The lady was on the phone, made me and my daughter wait at the reception for 15 mins and when asked if she still had time to get to us, she just said wait and see….Don’t believe even a plastic surgeon would show that kind of an attitude… it’s nail salon honey !

Love my nails everytime me and my sister go in there, definitely recommend. 🙂

Today, I went to their in hopes of a pedicure. I was not acknowledged until another woman entered. I sat there for fifteen minutes before being told they could not service me. The person communicating with the new lady welcomed her, asked if she had an appointment and further proceed to schedule her one. I did not continue to wait but left and will never return.

I just got a basic pedicure and I am impressed. They gave me the hot wax, im used to paying extra for that. Toes look great. I recommend to anyone

Went in to get dip on my nails. Not only are all of my nails different heights, there are also somehow gaps in the dip where there are just simply no color. On top of the dip, she put a layer of gel polish which is not how dip is done at all? Even the gel layer does not go all the way up to my cuticle, and the dip is starting to crack off after 1 day. The ends of my nails are very jagged and cracking as well, again, after 1 day.The lady who welcomed me was rude as well. She was unable to get off of her phone for more than a minute to explain to me their COVID practices or show me where to find the dip colors. The lady who actually did my nails did not even talk to me the entire time.TLDR: My nails look horrible, it was too expensive for the quality and the service, and I will never be returning.

Came here two different times. First time I came to get my feet done with a friend she made the appointment wrong they did not have a space for me understandable so I waiting to be service. The second time I came I made appointment myself at 10:30am to get my nails done with my friend who also had a 10:30 appointment. They seat her at 10:30 but did not try to seat me until almost 12pm which I choose not to get my nails done at that point and was waiting for my friend because I was her ride. While I was waiting they let 3 other ladies who were walk ins get seated and started there nails before me who had an appointment. When they try to tell me I didn’t make an appointment I showed them my email confirmation and then they began to say sorry and for me to come back another time. The two ladies who try to get me in were very sweet and apologized but the man was very rude and would not admit to he was in the wrong. If I would have gotten a apology from him I would have been understanding but to walk away and say rude comments about me is unacceptable. Will not come back. I wouldn’t do appointment with them. they don’t pay attention to them anyways better off being a walk in. Shame because they actually do nice work but your customer service needs work.

I came here for a fill-in and asked the lady who works there for the price which wasn’t reasonable at all, they overcharged me. She got mad and told me go somewhere else . I got my nails done and 2 of them broke the same exact day . I payed $43 for this Bs on top of her unprofessionalism. I then called them back to get my nail fixed and the man argued with me refusing to fix it on top of trying to charge me . The quality is so poor here how does a nail break the same day you get them done ? NEVER GOING BACK !

Awful. I came in as a walk in was told to pick my color and it would be a few mins. I waited forever patiently, when someone finally sat me down they started putting acetone on my nails with foil, the nail tech left me to start a pedicure 😡 I finally got up and asked another nail tech if someone was going to take this off and finish? Said it would be a minute. I said I would pay for the removal but I wanted to take my service somewhere else. Never in my life have I experienced such poor service/rudeness.

Going to lovely nails is always a good time! They are all really helpful and friendly. The do amazing work on both manicures and pedicures.

I have had a couple bad experiences here but once you get the right nail tech you will be so happy! I am sure everyone has their own preference but my choice would hands down be joe! My nails always look great and I live that her remembers me every time I walk in the door! So if you go ask for joe he’s top notch!

We made an appointment at 1:45 today came in on time and was not greeted . I told them i had an appointnent and we sat around till 2:25pm. We got up and left since we had plans at 3pm. We are making an appointnent with another salon. This one clearly does not manage their time and respect appointments. Very unprofessional.

Just left the salon and my nails look amazing! Such a relaxing service, they did not rush through my manicure and made sure everything looked perfect before finishing.

Went there a few months ago while I was finishing up my last semester at ISU to get my nails done for my birthday. My friend was getting her nails done & I was getting a pedicure done. I was planning on getting acrylics done too but after I saw how bad my friend’s nails looked I decided against it. Also the woman who was doing my toes cute 6 out of 10 toes and made them bleed. As they were bleeding she proceeded to keep dipping brush of the nail polish in & trying to paint over my blood(which did not work) I expressed my concern about this to the lady & another staff member & we got into a huge argument. It’s very unsanitary that she kept dipping the brush into the polish that touched my blood. I hope she threw it away but I highly doubt it after the type of service I saw that day. That was the first and last time I went there.

One of the workers said he was going to do my nails next and then he took 2 people that came in after me first.

I took my sister in to have her nails done for the first time and it was not good she had bubbles in her nails she has two different sizes nails for each hand they did not match then they finger nail polish for nails white to cover up the bubbles
