Obligatory “if I could give no stars, I would.” My husband ordered a custom “mother’s” necklace from the Jared website for my birthday and It arrived about 2 weeks after ordering. When it arrived, the pendant was beautiful and appeared to be good quality and a pretty design, but a few hours after I put it on, the chain (sterling silver) broke due to no fault of my own.My husband went into this store to have the necklace fixed and said that the staff was rude and unhelpful, trying to get him to purchase the extended warranty, but finally agreeing to fix it because it had been less than 30 days following delivery. A day later the necklace was ready and my husband picked it up, so I put it on. For a couple of days I wore the necklace without issue, until the chain randomly broke in the same spot while I was just sitting down. My husband again took it into Jared and got some other rude staff person who claimed that the chain was basically a “freebie” chain they give as a courtesy. Then why not just sell the product as a “pendant” not a necklace? She then said there was nothing she could do, only suggesting that my husband purchase a better quality chain because the one it came with was only meant “to get you by until you can afford a nicer chain”. Her attitude was belittling and arrogant. At that point my husband just returned the garbage product (that had arrived with a huge tag indicating MADE IN CHINA). This is the first and last time we ever purchase from Jared.

I simply went to have my BEAUTIFUL engagement ring cleaned. I had the pleasure of speaking with Hassan.. A relatively new employee. He was very knowledgeable and personable as I browsed wedding rings! It was a fun experience!

Stopped in here a few days ago to get a gift for a friend. Manager help us out finding some thing appropriate. She was very helpful and polite. She also took extra effort to ensure that we found what we were looking for. I wish I remember her name but thank you very much!

Went in today after a horrible experience at the Plantation location. We were greeted and helped by Neil. He was so helpful and an absolute pleasure to talk to. He resolved our issue within 30 minutes and had us on our way. Thank you so much Neil for the wonderful experience in your store today. We will be coming here from now on.

She and I were greeted warmly by a sales associate Jamie Imbasciani. She was warm professional smartly dressed with an especially beautiful smile and a welcoming demeanor. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all jewelry I would highly highly recommend her!💎

Employees here are very rude. Got a 6 month maintenance done and The Saleswoman has absolutely no soft skills. Asked for the email that I did my cleaning/maintenance and she looked annoyed that I said “I don’t have the email yet.”

Stasy is very helpful and insightful and showed my fiancé and I amazing wedding rings that we love and we are so pleased with what we purchased!

My experience at Jared store in Boca Raton ALWAYS have been great. Professional attention, knowledge and the staff takes the time to make you feel well. When I am planning to buy a jewelry, I only go to Jared, and the one in Boca Raton, Florida.

What a wonderful experience. We went to 3 different jeweler’s before we ended up here. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ray. He was a true professional who was nothing but honest. For someone like myself who doesn’t know much about jewelry, I couldn’t be happier with the help he gave me on my decision. Ray was more than helpful. I don’t buy jewelry. He did not sell me. It was his pure honesty that told me the piece I bought was the right piece. I also had the pleasure of meeting his supervisor, Nelly. She was super nice with nothing but good things to about Ray. You should also know he’s been in the business for many years and has a tremendous amount of knowledge. Wouldn’t ask for anyone else other than himself when I decide to go back. I wanted a new ring, so my Husband and I visited this (Jared’s) location, based on the reviews. The staff here did not disappoint. We walked in and were immediately greeted by a nice (and funny) gentleman that offered us an egg sandwich. Another gentleman (Eric) ended up helping us. Eric worked with our Budget (around $4,000) and I found the perfect ring (setting) and choose the diamond I wanted to be placed in it. Our kids played in the play area and Eric was so informative and patient. He really knows diamonds. We went to the beach and came back - the ring was ready :). Eric verified that the serial number matched the diamond I purchased before we left. The entire staff here is wonderful. We received many congratulations from the staff. We will be back!

I was vacationing in the area and planned ahead to get a 6 month check up on my wedding set while there. I was short on time and they (I cant recall the associates names) were very friendly and helpful and got my ring checked and tightened the same day. I was very happy with the quick turn around. I appreciate the store having a kids corner to keep my boys occupied while I was waiting. If I am to be in the area again in the future I would return to this location for service. I highly recommend this Jareds for their excellent customer service.

I had the most WONDERFUL experience working with Bella and Sandy. My fiance bought my engagement ring at a different jeweler and it was not fitted in the halo properly. I was honestly distraught when I went into Jared and had nearly given up on my ring... Bella and Sany were beyond amazing, they both went above and BEYOND to make me happy. They were able to correctly position my center stone and the craftsmanship is incredible. We will 100% be coming back to buy our wedding bands for our wedding in March. I’m SO HAPPY I went here for my daughter’s diamond ring and pendant! Not to mention a beautiful diamond ring I bought for myself ;) They have great customer service, and they’re not pushy about making the next sale, like Kays. Bella, Nelly & Tina are absolute dolls!! Very impressed with the atmosphere at this location compared to other jewelry stores, including another Jareds location in Pembroke. They were helpful in the whole process without adding the pressure to make theyre sale. So glad we came to this location. Good job Jared in Boca!

I love coming to this location. The customer service is exceptional. We have managed to interact with most of the staff at this location and the service is no different.

Nice selection, nice service.The place is located in a weird spot, between 2 restaurants and a hotel. Very hard to find unless you know where you are going. Should be closer to the mail or in a more visual spot.

I am very disappointed with Jared. Their reward program is a scam. For every $100 reward, you have to spend at least $300! Sure.. rewarding for them.Their repair center is not good either.

Dont waste your time going here. They have a terrible attitude and wont negotiate any pricing. Manager said its not stores policy to match competition prices. We have to charge more because we give a 6 month warranty. I have news for them in Florida a 1 year warranty is standard practice. So they dont even have the same warranties or guarantees as everyone else doing business in Florida. Dont go here They have no buisness and have to take advantage of the few customers that trickle in.

Second update: we took the ring back and the sales associate tried to say this was my fault and that I somehow bent the platinum prong (so rediciulously unlikely). So we took for a third opinion, who agreed w the other high end jeweler that Jared set this diamond entirely incorrectly. Lol thanks for not only doing poor work and almost costing me a huge financial and emotional burden but then also blaming me. Ridiculous. Will update when we try to get our money back.Update: I took the ring and stone to a high end jeweler and they said that whoever had set the piece at Jared either had no idea what they were doing, or were just careless and lazy. They said the type of head/prongs they used should have NEVER been used with my diamond and they were surprised that it lasted as long as it did and I was VERY lucky I didn’t lose the stone.Such poor craftsmanship. I had a diamond from the 1880s that I needed set in a new band, valued at almost $15k. We had it set in platinum. Within six weeks... I’m walking through the airport....and the diamond falls out. Thank god I found it but these people almost cost me my family heirloom, my engagement ring, and almost $15k. I cannot even begin to describe how upset I am. They “guarantee the setting will last at least one year.” Six weeks!!!! If you have valuable jewelry stay away from here.

My fiance and I went in here to get our wedding bands. Joyce helped us out and found me the perfect bridal set that really complimented my engagement ring. I love my new ring and I cant wait to start wearing my wedding band!!

I purchased a bracelet on Jareds website for my mother for Christmas. It was a 14K gold bracelet with her childrens birthstones. Less than a month later, the gold on the bracelet has started to turn. My mother took the bracelet to two jewelers who tested the gold and said it in fact sterling silver. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and the SCAM they are running and the false advertising. Ive heard rumors before that Jared sold poor quality products but I really didnt think they were true until I found out the hard way. Stay away from this company as it appears fraud upon the public is their specialty.

I had the best experience at this location last night. I had to exchange a defective hoop earing and they took it in without question or attitude. I was able to exchange the earings very quickly and without hassle. The ladies were very friendly and kind and even made sure my 2 year old had a coloring book and teddy bear to go home with. I truly appreciate their service as I have been to another store in Pembroke Pines were I was told they could not help me because it had been 33 days since I made my purchase. What a difference 35 miles makes! :)

The experience was great the staff was very polite and friendly but they kind of avoided questions with explanations rather than facts little overpriced but typical because its inside of a mall and its a name brand company. If you have the money and you want good service I recommend if youre trying to save a few bucks I would go to a local Jeweler

Bad expereince/poor Customer service while recently visiting Jared of Boca... Went in for a 6 month inspection on our wedding bands. Our rings were returned with the original engraved inscriptions missing. Jared Store and Corporate have not admited to their negligence, nor have they been at all compassionate for the upset it has caused me to have something very sentimental to me removed off my ring.. a huge error on their part. I am insulted to hear that a $35.00 gift card is the best offer they have and what they find to be overly fair to attempt to be sorry for their error and serve as a service recovery on their part. Also, Ive only been able to talk to a manager and an assistant supervisor, whom were not very kind or concerned to listen in the least. They seemed to be reading off of a script. Nobody should shop there!! Go somewhere where they will provide good customer service and stand by their products and actually care and do whats fair in the event of an error ..and be able to atleast listen and speak to very upset customers. Do NOT go to Jared!!!!
