Happy to find this place. I was searching around and the prices other guys were charging for a simple battery replacement was ridiculous. Roy was profesional and quick with his work and so nice. Charges a very fair price. Wont go anywhere else for my watches again.

I have been a customer of Mr. Roy Geddes for over 10 years and would not go elsewhere. Roy changes the batteries for my watches, has a great selection of watchbands, has fixed the movement and repaired some clocks for me in the past. He is Professional, prompt, reasonable, kind and can repair the impossible. He and his wife Dawn are always welcoming and are a pleasure to work with. I have referred several people to them and always get great feedback. Roy is a true timepiece expert. In addition I have purchased some earrings which are my favorite. On May 17, 2017, I took my Grandfather’s WWII watch to Roy Geddes, at International Watch And Clock Repairs, to be refurbished. I was told that this would involve repainting the dial and cleaning the mechanism. Mr. Geddes estimated that the job would take three weeks and told me the cost would be somewhere around $250 though the exact amount was not written on the receipt that he gave me. After 3 or 4 weeks had passed, I called him to inquire about the status. The phone was not answered, so I left a message that was not returned. This would become a pattern of inaction. For the next six months I would call periodically for the status and get the answering machine, leave a message but not get a return phone call. It is April 2018 now. I have been to his shop a couple of times and spoken with him in person, the last time was January 2018, I believe. While there, he assured me that he was not trying to steal my family heirloom. Under the circumstances, I don’t believe him. I think he has stolen it. It has been almost a year and my watch has still not been returned.No one should trust Mr. Geddes with anything they want to see again.
