I was referred to malone solutions by my friend because, I was told that one of their clients was Best Buy. I called the agency to make sure that there were positions still open, and I was informed that there was I first shift available. So should stop by and fill out the necessary paperwork, but when I got there they told me Best Buy isn’t expecting anymore employees. I proceeded to tell the lady that was assisting me, that I had called in early and was told there was a position open. She informed that one of her co-working had left a note about me, stating that in fact there is actually a position for me at Best Buy. I was told I needed to fill at paperwork on the computer which I did, when completed I was told that they would call me and give me more details on the job I’m yet to receive a call from them.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY, THEY TRULY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! I have called Malone for the past year asking about the positions they have and when the ones they have do not suit me I have declined or said I’d call back if I wanted to consider. I have never worked for them ever. They told me that I can not work for them because I declined positions and did not call back and they don’t have anything that “suits me”. Staffing agencies are here FOR YOU and are there to find a good fit FOR YOU. If I decline a position you should be happy I did not go somewhere I wouldn’t stay long. Katie is very rude and unprofessional. Emmanuel (the manager) is very condescending and does not really care about your issues. I spoken to him after speaking to Katie about this issue and he acted like a child using the phrase “that’s your provocative if you feel that way” instead of handling my issue. It’s not worth it to work with a temp agency that doesn’t want to do what’s best for you. They just make derogatory notes in their system about you. If I could give no stars I would. I hope someone higher up sees this. I would understand being blacklisted by them if I went to a job and never showed up but I did not instead I declined ones I wasn’t comfortable with or chose not to call back when I found something else.They need to stop making their job personal and get over themselves and help people.By the way it’s NOT A CRIME TO CALL AGENCIES TO SEE WHAT THEY HAVE, that’s the only way to do it unless they have a website but I like to talk to real people. But with all this, maybe I should’ve checked out the website instead of dealing with rude employees then get blacklisted for calling.

THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS. I was told I would get a call when my background check came back, I never never received a call. I had to call them. Then I was told the job I was interested in had different hours than what I was told multiple times.

I’ve went from agency to agency with “recruiters” not really putting in the effort to Help. Then I bumped into Adriana, she’s very helpful, nice, and has patience, such a down to earth person and professional about her job I recommend whoever goes this agency goes to Adriana Aguiniga!

Worst staff specifically the manager Katy...my dad workes in this company.. they write him up when he didnt not go to work.. reason for write up is early clock out... when he didnt work on that day she writing up saying on that day he early clock out...discrimination.When we talk to them instead of looking into.. she says ohh he will still get write up for not coming to work...n give notice in advance for call off...if a person is sick n his body pain..how can we give advance notice...this people are so non professional n discrimination...

Amazing agency ! All of the staff are friendly and super outgoing. Katie helped me out and she was so funny and made me feel comfortable asking questions. She hooked me up with a good job that works great with my schedule. I highly recommend coming here if you’re seeking employment.

Descriminizes hispanic people in the jobs being offered... lack of communication skills with company they place you in. They allow companies to assign you to do a job you did not sign up for that may lead to body enjuries.

I have a background and they didnt accept me. But hired others with backgrounds so if you have a background dont waste your time. No second chance here.
