friendly and can do anything Ive ever wanted on Pinterest! And they do a 10% military discount, which I love! Its very clean and inviting. I highly recommend Gallery Nail Spa, you wont be disappointed!

I understand for the business aspect, but customer service is a joke. Went in for nail trim and they continued to let people be taken care of ahead of us because they had more costly services being done. $10 for 2 min trim is worth less than 3 teenage girls getting dipped nails. We arrived 5 min prior them and they didnt schedule an appointment. Three other ladies also walked out after being skipped because their manicures werent as profitable either. This is not first time this place has acted this way, but will be the last as far as Im concerned.

I love this nail place. However, they never make sure my pedicure water is warm, which drives me crazy. Id still recommend them, though. Theyre very sweet and accommodating.
