Amazing workers amazing service no complaints ever

My experience was delightful. Shoutout to Lyn who did my nails. I didnt get the pedicurist name but I remember her face she did a fantastic job. When I return I want those two to service me.

I went today to have my nails done and I was concerned because of some negative reviews but Im so happy I went. I had Kevin, and he took his time..and listened to me and worked nicely on my nails. I did get cut twice, but fir the great quality..it was worth it. I have had probably close to 100 manicure and this has to be the best filed and painted. Im glad I got kevin. His work is topnotch!!

Really not happy with the tall Male not sure what his name is but 3 of my daughters fingers were cut. How can you do that and not know with no apology or anything. Reconsidering going there again.

I love coming here. They are very friendly and do very good work not too mention the prices are very reasonable.

Zero stars!!! Terrible. The Mom did my pedicure, but not after she set up her phone to watch immigration videos on YouTube. Pedi was horrible and I was done and out the door in a total of 20 mins. To add insult to injury, she added tons of grease to my feet after seeing I was displeased w/the crust still on the back. I could barely walk out as my rubber flip flops had grease all over them. I will NEVER go back here and not sure where all these good reviews are coming from. That lady seriously should not be doing anyones nails. I didnt say anything because I respect my elders..but its a NO for me!

Went to Lynn a few months ago for my graduation nails & she did an awesome job! The marble nails turned out pretty good! Far better than any salon I’ve been to in Bloomington. Also it was cheaper than I thought it would be too considering I got designs, marble, & a special shape all for $45. I was more than impressed with my mails & my friends nails. My graduation nails were perfect & super noticeable in pictures!! Wish I would have known about this salon all 4 years of college!

I had a fill on my gel nails. Lynn charged me $38. Nothing special, just a fill, I got a brand new set on for $30!!! Is there prices they go by or just make it up depending on the day? Lynn is wonderful but changing prices like that isn’t professional at all and I always tip very very well, usually $15 each time but I think I’m going to see what else is out there due to how much they just make up prices, I had my friends daughters nails done before Christmas and in 2 days one of the fingers of painting fell off, the whole polish and design fell off then the rest followed in the next day and I was told gel would last a lot longer. I called and told her because I spent a lot of money and she made excuses about the oils in kids hands....hmm, why wasn’t I told that before I spent $90!!! She wouldn’t redo them or reimburse me so I’ll go somewhere else.

It was none to clean the guy who did my nails was insanely slow, was very rough he burned me several times with the dremel tool and jabbed the small bit for cleaning under the nails very deep under my nails and also repeatedly pushed very hard around the edges with his thumbnail and I got an infection on the edge of one of my nails from him breaking the skin with his dirty thumbnail.I recommend you never go to this place its not worth the price or the risk of infection. Plus getting your nails done is supposed to be a treat and be fun this place was anything but!!

Literally these are very nice people but Lynn needs to tell her husband to stopping being so ruff he’s always hurting my fingers. Being overly aggressive I love coming here but they need to stop saying the price is one thing then changing it. And Lynn is always gossiping about someone to the person in her chair.

I love Regal Nails! Lynn and her colleagues are awesome! Compared to a few other places in town their prices and services are great!

Usually I have no complaints, but today will cause me to most likely never go back. I got a man who I believe to be Lynn’s husband and he was very rough when doing my acrylics. I was cut in nearly every finger, when I mentioned a mistake on my mail he just nodded but never fixed it. My fingers still sting from where he cut me and I am not pleased. My nails are also very uneven and almost too thick with the acrylic.

I love Regal Nails! The staff is very welcoming and great at what they do. I’m always happy with my nails and pedicures. They’re also affordable! I love Lynn! She’s very creative and sweet. Troy is also great with pedicures! I always get so many compliments on my nails. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Great place with great loveable people who always make you feel welcome...

This nail salon is a nail salon you do not want to go to. There are so slow, it will take an hour just for 1 person. They are not gentle at all, they poked and prodded you. It is like getting your teeth cleaned but there your nails. Please stay away.

The owners were very nice nice shop setting as well but my nails were rushed and looked horrible definitely was not happy but the guy who did my daughters nail was amazing

I cant say enough about this place. They are always super busy but they make sure that they engage with you while you wait. They are super friendly and always have you laughing. By the end you are left with gorgeous hands and feet.

I didnt catch the name of the man who did my pedicure but he did an amazing job! Ive never had anyone put as much detail or effort into making sure they were perfect and that I was relaxed!! Was a little taken back at how much it costed because it was higher than their listed price and i didnt get any extra design! However was still so worth it! Paid 70 total for a gel pedicure and my husband a pedicure no polish (his massage didnt last nearly as long as mine)... I would 100% return for a pedicure by this man particular!

So I have small fingers and it’s hard for some professionals not to cut or tear up my nail bed, she Lynn always is gentle and makes my nails look fabulous. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Okay I got my eyebrows tatto done from her sister at this shop and they gave me a price of $300 but today a lady told me why did she charge you that much when she only paid $200 to get hers done so yall ladies need to know everybody would get different prices so if they like you they would give you cheap price and if they dont like you they would make you pay way more and the owner charge me $80 for nails that I didnt like so I would never be back to them at all

Decided to give this salon another try and regret it terribly. Not only did I wait almost an hour but was treated like I was inconveniencing them and was rushed so badly my skin was burned by the nail drill on 8 out of 10 fingers. Ive never had such terrible customer service and poor quality nails.

After hearing good reviews about here and Lynn I decided to give it a try. I called and set up an appointment and when I arrived I was told it’d be 40 minuets until she could take me. I decided I’d sit and wait and after almost an hour after my appointment time she took a walk-in instead and I was handed off to Kevin. Throughout the service I was cut pretty good multiple times and my nails look crooked from how they were filed. I pointed it out and they did nothing to fix it. To top it off he used a dirty brush to clean the polish off my fingers. The brush was so hard from the dried nail polish it did nothing but scratch me even more. Definitely don’t recommend this place and won’t be returning.

Nice staff but the salon is very unhygienic. I recommend telling the person whos doing your nails, to wash their hands first. Also you can literally see where they never mob. The nail dust is everywhere even on the fake plants and overall decoration which seems never to get cleaned up. The work on the nails was alright. My mother in law went here, to get her nails done for the wedding and was not happy with it. I am better off manicuring my nails myself at home and it saves me a bunch of cash.

Omg Lynn is the best all around, I drive all the way across town to get my nails done by her, no one in town even comes close to her work, well worth the drive, you won’t be disappointed, she’s the only one that does my nails I go faithfully, family owned, her husband, mom, sister and brother is what makes Regal Nails best in town!

Terrible experience. He filed my skin on my finger with electric file until it bled. Was very rough on me. Then the finish was terrible. Atmosphere was terrible. I was then treated like I did something wrong and still had to pay for service. Finger is permanently damaged.

Nice people but were a little rough while massaging my hands, feet, and lower legs... Plus they cut me three times while doing doing my nails, and cut both people that came with me.

Asked for sparkly Galaxy toes and I got them!!

Gets the job done as the only nail salon on the west side of town, but its inside Walmart for a reason... Walmart quality job. They rush you in and out and are under staffed so dont expect an uninterrupted nail job.

Nail job was terrible. Its only been 3 or 4 days and I need a fill in. Never got any cuticle treatment. Acrylic wasnt even applied down to cuticle.

Went to have my nails removed and a manicure. The acrylic is still there nail polish is coming off, was done on the 7/3 now 7/5. Very dissatisfied.
