I visited Nail Trix today and got a full set of gel nails. They look the best that I’ve ever had done anywhere! They were done by K. She is an absolute sweetheart. She was friendly and has a great eye for detail. The salon was busy and clean! I will definitely be going back!

I’m not one to write reviews but I was extremely impressed with the above and beyond service I received from Twa & Vu. First of all, due to my work schedule I unfortunately wasn’t able to get there till their very last walk in appt of day. Normally when I find myself in this situation, the providers seem rushed and eager to leave and the end result looks sloppy and like corners were cut. Twa was so attentive to me I thought she was the owner but she explained she was an employee. Any business owner would dream of such a thoughtful, customer centric employee. I got a gel mani pedi and one week later, there’s not so much as a sign of wear and tear. They didn’t polish on my cuticles which is a pet peeve and I didn’t even have to ask. They both bent over backwards to make sure I loved the color I chose and shape of my nails. I went to an out of town wedding and got compliments on my nails all weekend. Can’t wait to go back. They both totally made my day and were so kind, patient and great at what they do. Huge thanks to them for their excellent service.

K and her co worker were amazing!!! My daughter and I went in for pedicures and she was great with my daughter. My daughter loves stitch and lilo and she offered to put stickers on her toes for her. She loved it. They did an amazing job! We will be going back next time we are in minneapolis!!!

The lady name k did my nails they turned out great, she is nice and friendly. She took her time on my nails which I appreciate most places rush. Over all the best experience I had at a nail salon and my nails turned better than any other salon.

Wedding party came in, the boss lady said $89 for the Bride she wanted one nail repaired they were her own nails & she would give a $10 discount, the brides maids would pay $67....for pedicure & manicure. the bride paid $106 for a pedicure, her own 1 nail repair that was suppose to be (NO CHARGE) and some polish on her nails. 2 of the brides maids nails were not done correctly, & was charged way more, over a $100 for each one & there was 6 of them & they forgot 1 of the wedding party people, so she decided not to get anything, they started on other customers & forgot about the wedding party. The prices just kept going up like it was coming out of her($&?#$)! There was a man that came in to complain about the service he received, the boss lady kept saying the woman wasnt there & for him to go to the other store to complain because she really is not from her store. NEVER AGAIN MONEY HUNGRY BOSS LADY!!

I absolutely love Nail Trix! I will be a returning customer. I came here today with 3 of my girlfriends and we all were treated very well and great service. We love our nails, and left the salon so happy. I appreciate K and her hard dedicated work 🤍 I recommend this place 100%. New owners than the last. Thank you guys!

Just had my nails done by K at Nail Trix, and I absolutely LOVE them. My nails were damaged so I wasnt sure what to do with them and K was very patient, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I was there the other day and I was impressed with how clean this place is. I felt very safe to be there. All the staff were very nice and friendly. And they all spoke English to each other while with customers which made it a very comfortable environment. My nail technician was very articulate of what she does and patient too to make sure that I am happy with the service. I would recommend this place.

I got my nails done about a week ago and still can’t get over how amazing they look! K did them and did an amazing job. She took her time and was very patient. You can tell she cares about the quality of your nails and your satisfaction. I will definitely be back to get my nails done again!

This place is very clean. Friendly staff. Decor in the salon is very pleasing. They even have a slide show of all their past customers with their nails done here that at first I thought they were pictures from professional studio models. It turns out that K did all their nails and took pictures of them and asked if she can showcase them into her collection. It looks great on the big screen. If I stay there long enough I might see mine showing up. You can gaze at the sample pictures of Ks work in the album book, which can give you some ideas what you can do with your nails while you wait. Or you can dream of your next perfect nails after getting it done with K and join her list of enthusiastically satisfied customers. Whichever you choose, I am sure it will be a great experience.

I was staying at the Mall for a couple nights and wanted a place where my daughter and I could get pedicures. K was awesome and really did a fantastic job. The two ladies there did mine and my husband feet for us and they were so SO awesome. Super clean and friendly. We made an appointment for 3 of us the day before and they were very friendly on the phone. We arrived and I was super impressed with how clean it was. They followed all of the covid protocols. K is the manager and was super accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed chatting with her. She’s very passionate about providing great service and their reputation. We were there for pedicures and I don’t have my nails done but I was mesmerized by her slideshow that showed all the beautiful nails they’ve done. She took over the salon in October and inherited the Google rating as well which was not good. If you look through the reviews, I’ve seen nothing but great reviews since she took over. I definitely recommend this salon.

Me and my 3 other girl friends wanted to do our nails and since we planned to go to MOA after, we decided to just do it there. We found this place on google & called to make appointments. It being a weekday, they were able to take us in right away. I loved how clean the shop is & they follow COVID-19 guidelines, temperature at the front of door and to wash your hands after you sign in. They made us feel welcomed & were super nice and sweet! They listened to all of our concerns and took their time, which is a big issue for me when going to nail salons. K, the new manager, told us they bought the business only 5 months ago so I highly suggest to disregard google reviews from before then. I loved meeting and talking to K. She is a complete sweetheart and knew how to keep a conversation going. Definitely look forward to coming back here when I’m in the area!!

Went in to get a pedicure with a friend. We were seated right away as a walk in. Greeted very promptly, the pedicure was very thorough and well done. Also great prices for being in Mall of America. We are from out of town but will be back when we visit the mall again. :)

I paid $55 for a full set of gel nails. 2 days later they start lifting!! My manicurist didnt prepare my nail bed correctly! Your supposed to lightly sand the nail bed so you dont get any lift!! I will Never go to this place place. At first glance they were beautiful. Til my hair got caught in my nail. The one nail lifted that same day. I asked for acrylic and they told me after they were done they were gel!!!! Never Again 😡😡I wish i would of read the reviews on this place, i would of never went there!!!!After one week, half my nails popped off!!🤬🤬 Waste of money.

If I could give less I would. I have never been told that they don’t want to do a service because they don’t want to put certain colors on toe nails. Extremely rude and completely ruined the whole experience. Find any other place to get your nails done.

Very thoughtful staff, although did not do a great job applying nail color. Lots of streaks and bubbles. They said their eyes werent as good as mine so they couldnt see all the wrong things.Lower rating based on value. For a fill, removal of three nails, coffin shaping and gel color it cost a base price of $65.Had I known I would have just popped all my nails off and gotten a new full set.
