Im in town from ATL for a family emergency for my Dad. I drove by this place coming back from the hospital. It had been 3wks since my last mani and pedi. Tech ( Sophia) did an excellent job and gv great convo. If Im still in town, I will go back in 2wks

I went here for the first time with my friend as soon as they opened. They were very friendly and helpful. I have to be honest, I haven’t had a professional pedicure in years and I work on my feet for 8 to 10 hours 5 days a week so my feet were in desperate need of some TLC. The guy ( sadly I forgot to get his name ), was friendly and very professional. He made my feet look brand new and they feel wonderful. I will be going back again!

This is the only place in town that I will get my nails done or a pedi done. I love it.

I would give this place a 0 rating. The lady who greeted me was not friendly. The guy doing my nails pulled out dirty clippers and Tools that we’re not sanitized. I saw how dirty the tools were and said no thank you. I don’t need to get a fungus. When I said that’s enough they acted like they didn’t understand why I was not going to let them finish. I shouldn’t have even let them start. He cut my nails too short and did a terrible filing job. Beware Of this place.

I went to get a pedicure and service was ok but my feet were still dry and they just want to out oil on my feel and not redo them. They didnt apologize and didnt even offer a discount for messing up. I wont be going back

I went in for a polish change on nails and feet.The lady who serviced me broke at least 6 of my toenails while taking the gel polish off. Then when she was taking the gel polish off my nails she took chunks out of my nails. I told them how unsatisfied I was. They didnt try to fix the issue nor give me a discounted price for her mess up. I will not go back

The price I paid made no sense, small-medium length gel nails for $55 which should’ve been at least $45. With two crooked nails! I didn’t ask for crystal tips but they put them on...I thought that maybe those were just the tips they use but he charged extra for that too. When I left out my hands were still white he didn’t clean up my fingers.

My nails are NOTHING like I asked for, I repeatedly told the lady that. She then turned around & charged me $90, which she charged my card WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Her excuse was everybody leaves the money on the table, true. I’m not everybody, I left my card under my wallet meaning you shouldn’t have grabbed it. This isn’t $90 work. I’ve paid $100+ for full sets but THIS ain’t it.

Chin Chin did amazing!!! This was my second time trying the dip powder and this is honestly my favorite set ever. She took her time and they turned out lovely. The shop was bigger than I expected and very clean. I loved how there as music playing but she made me feel comfortable.

I have been here twice the first time was fine the lady was just a little rough with my nails but the second time I went to get a refill she did a terrible job and decided to take nail clippers and started hacking at the skin at the top of my finger. Huh?? She also decided to only cut 2 of my cuticles and cut wayyyy too deep this is 4 days in and I think the cuts are infected. Never going back to this place.

I would highly recommend Chin Chin. She makes your feet look and feel like never before. Her customer service is on point. If you want your nails to pop like the sun then go to her. She is colder than ice with the design. She is really good. If you need anything done then go to Solar Nails and ask for Chin Chin.

I get my nails done ALOT and I’m usually very happy with the outcome. However this time I was not. I don’t remember the ladies name who did my nails but they aren’t even the same length. My usual nail place was closed so I went here and was very upset with the outcome. My nail tech usually makes sure all my nails are the same length and this lady didn’t. I wish I would have just waited, rather than having to pay $50 for uneven nails.

Excellent nail shop. My friend got a French tip on her nails and the male nail tech did great! I’m a licensed cosmetologist so I know what to look for and it was up to code. Pricing was reasonable. He finished within 15 minutes too! I’d recommend them to anyone!

I got a full set with gel and it was $50 and I got my toes painted with gel and it was $25 no pedicure just polish. My nails look like I had them done a week already and I just got them done today. Chin chin was somewhat nice and my nails are decent but for 80 I assumed they’d look better on top of a crooked nail and how horribly they are painted. She also cut my thumb twice in the same spot and instead of giving me maybe $10 off or a free design she said “sorry” only reason she cut me twice is because she rushed my nails. I won’t be going back and I suggest you ladies go to polish me pretty it’s right across the street they do so much better and better prices. Only come here if it’s a last resort like it was mine and now I’m regretting going.

Today I decided to go to this nail shop because mines was closed. I had a horrible experience. Three of my nails were crocket. I informed the nail tech that was doing them and she got up set and blamed it on my nail bed. In the past 14 years I’ve gotten my nails they’ve never been crocket. So, I didn’t say anything because I should’ve waited another day on my nail shop. At this point the nail tech started being rough with me. I became scared at this point because she has a drill doing really fast and it slight snagged my skin. So I stopped her to inform her she was being rough and it was started to become uncomfortable. She started yelling I asked for her to just take the nails off she started drilling them off even faster. So at this point I get up and walk off she follows me and continue to yell. I will never come back to this place and I wouldn’t recommend it to no one.

She always gets me in and out, all while giving the best experience. If there is Anytime something is messed up (not usually) she always fixes the problem, no hesitation! They were rude and didn’t understand that you aren’t supposed to have nail polish on the cuticle. Filled nails down way too low. Everyone I went with felt a terribly negative vibe from the place.

Did not appreciate the $52 over price pedicure treatment..felt extremely rushed and the nail tech didnt seem like she wanted to be there and didnt do a good job painting my toes w/ old polish and had to finally have them repaint them w/burgundy polish....

The vibe is amazing and so clean. I hadnt gotten my toes done in so long and chin chin made them look so new. I loved how she took her time and gave so much attention to my feet. This is now my regular place 😁

I’ve had a GREAT experience with ChinChin. She took her time, asked questions, she didn’t rush or stop to do other things, and made sure you were satisfied each step of the way. Her nails are always clean around the cuticle and the underside. She removes all excess polish and acrylic from the edges & oils your cuticles. Her designs are always done well and they last long. ChinChin has been doing my nails for 4 years now. I always show her pictures of what I want and she does exactly that. She does an amazing job!

Went in wanting a 4th of July look and got exactly that! I showed chinchin a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly what I asked for! She even added a couple of things to make them look prettier and more festive! I will definitely be going back!

I went in on a Sunday I had to wait forever but that wasnt my problem. I watched multiple people walk out after waiting and I stuck it out. My problem was the quality of the work that was done I dont care about waiting but waiting to get crooked nails is not okay. Then the prices they ask for dont match the quality of the work. Im not sure how you can mess up a simple square full set. I even had to ask the guy to clean up the polish he was going to leave around my nails just chilling.

They are great, good service I personally love getting my nails and eyebrows done there because its great, you will always come out of shop looking amazing .

SO RUDE!I walked in a little over an hour before close. A girl (customer) was rudely staring at me that looked like she wasnt even old enough to be getting her nails done. The guy doing her nails just as rudely asked what I wanted. I had to repeat myself twice. Then he said k, we busy come back in an hour to which my friend said thats when you closel and the guy just looked back down at his b***** customers nails.What a waste of my time.Also, the place reeked of nails. Most places now-a-days are actually well-ventilated enough that it isnt an annoyance.I do NOT recommend going here for anything!

This place is very unprofessional. When I went in no one greeted me. After standing at their front desk for several minutes a lady ask what I needed? While simultaneously asking another patron what she needed. They spoke over me as if I wasnt standing there. Needless to say I walked out and found somewhere else to go.

I came to this shop because my regular one was not open. I get the powder dip polish. It lasts at least 3 weeks. In less than a week it looked terrible. The pedicure I received was equally bad. I work late a lot of days so its hard for me to get to nail salons in time. So this past sunday 11/19 i was looking for a nail salon that was open on sunday. i found this place so i decided to try it out. I can say, i really do love my nails & i will be back!!😍 They were really quick & their prices are reasonable.

I will never go here again. First off it was dirty! Second, the people there were very rude! One nail tech got upset because I didnt want to get a certain color! Then she put one of my nails on crooked so I told her and she said your finger is crooked. Are you kidding me? No not! I was the only one there;just me and 3 nail techs and not one spoke to me. As I walked out not one,including the one who did my nails, said bye. I even said thank you! I just walked out in silence . The rudest establishiment I have ever been to! I DO NOT reccomend!

Used to come here all the time havent been in a while so decided to come today..she asks me what length, I told her the length I wanted she instantly said its going to be 35 which a full set states its 25..i told her no i will not pay that price so how much just for the tips that she already glued on she said 10..i simply made told her that is outrageous if Im going to pay that she might as well remove them..i will not come back..i would not recommend to any one

Great quality nails but horrible, nasty service I will only ever see Chinchin. First and last time I will ever go without seeing her. The older lady was very rude impatient and pushy because I brought my child in.

Poor customer service, and rude and disrespectful towards their customers. The lady with short blonde hair got upset and told me someone else will have to do my nails because she was being aggressive and hurting my nails during filling. This place needs to be shut down and also they are racist.

The prices here do not match the work. I went for a regular pedicure which was 30$, I was content with paying that, but then the lady who was doing my feet, didnt speak a lick of english. She told me my shoes would mess up my paint because they were closed toe shoes. She kept saying 52$, 52, and pointing at my shoes. I thought she was going to put gel on my nails because I heard the gel almost dries instantly. But she didnt use gel, she used the uv light to dry my nail coats, which should have only been a extra 10$ instead of 22$. I was happy with the quality work she did on my toes, but i did not appreciate the sky high prices and getting more money sucked out of me than what I bargained for. Not only that but she led me to the back and did my eyebrows, which was a extra 8$. I thought they were going to be free with the way her English was so bad. But they werent free. They were an extra 8$! So all in all I spent 60$ for a pedicure and my eyebrows. My eyebrows were not to my liking either so it totally was not worth it. The work was good but the prices were not. Also, they are not very clean, the floors were filthy, there was hair everywhere in the room where she did my eyebrows, the tools she used looked dirty and I spotted a few roaches crawling around also. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will be going to Tango Nails next time where the service is alot cheaper and cleaner.

I use to Loveeeeee going here but not anymore. I tried to get my nails done a few weeks ago and I was told it would be a wait. I said okay and proceeded to wait. Then I was given a major attitude by the older lady because there were 4 people getting pedicures. I left and went to USA nails and fell in love with them.

Came and they had their doors locked thirty minutes before closing. A man opened to let me in, told me to pick out my color and when I chose an accent color for one nail (I was simply getting my nails painted solid colors) he told me that was too many colors.

I use to really like this nailshop. I went in 3 days ago and I had a bad feeling that i would be dissapointed, but them being the only shop where im familiar with their work..well i thought! I went in and got the worst nail service i ever had the moment i was asked what i needed. I went in for a full Set and was asked why i didnt want gel nails 4 times by the nail tech, she tried to sale me every other service they offer jus as many times as if what i was spending wasnt enough. she had a horrible attitude & Ive NEVER had my nails did Soo fast !!! They are uneven, lumpy, messy & one has already broken jus from opening a can. Over a year of going their now i have to find a New place!
