Captain Mark showed me the most amazing experience! We did a dolphin trip and his knowledge and ability to get them to naturally interact with us was absolutely incredible! We had a dolphin follow and play with us for at least 20 minutes. It was like our own private show!! Watching them in their natural environment was so much more rewarding of an experience. It was truly breathtaking. An experience that I will be grateful for and always Cherish.Thank you so very much for this amazing experience!

Always a great time on the water with captain mark. He knows the best fishing spots and showed us beautiful marine life dolphins manatees etc. the dolphins were even escorting the boat and jumping out of the water to say hi. This place is absolutely terrible. They charged me online for a trip and then said that they had no kayaks available. They won’t respond to any of my calls and texts for reimbursement. This establishment is one of the worst places I have ever came in contact with. Please do NOT use them; they should go out of business.

For anyone that is looking for an adventure and is willing to try something new and enjoyable, this is the place to go. Not only did my scuba instructor Craig, and my boat captain Mark ensure that I had a good time, but they also made sure I learned how to scuba dive properly. They were both great, approachable guys that I enjoyed spending a day on the boat with. It was an amazing first experience for me and would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn how to scuba dive.

I was on a tight timeline for completing my open water scuba certification and Florida Excursions made it happen! Craig Lyons was a fantastic teacher who really cared about the diving experience. Be prepared for Captain Mark to pitch a lot of different equipment to you and warn you about other dive shops! 4th of July Fireworks cruise. We wanted to see the fireworks from a different angle. The water was it. Captain Mark was very knowledgeable and professional. We met at the dock, got settled in and off we went. We had front row seats for the Naples show! It was great. The gulf was pretty clam that night and that made for a very quick trip back to the dock. Besides this cruise Mark does New Years fireworks cruises too. He will also go to Ft. Myers! He is also a fishing and diving charter. Im sure we will use him again!

I had an awesome experience out on Captain Marks dive charter. He took us to by far some of the best reefs and wrecks ive seen here on the gulf coast. His prices were affordable and Mark and his mate helped us more than enough with getting gear set up and answering our questions. Awesome day! I recommend Naples Marina and Excursions to anybody looking for a great trip!

I had an awesome with Naples marina and excursions. Captain Mark is very knowledgeable about the local area and put me and my group on some great reefs. They have a great dive shop as well where I purchased a new reel for my spear gun for and Mark was nice enough to give me a discount. Good people, Great business.

I went with my family for a 3 hour boat tour with Captain Mark and we all had the time of our lives, not a single one of us didnt have a smile on our faces during the tour. We saw Dolphins that came up right to the boat, beautiful beaches, and a magnificent sun set. Captain Mark was an all around great guy. I highly recommend this business for any family who wants to have a great time!

Captain Mark is the absolute worst person to hire or work for. Hes a psychopath. Hes a fraud and a liar. He tries to get payment over the phone because he knows his personality kills his sales. He usually only has one employee because he doesnt pay his people. He does many tax evasion practices. He has been under more then one company name because he closes them up after they audit him. He always repeats a sorry story about having a neck injury and still returning to work within a week. Hes a pathological liar and a snake. He will do and say anything to make a buck. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN, HE IS A LOSER AND A CON MAN.

Please DO NOT buy anything from this place. My family has had two terrible experiences. The first: I wanted to buy my husband a stand up paddle board for his birthday so I stopped in the store to see what they had. I stopped in the shop and Mark, the owner took me down to see what they had. He showed me a brand new board they had and explained that it had a dry box in it to put your keys, phone, etc. A great perk since we live on the water and would be going out a lot. I was told there were no returns, and paid for my item. It was delivered and my husband and I were so excited to take it out. The first day we went out we put our keys and iphone 4s in the so called dry box....an hour later our phones were destroyed and it was evident the dry box did not work as explained. We called Mark several times and even stopped in they ignored us and never returned our phone calls. He basically sold me a damaged item and refused to do anything about it! So not only did we have a damaged board we paid $600 bucks for, but we were out $400 for our phones and had to pay to buy new ones! The second problem: My father went in to get shrimp from him for fishing since the other marinas were out of it. My dad asked him if the shrimp were big size because this is the only size he can catch fish with. Mark the owner got all offended and said yes, of course they are with an attitude. My dad asked for 2 1/2 dozen and Mark said no one sells half dozen shrimp rudely. Which is very untrue. So my dad purchased 3 dozen and paid his money. As soon as Mark brought them out my dad said they were way to little and told Mark that he lied about the size. Mark refused to take them back and credit my dad for what he spent. My dad went outside and poured them in the water and told Mark they were basically useless and if he wasnt going to give him the money back he can do whatever he wanted with the shrimp. Mark is a terrible owner and does not display customer service well AT ALL. You can only make it so long treating your customers like you do. We live in Wiggins pass and will NEVER go to this place for anything. We will share with everyone we know about the terrible customer service and ethics here. Please do not take your business to this place.

Mark, the owner, tried a continuous uncomfortably hard sales pitch, all while staring entirely at my fiance and making her uncomfortable. The sales pitch was super hard and super uncomfortable. Luckily we saw the sign at the cash register and realized the return policy is horrible, that being said we decided not to purchase. Once we got home we discovered that the 40 dollar mask and 50 dollar snorkel were easily purchased together online for 30 dollars!Heres to you Naples Marina and Excursions, please continue to haphazardly rip your customers a new one all while visually molesting them. Someone in Naples has to do it......

This place is great! its great for kayaking, the fishing excursions are phenomenal! I would definitely go again!!

I would not suggest this place to anyone!!!! Captain Mark only cares about the ALMIGHTY DOLLAR!! He misleads his customer into believing they are going off-shore fishing when in reality he doesnt even own the necessary permit to take people farther than nine miles out. This is very misleading and away to rip good people off and get there hard earned money. He has captains that he subcontracts and they never get paid. Although if a guest showed up and wanted to go on a charter anywhere for that matter he would require they pay at that time. Although he hires good hardworking captains and then never pays them after they endure all the expenses of gas, bait, maintenance etc. They never can chase him down to collect there money!! Please use your money on some of the great hardworking captains in the area that appreciate and value your business....not this joke of a captain!!!!

Dont give this guy any money. We gave him $500 deposit in Aug. 2016 for a fishing charter. First day, he couldnt get any bait, second day he had an engine problem, third day there was weather and we had to leave the next day. Said he would refund the deposit and never did. Now hes playing the Shultz game - I know nothing! Dont trust this guy.

We called this company and were giving the wrong information on several calls to rent a boat. My wife then spoke to the owner Mark and he verbally said he would refund our money because of the wrong information we were given. We also only authorized them to charge $220.00 on our credit card (the waiver procedure you must do on the internet), and they charged us $275.00. Now we have reached out to Mark on several calls to see where our credit is and he will not return our calls and his employee has told us we can not have our money back. Lastly, we are in the process of disputing the charge with our American Express. Horrible experience and I would strongly recommend all to go with their competitors.

We called for paddleboard reservations a couple days beforehand, they said they dont take reservations and it wouldnt be a problem for 3 of us. When we got there, they said they had set aside 3 boards for us and all the other boards were out on a paddling camp, well 4 of us (and myself, but I had my own board/gear) showed up and we didnt bother calling the day before because they dont take reservations and it wouldnt be a problem, turned out to be a huge problem because the paddling camp took an extra board so they only had 2 for us and the solution for my friend who had never tried before, was for him to take a fishing kayak to be able to stand up on. The helper told us if we saw the paddling camp we could swap out... like that was going to happen in our 4 hour trip.... whatever. To make up for this situation, they agreed to give everyone life jackets for free, they are usually $5 the helper said. They force you to have a float plan and take a phone so you can call if you will be over 4 hours, if you dont have your own dry bag, youll have to rent one there, which we did. Then they charged me $5 and tax for launching, even though I just brought them 4 rentals, ok fine, thats the rule and they stick to it. Funny how if you click on paddle board rentals on their website, theres no mention of it. You have to click on the Kayak rentals to see all the rates for everything, thats shady. Then you sign a waiver that includes not going to the ocean, which in my opinion is dumb since were pretty much right there!So we started paddling, over an hour into our trip, my buddys kayak paddle snapped in half, so he just paddled like a canoe.On our way back to the marina, we saw two dogs stuck in the mangroves like they fell out of a boat. We called the marina and told them about the situation, they said they would call FWC but with our previous dealings, we didnt trust them so we called the sheriffs office, we arranged for a rescue but the only marine unit available was in Marco Island, we ended up putting them on one of the kayaks and bringing them to the marina, one dog had a tag with phone numbers and we contacted the owner (all is well with the dogs, they were returned to the owner). We were an hour late returning because of the dog situation, and not to mention a broken paddle! They charged us a full days rental at $60 each and dry bag/map fee of $8 and my launch fee of $5 and tax, EVEN THOUGH THE DOGS OWNER WAS FRIENDS WITH THE MANAGER/OWNER OF THE MARINA. I guess no good deed goes unpunished. Thankfully they didnt try to charge us for the paddle, even though it was faulty equipment.

Find another charter operator! I booked through this joke of a marina for the holiday weekend. We were told wed be on particular boat, with a particular captain, and asked to show up at 6:45 am at a different marina. When we arrived the morning of, the boat they told us we were on was already booked for a diving trip and we were somehow re-booked on a smaller ship, with no shade and without the bathroom. Originally, we were deciding between two trips and took this, which was $100 more expensive, to have shade and a bathroom for my wife and 3 small kids. When I called the marina in the morning, the owner answered and after I explained what had happened, he basically told me tough *&>#, either take the charter or dont, I dont care and we already have your cc # anyway.The only saving grace was that the couple we went with (yes, was a husband/wife team) were fantastic. They were great with the kids and made the trip enjoyable despite the owners awful attitude and their piss-poor operating style.

I was in Naples in April and looked for a possibility to make an AOWD class and found Naples Marina and Excursions. I had to pay the money in advance.After many organizational problems (guide forgot weightbelts, I had to wait for him 2h at the beach, no compass to rent, and much more) we had a dive of about 10 minutes. The visibility was so bad (about 20 inches), that we had to cancel the class for this day. The instructor told me that it doesnt make sense to continue, what was absolutely obvious.Because I was in Naples only for a few days, we had to cancel the whole AOWD class what was the recommendation of the guide.After weeks of discussion via eMail, Capitain Mark promised me to refund 50% of the money. He didnt transfer me this money until now.So be aware, dont pay this company any money in advance. Even if the boss tells you that he will pay something back, he wont!My worst diving experience I ever had and lost a lot of money for nothing!

Stay away from this business. They cancelled a summer cam 2 days before the kayak & paddle board camp due to lack of sufficient signups. No refund and they do not return calls.

# Took Creditcard and Drivers Licence as deposit, after all we had to pay cash!?# Cashier did not know if cayaks or canoo are more stable or safe# we were not asked if we would like livevests, when we asked for one for our 10 year old daughter we had to pick one for ourselves# For a canoo tour the area is nice but the fast driving motorboats are a risk because of the wakes# Saw dolphins, a manatee and had a really great family adventure.

Was supposed to see several birds and only saw a handful. .no wildlife exept the one they had personally from a allegator farm.

Not a good start to the season for this place. Pulled up and was asked if I was an employee. A news station investigating complaints of unpaid employee wages....That is never a good sign. It doesnt surprise me though, there is never a captain around and Ive been shorted on bait before. Ill be driving a little farther for bait and Kayak rentals.

Tried to book a scuba trip with Mark. Disastrous. Replied to my emails without the necessary information, if at all. When I called in, they couldnt give me an answer, but promised theyd call back...and never did. Finally, day of, I get ahold of Mark - turns out theyve been full for days. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else to dive with.
