Clean and friendly. Many gals speak little English. However they do a great Job. My husband has tender and is ticklish on his feet . He looks forward to his pedicure

I’ve been going to Paradise Nails for a few years and I can’t say enough about the quality of the staff and their work. They are so kind, attentive, and skilled at their craft.

Spent $67.00 to get a manicure/pedicure which included the tip. The person doing my nails rushed the process, manicure didnt last one day, polish was not good and came off within hours. My feet still rough, the gal doing my pedicure didnt spend much time for the extra $5.00 on calus removal. I went in the next day to get nail polish re-done, very nice that they agreed to it but while in there a lady brought in her elderly mom to get her toe nails clipped. The elderly lady was treated poorly and they truly didnt take care of her. They were not gentle with her and I was sad for them and the experience they recevied which I watched in disgust. Ill never return and hope the ladies practice more kindness especailly with the elderly ladies who need extra care.

I have gone to Paradise Nails for several years. Every time I go to Paradise Nails I have a great experience. Very professional and polite. My nails and pedicure are done to perfection. I would recommend Paradise Nails to everyone that wants to be treated like a Rock Star. Best salon Ever!

In my opinion one of the best nail salons in the country and I have visited many. By far the best in Dana Point. Clean and relaxing and they do a good job on my cuticles and the nail polish stays on and looks good for more then 2 days and I do not use jell. A little more money but well worth it. I will never go to another salon in Dana Point. Highly reccomend

I have been to Paradise Nails a few times and most recently realized it is the best place in Dana Point/Monarch Beach. I love how professional the employees are and they create a very calming, relaxing environment for their clients. The salon is very nice, smells good and the pedicure chairs are great. I like the color selections available for polish and the way they apply it and/or the products they use, stay on for a long time. I would highly recommend this salon. Its best to make an appointment but sometimes you can walk-in. In the summer or busy holiday weekends, definitely make an appointment. :)

A wonderful manicure, pedicare salon, with unique polish designs. The personnel are Vietnamese, speak English, are all excellent, and provide a welcoming atmosphere!

Walked in as they were setting up to open and asked if they had availabilities to get 2 pedicures and was told yes. I asked of they needed a few more minutes to get ready and the lady thanked me and said yes please so I told her I would run and grab a coffee and come back. Return only to be told they dont have any room and I need to wait because someone made an appointment even though I was told theyd hold our spots until we returned.Sorry but youve lost my business for good after that. Its not ok yo tell someone theyll keep room for you and then give away your spots like that.

Beautiful salon, but I experienced terrible service.. got a full set of nails and usually they file it with a dremel tool, unfortunately my manicurist nicked my skin not once but numerous times. I had to deal with painful fingers due to infection that built up, the lady had told me it was because I had bad skin, Im sorry but no dont blame the customer for your errors. My nails arent the worse, but for the price I paid I expect a little bit more effort.. I also had a pedicure done, the package I chose was one of the nice ones and I didnt receive everything that was to be included. I still paid, and even tipped, but will not be back.Another thing I noticed while I was there, was a woman receiving her pedicure, and one of the manicurist put a board down to make a flat surface, well under that board was a huge cockroach, they just brushed it off as nothing.

The salon is clean and bright and relaxing. Linda does a wonderful pedicure and Mimi did an excellent job doing my gel nails. Highly recommend!

They probably were the worst nail salon I have ever been too. I got a full set and asked for a short ombré French. I left with nails that are too long and on a couple you can see where they glued the acrylics down because they did a regular French and made the white too small. When I asked to get the nails shorter she said shed file them down and never asked if it was good. She also never gave me the opportunity to say that I like the paint. All the white tips are uneven and different amounts.Needless to say I will have to go pay for another manicure someplace else tomorrow to fix this disaster.

I was a walk in and requested a pedicure and a redo on my nails. I loved last months look so Im back for more every one is super nice and treats you like a queen.

Where do I begin... First thing... The customer service is amazing. They are friendly and welcoming. This was a walk in visit and I hesitated, because thevplace looks so nice and I looked like I just woke up... I feel when you dont look good people treat you different... Well they didnt... BIG HUGE PLUS PLUS FOR THEM!!! The place is spotless and hygienic... Every penny is worth your visit. Julie did my nail gel manicure and I swear my hands look brand new... I am a manicure girl. I get a mani every two weeks. I have resorted to giving myself my own pedis because I always end up disappointed... Im not sure what it was this time though... Maybe the genuine care I received from them, But I decide on the 2nd level up pedi... KATIE IS A DANG ROCK STAR!!!! This is my new spot and these are my new girls!! Visit them!!!Unfortunalty, I dont feel the same way anymore. I may have gone in on a good day because the manicure I received was ridiculous. It was right before Christmas and I have a busy schedule that revolves around customer service. My nails were not dried through after a gel nail manicure. To make a long story short it was rough getting at least a credi, but I got it. To top it off I just called to make an appointment and the receptionist service is just not customary or polite. Anyway, hope it goes well.

They did an awesome job on my mani and pedi. I am very particular and they both look incredible. I tried the SNS dip nails this time and they feel really nice. It was a much better deal than what it would have cost at the spa at Monarch Beach Resort.
