Not sure what all the negative comments are about. Had a great experience with Allegiance staffing. I needed work and they were more than willing to help me. I appreciated being able to do different kinds of assignments. What was nice was once an assignment was over you do an exit interview and you tell Allegiance how the assignment went. I spoke with Alicia, and it was nice to see someone who cared. getting my paycheck mailed or driving all the way to primary was a little difficult so I just switched to direct deposit and didnt have a problem after that.I would completely recommend allegiance staffing

WARNING - If you value American jobs, think before you use them! I am a manager at a large distribution company and I tried to use this outfit for temp warehouse laborers, but their internal staff barely speaks English AND THEN I found out they are outsourcing their actual recruiting to some shady Mexican call center! They use some cheap call center in Mexico to try to find workers for us here in Illinois? Heck, they still couldnt fill our orders! Come on, is this for real? No mas for this guy! I couldnt even believe it at first. I ended it and found a staffing company that values American jobs and employs American citizens. I didnt serve this great country to come back and then stab her in the back by selling out like this group obviously does. Love it or leave it! I hope Trump shuts yall down!

This agency deserves no stars… The whole staff was very unprofessional when speaking to them over the phone there was no kind of defense for me as their employer to the temporary assignment. There was a confrontation onsite at a contracting assignment. I contacted the agency immediately, Unfortunately I was not able to get any help from Allegiance staffing, I called to speak to Human Resources, Which they dont have available to speak with... I informed them I would not be returning. I asked them if they had ever met with the employer prior to working with the agency.. The working conditions to the company were unsanitary as well as the toxic environment they provide their employees to go to. The pay was always an issue with the agency, and now so is getting a W2 from them.. Beware working with this agency no one needs to endure this kind of treatment!

I think they’re very very unprofessional. Not very good communication at all. Ive been waiting for weeks just to hear about a job. Then another couple of weeks for the interview with just absolutely nothing after. They barely answer the phones when you call. Staff is rude. Horrible experience. Would NOT recommend. Go to any other temp agency.

Reading through these comments, yea Im not going to take the word of people who cant even use proper grammar. Allegiance Staffing is the most professional Staffing Agency. Theyre kind and always have a job at the ready for you. Ive been with them for a year and Ive never had an issue with my check and they always have a job ready for me to take. This place is amazing!

I was looking for work and my friend told me to go here. They found me a good job with decent pay and Ive been there for about 6 months now. I was hired on with full benefits.They were really friendly during the entire process of applying, interviewing and eventually being hired.

Worst staffing agency EVER. This office has nothing but useless people working there. Everyone that works in the Bolingbrook office does not speak proper English and has nothing but Mexicans that you can barely understand what they are telling you. They don’t pay you until you get the Illinois Department of Labor involve. It’s very sad that you have to contact the corporate office in Texas for them to apologize on their behave for their lack of professionalism and lack of communication. Unfortunately, the Bolingbrook is their own corporate office so you still have to deal with calling in and having who ever answers the phone tell you they are a recruiter/manager/human resource (EMMANUEL) and hang up the phone on you but when you go to the office they want to pretend they never did that to you over the phone. APPLY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND AVOID WORKING FOR THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WORK FOR FREE!

Constant issues with office. Not getting paid on time, not answering concerns in a timely fashion. Made 20+ calls in a month but the people answering can never help. They always say call back at such n such time.

This place is awful! Yes they find you work, but the people that work there are completely unorganized! There were several incidents where they lost paperwork that i had given them. At one point my father was in hospital and when i called into work they said they wanted the paperwork right then and there when i am an hour away. They also act like hos when you are in there. They want to sit there and smile at you in a flirty way. When i decided i was fed up with them and would not work for them anymore, they said i needed to come in at 10 am for an exit interview. I was there 10 minutes early, however the human resource person i was scheduled to see did not even get there until 1130 am. At one point i got injured badly at the job i was at, and they made a big deal that i go to there doctor, who also sucked. I didnt know how to get there so i stopped and asked them for directions and what do they do? Ask me to fill out paperwork for them. This is unacceptable. There are plenty other staffing agencies to go to. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This is a TERRIBLE company to work for. Any good reviews is likely from them trying to make the bad ones go away. Dont be fooled. My boyfriend has worked with this company for several months and his check has not been correct not even once. Its always either late, or missing hours. Nobody in the office knows what theyre doing. They take several weeks to correct simple mistakes. Oh, and if you have an issue, dont expect them to return your calls, you have to hound them. theyre extremely unprofessional. The last straw was he is STILL waiting for a check from October 20th. Its nov 18. How ridiculous is that. Great place to work if you like working for free.

If I could give no stars I would. The staff is irresponsible and lazy. If you want to never get a paycheck on time, not get the right pay on top of it all, wait weeks on end to get a returned call, and drive miles out your way for a job...by all means go right ahead.

Terrible experience! It started off ok. Had me thinking i was about to start working. Then sent me to the wrong work site. They told me they was going to pay me 4 hrs anyway for basically wasting my time. Still no job though! Do you think they paid me for them 4 hrs??? Im still waiting. Its been 3 wks and they still havent gave me anything! Even though it was just $40, i couldnve put that in my tank since I stayed an hour away! Very unprofessional! Not reliable! Really not worth it, especially if you dont live out that way! Theres better staffing companies out here better than them! Dont waste your time or gas!!! 👿

WORST AGENCY EVER!!! I worked for them for a year now. Worst experience! I am supposed to have direct deposit and my money is never in my account. The people that work there are SO UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL INCLUDING THE SUPERVISOR ALICIA. DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!

All the staff are friendly and courteous and maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations. Great place to work!

First they give you a story about a job, call you at home and tell you that a place is gonna call the next day, then the company dont ...so you call and keep getting the person thats handling your case is in a meeting and theyll call once they can ....no call backs very unprofessional!Go elsewhere. ...
