I shouldve called Blythe freeway towing the guy that showed up to help me unlock my car was so rude. I get it its Hot outside its not like I planned on locking my keys in the car.

There were two of us stuck. I was quoted$250/hr and was told that if he got both out in that time Id only be charged for the two hr minimum. But was charged $500!!! And saw the tech coming back from a residential area when I was driving home. As far as Im concerned I was over charged!! Will never use them again!!

I was stuck 75 minutes outside of Blythe in the middle of nowhere. Called most of the local towing companies for quotes. These guys got me to a mechanic in half the time for half the price of the competitors. 10/10 would recommend

This company is amazing! We ran out of gas before Blythe coming back from california and the gentleman was awesome! ! So nice and quick!! We had my kids in the car so he made sure to come asap!! A 45 minute ETA and he was there in 20! He put some gas in then followed us to the exit to ensure we were ok!! Thank you so much! Im sorry I didnt catch your name!!

We were on our way home from our Cali vacation on Saturday, July 6th with our kids when our car broke down 10 miles west of Blythe. We needed the car towed to Tempe AZ (170 miles from Blythe) because we didn’t want to leave it there over the weekend. I called Ace (after I called a few others) and was told the exact cost before hand and the driver could be there within 30 minutes. Ray showed up within 15 minutes and all 4 of us were able to fit in the cab of the tow truck. We got stuck in the I -10 E traffic which delayed our drive 2 1/2 hours. Ray was polite and stopped at rest areas so we could stretch and use the restroom. He was great. I recommend these guys all the way! No bull and there were no extra charges when we arrived home. Thank you Ace!

Crooked company puts lien on vehicles after 2 days. Whet to glamis and truck broke down on the way. Called them and said I would get back to them on Monday (truck broke down and was towed on Friday night). When I called on Monday they added a bunch of extra fees and put a lien on my vehicle saying they weren’t sure if I was coming back for it. It’s a $15,000 truck surely I wasn’t just going to leave it. It cost me over $600 for the truck to be there less than 3 days. And to only accept cash. And wouldn’t accept payment from Onstar because they were trying to give a credit card to them. Stay clear of this company.

Having too much fun at the river. ATV rolled down the side of a hill and was stuck in a tight ravine. Handle bars were broken and terrain was loose and slick so dangerous situation if you didnt have a wench or the correct equipment. Called all local tow companies a couple even recommended ACE for my situation. Tom knew exactly what to do. Got the ATV out with his off-road jeep and wench. Was quick and efficient. You da man!
