I took a Beginner’s Forklift Training Course, in addition to a Train the Trainer course. Enrique was helpful, patient, incredibly kind, and overall a joy to work with. His response time was great, and all my questions were answered prior to my course, as well as at the conclusion of my course. Enrique put me on the right track to properly train my own employees, and gave me all the tools I will need to get started.As far as the facility, it was clean, very organized, and made me feel very safe and comfortable (provided sanitizer, Heath questionnaire, and temperatures taken at the door).Th equipment was newer and in great condition.I also feel the price was fair for the knowledge and experience I received.Overall, a great experience.

Never was paid for the job I did even when I called days on end asking about when I was suppose to receive my paycheck. Was told I never showed up when I worked 2 days at the job site.

They make you feel welcomed and have daily orientations and do the drug test and paperwork all on the same day. I came in on Tuesday during job fair, they had cookies and hot chocolate for applicants which is very nice! I like the fact I was told exactly what the position was going to be about, they took the time to find out what I was looking for despite they were very busy, they had great customer service. I was offered a job!

They lie about the jobs they have. They keep posting up jobs about paying 16 an hour with no experience and when I called, they said they dont have that job. So why keep posting it then?

I was told orientation would be 2 hours long which already sounds crazy. I was there an extra 45 minutes. It doesnt make any sense to me. It should take you 15 minutes to register under their website, another 30 minutes for the videos they make you watch and 15 min for the drug test. Very unprofessional and unorganized!

Always has work available and the forklift program is great they let you learn at your own pace and once you learn they place you with a job.

I was offered a job here and I went there to complete a drug test and background check. I call them to ask them if it finishes processing(its been at least 5 days now). It isnt finished and the job they offered was given away! I had to ask, they werent even going to tell me! Also they had an attitude when I asked why and when they planned on telling me! So unprofessional! I do not recommend this place to anyone! Waste of time!I fit the requirements! Thats why i was offered a drug test and background check! It seems your business will not get better when you cant see any fault in it! Im scared you guys even have my social!

Don’t ever come here, they have good forklift classes but it’s worthless, they don’t answer the phone, they lie about there jobs, when you come into their offices this one in particular treats you as if your invisible. DONT DO IT

I was shorted on my check. They rob you of hours. They took hours from me. I signed up for a forklift operator and they had me building boxes all day.

I went to forklift training and was delighted! I really recommend it for all these people who have not yet decided where to go to get certified. Henrique knows how to teach very well. If I have to get certified again, I would definitely go back.
