Staff was nice, Daniella was a sweetheart. They helped me find a job right away.

I was hired on a Friday. Mr. Diaz hired me and sent me all the paperwork. Monday I called to check to make sure we were good to go. He said he would let me know by the end of the day. Within a couple of hours I received a text that I did not have a job after all. I think this is ridiculous! How do you hire someone one day and two days later rescind the offer! Very unprofessional!

I am very disappointed with how this company operates. I have been diligent and patient with the process of applying for one job. I checked in with the recruiter regularly just to make sure that there was nothing else I would have to do because I didn’t want to slow the process. He started off very communicative and available and then it just stopped after my personal information was sent to him. That is not a professional way to handle someone’s personal information. I do not like sending information via email, however, due to COVID, a lot of in office visits has ceased. This leads to the sending of personal information via the web. Working in customer service, I know that this can be risky because emails get hacked all the time. I feel even worse because I sent my information to him and have no idea how he looks. If I am not suitable for the position I would prefer if they say that rather than have a NEW recruiter reach out to me with a different position. If the first job I applied for with you guys did not go well, what makes you think I want to start the long process for a different position . I have reached out to the recruiter multiple times. I have not heard from him in over a month. If the process is long, you suppose to still keep in touch and let the employee know your still waiting as well. The last email I received stated that I am waiting for clearance and once again that was a month ago. Lack of communication is not good for a business. I hate that I had to write this review. I hope that they learn from this and be more open and available with potential employees.

Loved the job I chose they were helpful with informing me about everything from pay, to emails involving the job etc! Definitely would recommend. Thanks to them I am now employed by micheals !

First they couldnt verify my hours and my pay was delayed.To make matters worse they entered my birthday incorrectly on the ADP/Wisely program and my pay was delayed even longer because it was supposedly out of their hands.I finally received my wages after taking action on my part.
