Fiance and I had our water pump blow out of the side on I-10E in our skoolie. This was the first place I called but Andrew was super professional, and very quick to come get us, and even called the local shop he works with to make sure they could take us. Highly recommend this company if youre in a bind.

This place is awesome for when youre in a jam. Drove deep into some sugar sand in my van on the east side of the Colorado River and got stuck. Tried multiple ways to get unstuck but ended up getting myself more stuck in the process until I decided it was better to stop since the under carriage of my van was resting on the earth with loose sand surrounding me for 100 yards in every direction.Called a company or two and decided on this one because the woman who answered the phone, Heather, was kind, courteous, helpful and honest. She dispatched out Richard, who was also courteous, respectful and professional, who arrived within an half hour with a front loader hooked up the van and pulled it all the way back out to the road. The cost was 1/3 of what I was expecting it to be and they took credit as well. Which is good because I never seem to have cash on me at these times.Overall I would say that this company was as professional as they come based on experience with Heather and Richard. Highly recommend.

These guys are the best and most caring towing service I’ve ever seen! My dear friend had a roll over in a large moving truck. Ramsey came out and cleaned up the highway of a truckload of his personal effects. They impounded and preserved every single one of his possessions including his wallet and laptop, phone and computers and important papers. They were incredibly helpful, honest and good people! I wish all towing services were as reputable and honest as Ramsey.

I was driving back home after a very irritating long trip & shredded a tire at 3am. I called Ramsey & Andrew text me within about 2 or 3 mins. He told me exactly what the price was going to be & he was there quickly. My tire was replaced & I was driving again within 45 minutes

Called Ramsey Towing when my car broke down on I-10. Andrew sent me text in a few minutes with rate and I called back to discuss options for rental car and where to tow car to. Andrew was extremely helpful as he knew the area well. He showed up right on time, confirmed and explained the rate, took extra care loading my vehicle, and we got in his truck to leave. The truck was very clean and in great running condition and Andrew was clean, polite, professional, very experienced and knowledgeable, was a careful and safe driver. People on here posting bad things, are liars and it was most likely there fault of why they had a bad experience. I have used Ramsey for help, 3 times. And they where all amazing.

Very fast response time, and great pricing!! When they arrived to help us out with a jack for our spare tire, the driver was super pleasant and extremely knowledgeable! I recommend these guys for any services you may need help with!

I was stuck in the sand called triple A and they sent Blythe Freeway Towing who wanted $189.00 cash not credit card cash to pull from sand. I dont carry that much money on me the driver just left me and my son there in the blazing heat. So we called Ramsey Towing who took a credit card and was there not long after we called and towed it for almost the same price. Gary was the driver and was very kind, professional and had a very heartfelt chat with my son who need it. May God Bless him and may he and Ramsey Towing prosper for treating the customer they way they would want to be treated if in that same situation . Thank you Gary and Ramsey Towing.

FRAUD!!Told us $105 hookup fee plus $7/mile. We told them where we would like to go when arriving because we were still debating on where to have our van towed. When they arrived we told them wed like to have it towed to the nearest hotel. NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING DIFFERENT IN PRICING!! Once we arrived (2 miles away), Ascencio Sanchez told us the total was $325....WHAT??? From $119 to $325? When I questioned him about the huge difference, he said he should have told us before loading the van, but they have a minimum of $325. WHAT A SCAM! I never signed the receipt saying I was paying that amount, but instead said I would call the office. They went ahead and ran my card for $325 and now will not do anything about refunding the amount they over charged us.BEWARE! They will give you a price for one thing and then change their mind in route!!Hope this review looses them enough business to counter balance the $206 they just decided they wanted in their pockets.

Got my big truck and oversize load stuck in sand. Called had someone out promptly, quoted and stuck to price. Driver was knowledge and nice. Very nice equipment as well. Thanks guys.

Always good dealing with people who know what they are doing

I would rate this company lower however it was not an option. We called this company and scheduled an appointment to have a truck come out with a forklift and take material off our truck because it was over weight. They took our credit card over the phone. They showed up without the right equipment. Then, they talked to the officers at the scales into letting the driver go back to their yard. They unloaded our material there. So the cost tripled from originally quoted. I would be other truckers have had the same thing happen to them with Ramsey Towing. I contacted the company and the owner called me and treated me like I was unimportant. Beware this company. Get a price in writing first. They will tell you one price then come out and it will cost way more.

AMAZING, AMAZING Custome service, professionalism and response! Brandon went WAY above and beyond to not only help us but to save us as much money as possible. We have a 3/4 ton Dodge with a full size camper and a utility trailer that was buried down to the axle. To help us save money he told us if we dug the tree that was in the way and the sand out as much as possible he would come back the next morning and only charge a very reasonable amount, we agreed. Not only was he very professional but he also made sure that due to the pinch we were in we were comfortable and had everything we needed overnight until he came back bright and early the next morning. I would recommend Ramsey Towing to everyone! I appreciate Brandon not only as a professional but as a kind, caring human being. THANK YOU RAMSEY TOWING!
