We have shopped on and off for years at Altiers. When I left the store the other day I was thinking about what terrific people they are and how they have always been so accommodating and nice. I promised myself that in return for all the years of great customer service they have given me, I would write a review on them. We have dealt a lot with Len; he calls us if he thinks that there is something I would particularly like. He knows his customers very well and makes everyone feel important. Because of his customer service I have gotten a few beautiful gifts from my husband without putting him through the guessing game of whether I will like something or not. We knew Mr. and Mrs. Altier and I think the sons, Will and Cutler, have the same great taste in jewelry that their parents had. Len too! The pieces of jewelry they have are beautiful. They want people to be happy and will work with you to fit your budget. I cant say enough good things about the place or the people.

What a nice friendly place the service was amazing. I brought a small piece of jewelry to be repaired that means a lot to me. I was treated so wonderfully you would of thought that it was an expensive piece of Cartier. What a nice family place they take time with their customers and stay within your budget no wonder this business has been around as long as it has. I recently moved back to Boca Raton and having grown up there always knew about Altiers. I needed some jewelry repairs for two rings I have had for years. Initially, I thought I might be intimidated as I was not purchasing any expensive pieces. Len greeted me so warmly as if I were a long standing prestigious client. He was so patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable (not to mention impeccably well dressed). He treated my existing pieces with such care and even had the jeweler examine them to determine how to size and repair them. He had the most brilliant suggestion about stacking one of my bands with some others he had in the store. At first I though they would be out of my price range but they were so reasonably priced and so affordable I purchased several! All of the staff were welcoming and lovely and Len went the extra mile for me. Needless to say the entire experience left me quite impressed and Len has a new client as I trust his expertise and opinions.Well done and I am most appreciative as I have had some health issues and the nostalgia of wearing those pieces again warms my heart.

My watch clasp broke, so I came to Altier Jewelers on Friday before the July 4th holiday to see if they could fix my clasp. Len was extremely friendly, helpful, and a great conversationalist! He told me he’d try his best to fix the clasp since they don’t deal directly with JLC at their store, and it might be ready by next week if they can get the right parts. Within 2 hours I got a call saying my watch was ready to go, they even had me test out the new clasp a few times before I left to make sure it was all set. Genuinely great people. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a high end watch or to have work done on their timepiece! 10/10.

They are wonderful, kind and even offered me a bottle of water which I would never take away from their donations. What wonderful people to do such a mitzvah for the Bahamian community. Recently I brought several non-expensive, but special pieces of jewelry to Altiers for repair. Len was extremely helpful and knowledgable and he treated me with respect. Prior to that I brought my jewelry to several jewelers who said they did not repair jewelry. Altiers is a family owned business that was here when I was in grade school in the 70s. In the 70s and 80s my parents bought jewelry from Altiers for me and my five sisters for special occasions. It is still family owned and they are very helpful, even if you are not buying expensive jewelry. All of my jewelry was repaired at very little expense. I would highly recommend Altiers, whether you are shopping for jewelry, or just need some repairs.
