Great 12 minute ride from the Hyatt to the Big Hickory Island beach. No dolphin sightings today but the service was very friendly onboard and as Hyatt guests, the ride is complimentary. I have no complaints :)

If the childrens votes count, they say it was the best day of their life.We did the jet ski tour with Uriah as our guide and he was perfect. He tweaked our path to accommodate and provided just the right mix of ease for first time children to feel secure and fast paced excitement for everyone else in the group.Highly recommend booking a tour through AWE with him.

They provide and offer a variety of services that is very wide and fun, also they take care of the shuttle that take Hyatt guests to the beach, there is always room for improvements but the management and the owner will personally address any concerns and take ownership, that it’s what makes for me this business 5 star review, other than that their equipments, boats, are very safe and well kept . Again I recommend them for any fun activities you may want to do while visiting the area .

Arrived at 11:47 am for a 11:45am - 1 pm reservation after having walked for 10-20 min trying to find the place. As we walked up in quiet, we heard no boat sounds to indicate they were leaving on time. They clearly left early as there was no boat in sight or to be heard. We assumed they were running late and sat down to wait. Someone from a different company came over to tell us they had already left. Very poor service when they had our phone number and could see us walking (according to other companys rep) from the Hyatt. So we had to wait an hour for the next boat which was scheduled to allow us 15 min at the beach before coming back. Hyatt really needs to hire a company that has better customer service standards, IMO.Edited to add: It got worse. We switched our reservation to 12:45 pm and waited for 45 minutes in humidity and with plenty of biting flies to keep us company only to have our 12:45 pm reservation denied because there were too many people on the island.

Great ride to the beach from Hyatt resort. The crew even slowed down to let us see the dolphins and manatees along the way.

Just finished our first kayaking excursion! Great tour, views were beautiful. Making a reservation was quick and easy. Guide was very informative and it was a blast! Definitely must try an excursion here! Jet skiing, kayaking and even boat charters.

Did inland fishing. Fantastic afternoon. Captain Glenn was great. Recomend Awe for anything on the water. Almost forgot we caught fish also.

We booked All Water Excursions for a sunset/dophin cruise for our wedding party and guests the night before the wedding as a way for family and friends to get to know each other. AWE did a fantastic job in every respect. Jay was great to work with. The crew George and Aaron were wonderful and very knowledgeable. We could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend All Water Excursions!

We rented two kayaks from them with a great Groupon deal. The equipment was in good condition and we talked with Cameron who also provided us with free waters for our trip. If you go the right way (we turned the wrong direction at first) you can kayak about am hour and get to Wiggins Pass to a beach with great shells! Make sure to bring snacks for a long trip! A great place to rent a kayak or other items for a fun day! We would recommend them and will come back when we are in the area!

Love this place went fishing with my family and have and Amazing time we saw dolphins 1 min after we got In the boat the captain help us all the time we catch like 20 fish and saw dolphins multiple time we coming back in February thanks AWE

AWE or All Water Excursions is located in the Hyatt Coconut Point Resort where we spent our family week vacation between Dec 28th, 2015 and Jan 4th, 2016. Jay & Trish, which I believe to be the owners of AWE were amazing! They provided a top notch service. My children (5yr old, 7yr old & 9yr old) and I decided to do some ocean and backwater fishing since we never have done it before. Being the end of the year AWE was really booked up, but AWE made it work for us, so we could have the experience.Our Captain, Josh, was outstanding to say the very least. He was excellent with the children and had great understanding of fishing and the area. He really made it fun for the kids and an enjoyable outing for everyone. I would definitely use AWE again next time we visit the Fort Meyers area. What a great experience! Thank you Jay, Trish and Captain Josh.Julian and the Taylor Family.

Took the kayak tour today. Our guide was Don. He was awesome. Very informative of the wildlife in the area. Would recommend this for anyone in this area.
