The short old lady with short hair and black glasses is rude . She is disrespectful and does not know how to talk to customers . I was trying to get help with my necklace i believe i was being helped by benny he is great, very nice and helpful . She then came along out of nowhere to ask me things and catch an attitude when i told her i didn’t know because i did not buy the product i needed help with . She was just plain rude and had no business helping . This is for the town center location .

Anna was amazing! She greeted me from the start with a smile. She was patient, and thorough. I didnt geel pressured at all. She even went past the time she was scheduled to get off, going above and beyond. She also helped me get the best deal possible on my engagement ring. She had no issues trying on and modeling the rings for me. She helped make a difficult choice easy. Would highly recommend Anna at Boca Town Center Kay Jewelers! 10/10!

I have bought multiple gifts for my wife and a new wedding band after losing mine in a lake. The staff, Cezar and Leticia have have been great to me and my family. Sometimes we are shopping with kids and they always welcome us. They are knowledgeable and always making our choices perfect.

Had the absolute worst experience here. If you are trying to make a moment memorable or important do NOT GO HERE. Came here after my boyfriend bought me a Graduation ring for a present and we came back here three times. First time to get it sized. Second time to pick it up and it was crusty and waxy disgusting. So they sent it back and got it sized smaller. So the third time I picked it up it was TWO WHOLE SIZES BIGGER. I got it sized for 5.5 and it came back 7.75 and it was still disgusting and waxy. We got a refund and are taking our business somewhere else. It was awful. The worst part is the MANAGER was the one who helped us.

Ive been dealing with Tony at the Kay Jewelers in the Town Center Mall for about a year now. Hes incredibly professional and consistently goes above and beyond. I wouldnt dream of going to anyone else. Hes helped me with anniversary presents, my engagement, my wedding bands, bridesmaid gifts, and even some holiday gifts for my family. Its always a lot of fun going into this location.Go see Tony, you wont be disappointed. The rest of the staff is always really friendly and very helpful.

I wanted to change out the setting of my engagement ring I had gotten from a different company. I loved the Towkowsky solitaire design but needed some customization done to it. Aviva went above and beyond to give me the best experience! She was patient and understanding of my hesitation with such a large purchase. She made me feel confident I would get exactly what I paid for, and updated me on the progress of the ring along the way. I cant give Aviva enough compliments! I love my ring!

My wife and I got married 7 years ago and we had our first baby. With that she had to resize her ring so we went back to this Kays where we purchased the ring. We met with Nora, since we once had the warranty, and after she checked with the manager, Cezar Gomes, they honored our warranty and took perfect care of us. Would absolutely recommend this location and team for thier amazing assistance!

Buyer beware. If you go to get your diamonds inspected every 6 months make sure you get a print out of your inspection dates. Don’t believe the “Company is going green story”. They aren’t actually logging your inspection dates in their computer system. Then if you have an issue with your diamond(s), you will not be covered. I’ve had to call corporate twice to get a printed copy. Finally got a printout and the date printed is not the actual date of the inspection but the date I called Kay’s Corporate.

The Kay Jewelers team at Town Center went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring. Jewelry stores often feel a bit intimidating with the surplus of salesmen, but everyone from the sales team to the store manager at Town Center really made me feel at home throughout the shopping experience and I would give them six stars if I could.

I purchased a ring from Kay Jewelers 4 months ago. The prongs broke off the ring. They will not stand behind their product, unless of course you purchased the extended WARRANTY they PUSHED on you. I will be sure everyone knows of the experience and not standing by their INFERIOR MERCHANDISE. Never buy from them unless you want cheap, inferior merchandise. How do even know the product as it states????? Could be cubic and sterling instead of gold and diamonds!!!!!

First they mishandled a warranty repair on my husband wedding ring. 3 weeks later we stopped in to be told it was not repairable. They offered a replacement ring (because sentiment means nothing to them) my husband agreed to resolve this... the new ring needed to be sized they said 2 days = 10 days later I am being treated like trash and rude employees cant be bothered = go anywhere but the boca store!!!

I was in this location shopping for engagements rings, I was immediately greeted by Aviva and Cezar. They both worked together to provide me with many options to fit my budget. They did not pressure or push me but provided expert advice and recommendations. Cezar, the store manager spent a good amount of time with me and was patient. I am very pleased with the fantastic deal provided here with the current sale and promotion. I will b returning here again in the future to buy again for my jewel and diamond needs. I love what my engagement ring represents, but I absolutely resent Kay Jewelers for how they handle repairs. My fiancé purchased the extended service plan, thank god. When I lost a stone in the band in May (5 months ago), the repair center tried to bend the prongs over the empty hole on the band to avoid actually replacing the diamond, and in the process they absolutely DESTROYED my ring. Since I got it back from that initial repair (which took well over a month because it had to be immediately sent back out), I have lost stones on the edge of the ring on that side FOUR times. I have not been able to go a full month without losing a stone in my ring, which is completely unacceptable. The most recent time (for which Im bringing it back in today!!), the ring lasted barely two weeks (15 days to be exact) without losing a stone, and this is AFTER having the store check and tighten every stone the past two times. On top of all of that, the inside of the band is badly dented (even scorched in some places!) from careless repairs. I am beyond disappointed that I will clearly not be able to wear this ring for the rest of my life as Id like to, and thanks to the shoddy workmanship and sketchy repairs of Kay Jewelers I will now have to go to my engagement photoshoot without an engagement ring on my finger. I will be sure to tell every single person I know to avoid this company at all costs.

Horrible customer service. Manager Tony is never around. Spent two weeks calling and trying to get in touch with him and nothing.Also assistant manager, AVIA, is a complete disaster. We went in to purchase an engagement ring and she promised us a RUSH on the ring for our proposal date. Then we tried to get in touch with her again and we were constantly passed around to other employees there and told she was busy or away.After two weeks, my boyfriend finally spoke to her and was told the rush wasnt put in at all, it was forgotten. And whats more, they were no longer able to put in a rush because the ring actually had to be made from scratch. Which, they did NOT tell us the day we walked in and placed the first payment on the ring.We finally decided to walk in today and return the ring for a full refund on the downpayment, at least they didnt lie about that .Good luck to everyone who is trying to get a ring from Kays this holiday season.

Nice stablishment and convenient location, thats why I gave it 2 stars but the service wasnt the best. I came in with a stock # on the item I wanted and I dont know much about jewelry so when I came home after purchasing what they had given me and looking at the picture on their web I realized I was given the wrong item. Also, I went to exchange it at the Pompano location (great service, amazing staff btw. 5 stars!) and they told me I was even given the wronf box for it, that they had put the item (necklace) in an earring box and show me why it was the wrong one. Wouldnt recommend it. Youd think since its Boca Raton and since its a jewelry store it would be better but not.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I bought an expensive engagement ring Oct 2017, after the ring arrived to the store I never recieved a call from the store. I then proceeded to call and double check, I was then put on hold for 10 mins forced to call back and told yes my ring had arrived. After a couple days I went to the store to pick it up, I waited 15 mins to be seen and once I gave my information the clerk who went to get my ring came back stating we dont have your ring I encouraged him to check again. I think how unprofessional that was any why he couldnt check his database before stating that, only causing stress on a client who paid a lot good money for this product. After a month or two my fiancé took the ring in for resizing, the receipt said Sizing service $15.99 which I assumed was a paid re-sizing service, the store had NO record of my purchase under my name, phone number, nothing I was then forced to send my fiancé a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase therefor revealing the cost and details one would rather keep private. After a few mins I get a call from my fiancé crying that she left the store and upset of how she was treated. The clerk was rude about her sexual orientation, first assuming she was in a heterosexual relationship, giving her attitude that she was not the person who purchased the ring. The clerk then proceeded to be rude about the resizing, stating they dont offer those services, that they cant resize the ring, offering NO solutions other then a ring guard... even though when I called online customer care they informed me the ring comes in smaller sizes and I had two options, one was exchange for a smaller size or pay for the extended service plan, which Id happily do had it been explained... Neither options were offered to my fiancé. She was offered sizing guards, she was criticized for wanting it resized and basically told to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE for resizing... Customer care ALSO informed me I need to bring my ring in every 6 months for inspection, something the store NEVER told me... Im disappointed, the people in the store are just unprofessional and the inside of the store has not been redecorated since early 90s, 2000s with photos of the actor George Stults... I wont ever recommend this Kay and maybe ALL of Kay Jewelers...

Horrible customer service! Bought a pair of earrings here for my mother which she wanted to exchange. The manager herr gave us such a hard time even though we had the receipt and the item was purchased less than a week before the exchAnge! Ultimately we decided the service was so bad we just requested a refund. We no longer wanted to purchase anything from this store. When we asked for the tefund suddenly the system was down and we would have to return another day if we wanted a refund. Infuriating! I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again!!
