I have always gone to chain repair shops located at kiosks and boutiques in malls for watch repairs, mainly out of convenience. One day, I took my favorite watch (a gift from a loved one) to be repaired at one of those, and was dismissed by the teller who handed me the watch back told me the watch was not worth fixing without giving me any options to have it fixed. Turned off from that experience and dismayed by the lack of initiative to serve a loyal customer, I searched for an independent watch repair place, and the Watch Store showed up. Scott was timely (pun intended), professional, and empathetic to my situation. He quickly and correctly identified the issue with my watch, quoted me honestly and requested my approval prior to performing any labor, and repaired my watch to new! He also repaired a clock of mine that I dropped, and it works like new again, too! No more chain retailers that see me as a number. I will gladly take my watch/clock business to this family-owned small business from now on. You should, too.

Scott repaired a Rolex that had not been serviced for 15 years at least although it had been worn every day for every kind of activity. Winder didnt stay screwed in anymore, wasnt keeping time accurately, etc. However, after it was repaired it looks and acts like a new watch! Very pleased. Highly recommend The Rolex Doctor.

I took a watch here to be repaired and ended up spending over 3000 dollars. Fast forward a year later and I had to resend it off. I chose a different place. The list of problems that either were not repaired or were caused by the restoration are, the stem was not installed correctly, the crown did not move correctly due to this, the hands were actually bent due to faulty install, the hands ground against the crystal. If you need a watch repaired dont get taken for a ride, go to an authorized Rolex repair center.

Got service on both of my date just Rolex watches. One of which was not ticking and instead of charging for a while service he got the watch ticking after 30 minutes! Saved me money and had me leave with a working watch!
