This place is horrible. They lack communication and sanitation. No integrity, innovation or proper leadership. Multiple contracts stated that this company does not a bid to safety guidelines. Do I recommend this facility ABSOLUTELY NO!

My job searching experience with snider-Blake was great! Michael is so professional and friendly, he made the whole hiring experience easy for me, everyone but specially him are very helpful, Michael was great at communicating with me over email and text, he found a great job for me with a good hourly rate as well and great location based on my needs.thank you Snider-Blake but thank you Michael for his great work.

Its was an awful experience. I went to some place called Clorox and it was like a slave labor camp. Firstly I was hired by going straight to the warehouse (skipped the going to a Snider-Blake office or meeting with a recruiter process), which kind of raised red flags but I went anyway. I filled out paperwork and was told to report the following Monday. I worked that Monday and I immediately knew it wasnt for me and never went back. I receive a call 9 days later from a Snider Blake rep speaking very fast and unintelligible asking me was i still working there and I said no I wasnt going back. When I asked about getting my days pay, he responded saying on Friday youll get it. Of course, Friday came and no money in my account. Now I have to fight for a few hrs. check. Dont mess with these people to be safe.

This place is full of B.S the gigs they have are not jobs theyre a waste of time .$9 hr LG warehouses with mandatory OT not optional by choice only jobs they can find is at the bottom of the barrel jobs.. Plus the job sites are too fare out from the city so why would they come to the city to get people to work in Bolingbrook / aurora.. This temp agency is not professional to say the least.. Complete goof troops. JUST BEWARE

Friendly environment

I cant even give this place 1 star. My husband went through them and was supposedly hired on at CAT and when he went for orientation they told him they couldnt find him on the list he then received a call from one of the staff workers stating they had a different place for him that was more money and in bolingbrook which is closer so he accepted the position and was told he had to train on mornings the first week (we have 1 car) so I had to make other arrangements for myself to get to work (I work almost an hour away) that following monday when he went to start on third shift they told him they decided to keep things the way they are and not add on a third shift person but they were suppose to get him back in at CAT and hasnt heard anything from them on top of all that they today is payday and his check was not deposited. So now hes out of a job Im pregnant and high risk due to diabetes and stressed out worried and this is so beyond unacceptable. He has used a couple different staffing places and has never dealt with such professionalism. Shame on you people.

I Noticed Someone Getting Payed For The SAME POSITION I Work, 60Cents More Than Me And He Started 3 Days Before I Did....Same Agency And Everything...

The worst place imaginable! Rude service. Incompetent teenagers working for them. I asked to have my direct deposit removed from my file and I would be receiving paper checks instead. They failed to remove the old direct deposit, which I no longer bank with Chase. Prior to hanging up in my face and being complete bimbos and brats. Now Im without money on payday because of their irresponsibility and negligence.

Im currently working for them...Been working for them for almost a month now ..1st check wass shorted 2 days...my 4 week working I worked 3 days and received a 27 dollar check!!Ive been trying to get my money for almost a month now..Oan some employees never do get paid!#Lawsuit is in the making

Unprofessional! I did not get paid. When I tried to call, no one would pick up. The sad part is, the wages are so LOW that its not even worth the effort to keep calling. Worst temp agency ever.
