I love the service here is the price is so cheap than where I usually go to which is $82 for dip and deluxe pedicure over here only $68. I didn’t quite catch the girl with glasses name however, she gave me a very nice dip set and glow in the dark too while over the other place, they didn’t have glow in the dark dip nails or ombré at all! And Lana is the best at doing pedicure she make it nice and clean.

Horrible Old Spanish lady did not know how to do a simple pedicure and would not fill my acrylics on my feet she told me I didn’t need it after she painted my nails you could see a big gap and the nail polish very upsetting.

I loved the complete pedicure spa service. Lana did an excellent job on my nails and a wonderful leg and food, massage. I would ask for Lana again next time I plan on returning.I also enjoyed the massage chair.

I drove all the way from Broward with the hopes of having my eyebrows nicely waxed after waiting 2 months only to have them ruined. I’ve learned my lesson and that’s to never allow anyone other than my normal tech to touch my eyebrows. While others in this shop may know how to wax the one lady “older” in particular does not.

People who work here are very nice. They greet you with your name and thank you when you leave. Excellent service. Good prices. I use their NexGen acrylic powder on my nails and it lasts for 4 weeks!!! Incredible!

Ive been going to Lucky Nails for several years. My favorite manicurist is Holly. Second is Tammy. I like that they use sterilized tools and disposable liners. Ive been there when they close on Saturdays and Ive seen how thoroughly they clean everything. This is a family operation. Non-family employees that dont do a good job dont last. I highly recommend them.

Best salon Ive been to, and Ive been to many. I get next gen there and they last me 4 weeks with no chipping. Affordable and keep my nails healthy.

The guy that I had did a terrible job.. I just got a pedicure and he didn’t even make my nails even and I told him I wanted them filed and he barely did anything. He got the polish everywhere and the job wasn’t sleek. Will never go back. The pictures online look so nicer

Vicki (Marie) BoweThis salon is awful.They are very unfriendly no one speaks English making it impossible to communicate.They never keep up with their appointments you get shuffled around from one tech to another.The nail polish is very old and chips off easily also no good color choices in regular polish only the expensive gel polish.Their prices change all the time so you never know what the bill will be and the owners.Tyler one of the owners is rude and very sullen.Jennifer just doesn’t seem to care either.O stars

Service is poor only person that does nails good is the owner, his wife, and Patrick... Everybody else is one not so pleasant they have an attitude if u ask them to simply file ur nails lower. The new workers thats there is horrible and full of attitude !!!!!!! Bad bad customer service. Getting ur nails done should be a time to relax. Go else where and spend YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE HAPPY!!! I have given this shop the benefit of the doubt twice now when my appointment times came and went. But the final straw was today. I arrived 10 minutes early racing across town to be on time. A woman was still having work done. I assumed when she was finished 15 minutes later I would be next, but another woman was summoned to sit. I asked my tech to please place me with someone else as she clearly was running late. She raised her voice and said so your in a rush. I said not in a rush, I have an appointment, and I need to be somewhere. She said I will make the other woman get up so you can go ahead. I was mortified. I simply wanted another tech to assist me. The tech continued to raise her voice to me, moved the woman to another tech and did my nails. She never spoke a word to me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. And she dropped the dusting brush on the floor twice and never put it up to be cleaned. But used on me. Disgusting. Only gets one star because you have to.

Walked right in, picked my colors & Tyler is doing a wonderful job on my pedi. Basic pedi only $20 & they have always done a great job here & been very friendly.

Horrific service. I called in and set an appointment but when I got there there was literally no one to help me. Everyone was busy with their customers and they kept telling me to wait 5 minutes. 2 hours later, I was still waiting for the 5 minutes and that’s when I said enough is enough. Highly unrecommended. Seek somewhere else and don’t waste your time!

I am going to have to give them a one star for awful customer service. I had called ahead to schedule an appointment at 5:30 and the woman asked me to come at 6. I showed up at 6 they have me waiting around for 20 minutes with not so much as a word to me., They took 3 customers ahead of me who looked like they just walked in five minutes before i did because they were all standing by the door when i walked in. I asked the lady how much longer would i have to wait and she started giving me some b.s story about how she needs more time for my nextgen nails they would need to take them off and put new ones on.. WHAT?! I asked for a FILL. I was just there two weeks ago.. why would I want to do all that and just pay more? she was just making up excuses because they didnt have time and tried to take these three girls before me before they closed at 7.. rude!! advice to the MANAGEMENT- DONT MAKE APPOINTMENTS YOU DONT HAVE TIME FOR. awful. just down right rude. I walked out and I will never go back. they lost a loyal customer.
