I have been renting apartments at Bell Boca Town Center for the past 8 years and have always enjoyed the service from the team. Lesley and Lynn are on hand to help me with any of the issues that I encounter and things are taken care of in short order. Its a great location to live in :)

I’ve been a resident for over two years. The property is very well managed and maintained. Lynn and the maintenance team are always helpful and professional.

Outstanding staff. Very responsive and on top of what the property needs. Manager Lynne bends offer backwards to help in anyway that she can.

Have enjoyed many aspects of living here until recently. We have managed as residents thru all the changes of COVID (no fitness center, new pool hours, etc). I picked this apartment because of schools and close proximity to everything. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN and are considering this apartment, I would move on. There is no place that is kid friendly. Kids are expected to play “in other apartments” with their friends, or on a small hill next to the dog park that leads down to a canal. Why is there a space for dogs (tho they bark to the point of nuisance + many are not picked up after) but no space for children to play supervised? We are not allowed to play on the open tennis courts with our children unless it is tennis. My 4 + 6 year old aren’t able to play tennis yet but would love to be able to play catch or roll a ball out there with them when courts are open but this is restricted. Additionally, I’ve had grace on numerous parties + disputes AT NIGHT (during quiet hours while attempting to sleep) while staff responds to complaints of noise from children playing after school? The residents have mostly been friendly with my kids; the management less so. Luke the maintenance man is very friendly and helpful.

Luke always goes above & beyond. He is courteous, follows all health/ safety protocols & is courteous of hone work environment. Staff as well have been proactive in always keeping this a safe, elegant place to live.

My family and I have been living at Bell Boca town center for almost 2 years and we love it. It’s clean beautiful and well maintained. It’s walking distance to the town center mall and not to mention the A rated school my son attends. The maintenance staff provides great service in a timely manner. The office staff is so helpful and professional. I would recommend this property to everyone. Thank you for making us feel so at home.

I live here and I do not recommend this community for especially families with kids. The management is not kid friendly. Whenever my 9 year old kid plays outside with the kids of other residents (under my supervision and during day time) there is usually a complaint about noise . And management usually behaves one sided and sends emails to all residents about taking their kids off the property to play.We moved here because of the good schools around. But there is no tolerance nor a play ground for kids in this community.On the other the buildings and the appliances are so old and you need to wait for days if you need the maintenance.

Convenience is walking distance Mall and Publix. The apartment itself very cozy with no storage and almost no closet (very small). The bathrooms are super small with poor tiles, the appliances are Old and things fall apart very quickly bcoz everything is old.

Neighborhood seems okay until you need to get something fixed. Put in a work order over the weekend and on Tuesday they tell me there are 20 work orders before mine so they don’t know when it will be looked at. 20 work orders! If that doesn’t tell you how run down this neighborhood is i don’t know what will. Reputable management companies promise 24 hour turnaround on maintenance. Save yourself the hassle and live at any other reputable apartment complex.

Bell Boca Town Center is a beautiful, well maintained and updated rental community. It’s conveniently located close to the Boca Town Center mall, grocery stores, restaurants, shops and highways. A-rated schools at all levels. I would definitely recommend to my friends, family and my clients.

The appliances are old damaged, I had to replace the clothes washer after many calls to repair it, the common areas are dirty, they do not clean the hallways, I rented the apartment because I had some very nice photos but in reality they are not real, they are photos of the area that you do not use is a small space .. you cannot have a party or have guests in this area. There are no spaces for children. I paid almost $ 2,500 per month for this apartment and when I moved I was charged more than $ 1,700 to replace the carpet that I use during the year. They never called me to talk about it, they just took my Deposit Insurance and sent the remaining value to Colection. The maintenance staff is friendly.No lo recomiendo para nada.. Los electrodomesticos son viejos dañados, les toco reemplazar la lavadora de ropa luego de muchos llamados para repararlo, hay que pedir que los reparen todo el tiempo, las areas comunes son sucias, no limpian los pasillos, Rente el apartamento porque tenia unas fotos muy bonitas pero en realidad no son reales, son fotos del area que no usas es un espacio pequeño.. no puedes hacer una fiesta o tener invitados en esta area. No hay espacios para niños Pagaba casi $2.500 mensuales por este apartamento y al moverme me cobraron mas de $1.700 para reemplazar la alfombra que use durante el año. Nunca me llamaron para hablar sobre el tema solo tomaron mi Seguro de deposito y enviaron a Colection el valor restante. El personal de mantenimiento es Amable.

The comuninity used to be very clean, but now the corridors are very dirty, ai live in an apt that ia in front of the canal, there ar a lot of grass, wich have increased the number of iguanas! I also found a snake some days ago. months without anyone cutting the grass here! So sad!

Amazing living experience! Clean grounds, wonderful and extremely helpful team down at the office! Clean pool area! I love grilling out near their outdoor area and relaxing on days off!

Great area for services and schools, bad community for management and maintenance people. Bad community for the kind of people who live there, young people who party every night with loud music, bad words in the pool, drunk in the pool, half-naked girls. Stay away from here.

Maintenance team is absolutely great!

I have lived in this complex for 7 years. It has changed management several times and I have had two renovations during that time.The management has always been friendly and professional. Maintenance staff has taken care of any issues in my apartment. The whole staff is friendly.They are continuing with renovations as people move out and are remodeling the office and pool area.The rent is not cheap as other reviews have noted. But, the location is hard to beat. Right next to the Town Center Mall, Publix, and several restaurants. Location, location, location.

I have been here 5 months out of my 12 month lease and I am not sure how I am going to last. For starters the price is way too high and absolutely nothing is included in your rent. The breezeway outside my apartment is always gross, I find boxes of food or even just food on the stairs and near my door. The staff is terrible and does not communicate. I have been back n forth with an issue and still have not received a answer so at this point I have just given up with them because no one knows a thing. With the amount we pay there should be cameras everywhere as well. Look elsewhere if you want to get your money’s worth.

I would never recommend living here, not to anyone who values their money and time. The community is ok. However to pay almost 2 grand a month for an OK 2/2 that comes with no ceiling fans or a microwave for that matter, is ridiculous. The front office makes you go around in circles before they can even answer any questions much less help you at all. They want to charge for every little thing and then extra. And when wanting to speak to a specific employee, they pawn the responsibility off to another employee. We were very unhappy residents by the end of all this. Location is nice but save your money and your time and go elsewhere. Even after 5 days of moving, I was not able to grab my mail without another story and a fee. Ridiculous.

Ive lived at Bell Boca Town Center for over 4 years. Over the years, the service, property upkeep and safety has been deteriorating. For instance, the lake has been allowed to collect trash, alligator has been spotted repeatedly over the last 60 days with out animal control called in, multiple cars broken into and no security, preferential treatment is given to certain tenants on contract renewals over others.

My experience with the management office has been horrible. Ive been trying to get my AC fixed for over a month. I have mold growing in my closet because of the humidity and even at 9 PM on an October night my AC cannot manage to cool under 80 degrees. The management office is unresponsive, they simply ignore my emails and Ive been patient and polite the entire time. Even after visiting the office and speaking to the manager two times I havent seen any results or any improvement in their lack of communication. In all of my years renting Ive never experienced anything like this. Overall its a quiet, family oriented community but dont expect to be taken into consideration by their management company.

Save your money, time, and fustration...I moved here after meeting the staff thinking everyone was nice and sincere only to find out thats its all just a front to get your money because once youre moved in and they have your money your on your own pal. I have lived here for about 4 months now and things are so bad with the apartment that I feel as I am being forced to leave. In the short time that I have been here my dryer does not work, my ac has stopped working, I have lost hot water several times(still not working), there is a weird residue on the walls In the kitchen from attempting to use the dryer and the heat escaping the machine from a disconnected hose into the apartment, and my sink has fallen from the counter breaking the components underneath... oh and maintenance only has time for emergencies and apparently my situation isnt one... at this point I am just packing my things and leaving. Save yourself the trouble.

I went to boca town center and the team was very professional and helpful. They worked efficiently and made sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend boca town center to my friends and family.

The apartment was not completely clean when we moved in. The shelf along the ceiling is covered in an inch of dust, which one of our roommates is severely allergic to, and they refuse to clean it. It is way too tall for any of us to go up there safely and clean it. Also the breezeways in front of our doors are disgusting, dirty, and filled with spiders and spider eggs, as are our porches. The fans and air ducts in the bathrooms are filled with dust and are apparently not able to be cleaned. Also, our apartment still has an ant and spider problem after pest control has come multiple times. This is NOT hassle free living!!!! Reply to the response below: We have never had a problem with our AC (surprisingly) and we did not have a maintenance request for October 14th. My roommates and I are only upset about the cleanliness of our apartment when we moved in (dust in family room, porch, fans in bathroom) and the spiders and ants that still remain inside and outside of our apartment.

They are degenerate liers and practice false advertisement . After they will show you a shiny new model they will tell you that your apartment isn’t available yet and on the day you need it it will be and you’ll get the key and when you’ll see a real place - it will be competely different - dirty, half of the appliances are broken, windows aren’t even washed. Disgusting .then they withhold your check if you change your minds moving In after what’s you’ve seen and will turn you into collections for trying to get your money back and not living there for a second. Pond- still water full of garbage, they never clean it and it’s stinks and full of algie. What they charge insane money for if they even can’t clean the premises ? And they are saying it’s so safe for kids to walk to bus stop- absolutely not, it’s not their kids so they don’t care . First day this year by that bus stop was the armed rubbery . In the morning . Ok. Kids are are not safe there, everyone’s allergies are getting aggravated because if the filthy conditions of their apoartments- not kidding, read others reviews about it. Save your children . Move somewhere else.

Tiny apartments that they overcharge you for. Staff is rude. They dont care about you. Have to make multiple attempts to get maintenance to fix anything. Saw 3 dead mice all on separate occasions outside. disgusting.

We’ve had issues with the management company in the past. Issues with correcting the monthly bill and what the actual rent is. The fact you can’t pay online from multiple sources and it has to be done by one account.We’ve had a clogged kitchen sink and broken garbage disposal for 3 days and were told “it’s not an emergency, just don’t use your kitchen sink” which in turn basically inhibits you from using the kitchen for cooking.

Had my car broken into 2 weeks ago as well as 3 other cars. Today saw another car which had broken side window. Don’t want to live here anymore!

If I could id give this 0 stars. First off, everything breaks on a weekly basis( toilets flood like its their job, washing machine/drier breaks on a weekly basis), Got my car vandalized and so on. The management is even worse. Very inconsiderate/Rude/unprofessional.

There were 4 car break ins in one night 2 weeks ago, and the office was not even aware of it. Last night was another car break in. They should do something about that.
