Very nice nail technician! She made sure to ask exactly how I wanted my nails every step of the way. Fair prices and Ill definitely be back!

Had an appointment at 6, didn’t get in until about 6:30. I told them I wanted one clear nail with french tip with acrylic, they claim it is too hard to do design with acrylic. (Ive had many designs done with acrylic, it’s possible) So instead I just went with one color and they couldn’t even get that right, my nails aren’t smooth, you can see the first layer of polish and in the process my nails were burning, that’s never happened to me before. And one of my nails is very crooked, it isn’t my finger 🙄😐

Terrible experience. My sister and her friend went in for birthday manicures and pedicures. My sister was sent home with half done pedicure. She told the guy she wanted short uniform gel nails. and was given medium length acrylics. There is a clear use of MMA in the products used for the acrylic nails. As I’m typing this, I’m helping my sister get them off, the nails are turning to jelly. I wouldn’t return there ever. Please take your money some where else.

We were last minute clients and they were very accommodating to us. We had Kim and rose as our nail techs and they were phenomenal! So nice and pleased and our nails look so beautiful!!

Good pedicure, staff wasnt very friendly.

I had a pedicure & manicure. The pedicure is ok, but not great. The polish is uneven & the nails are filed uneven. The manicure is worse. The manicurist cut my nails so short that the tips of some fingers are sore. The clear topcoat is uneven and doesn’t even cover the whole nail on some fingers. The color doesn’t go across the whole nail on some fingers. Overall a poor experience. The manicurist went out into the hallway and sat on a bench when she finished with me. She didn’t even suggest how long I should dry and said nothing when I left. Needless to say I won’t be back. I even gave her a 20%+ tip!

Kim was professional, friendly, and courteous. Reasonably priced. I would recommend.

Rose and Kim were phenomenal!! So friendly and helpful. We came in right before closing to get mani/pedis and they did a wonderful job!

I did not have a good experience there. The guy asked me to pay in the middle of the process which I found it a bit rude. The quality of his work was not great either. See the photo

I called 30mins before and asked to schedule an appointment and when i got there they stared at us for maybe 3mins before speaking to us rudely. They told us 15 mins and when the time came they still were very rude not hospitable at all or professional. I didn’t feel comfortable getting my nails done at that point but my friend from out of town did anyway.

Commented on the large size of food i purchased while waiting rudely. Id already been waiting 1 1/2 hours. And then comments that i was too young to have kids in a judgmental rude way.The 3 people who were working belittled me when asking normal questions and then proceeded to tell me to ask a friend and ignored me the rest of the time until I walked out. Clearly they think verrrry highly of themselves and their work isnt that good anyways

Went in right when they opened. They open at 11am not 10 now.Temperature was taken and need to complete medical waiver form.Masks required by all. Gloves and masks wore by technicians too.I was only customer. Great service as always.

I am giving 4 stars only because I just left the nail shop....so the experience was wonderful...Kim was really informative and a wonderful person.I got the dip powder...if it works out well I will definitely give La Nails 5 stars!

I will never return to this place. Staff was unfriendly. The tech was rough and at times actually caused me pain. The nails look so unprofessional and are crooked. When I explained the where not right he just argued with me. No time was taken to push back cuticles or make sure the nail plate was clean so they are already stating to separate after 3 days. I am so disappointed.

I’ve been here two times. Once for a pedicure and another for a full set. The pedicure was a great experience. The full set I didn’t like how it came out. Pretty nails, but not what I wanted.

I came here with my sisters. They skipped over my sister and did someone else’s. My nails turned out crooked. I just left 30 minutes ago and they are chipped. They did not do too coat on our right hands. The file used on me had blood on it. The nail polish is uneven. Will not be returning .

The gentleman that worked on my nails seemed to not know what he was doing I just went in for a gel polish change. He was rough I personable and the polish job was sloppy. I will never return. Money wasted. I had to end up going somewhere else to have them redone

Not great came in for a 2:00 appt and waited in the waiting room-that was just foldable chairs that were not spaced properly-for over an hour and there was only 2 other people there. The lady that did my friends made her bleed 3 times and it ended up crooked. $45 for gel nails that were crooked, off colored, and made my friend bleed multiple times. Not great. Do NOT recommend. Save your money and time.

Ive been going to LaNails for yearsI request Cyndi, she has always done a fantastic job. If there is something special I want, its no problem...we t ho any where else.

I went here with my two sisters and they’re very unprofessional, and did not do what was asked. did not do shape that was asked and when trying to answer an important phone call the nail tech got mad. the nail filing was painful at times and they seemed rude. will not be returning here again.

The guy I saw last night filed 3 of my nails till they bled. A few are crooked. I understand closing and being ready to leave but this isnt ok and all he said was oops

Not good!! My two friends and I went. I sat down last and my nails were shaped and ready for paint first!! Werent shaped right at all, the acrylic was left under the nails, the plastic of the nails wasnt cut off completely and just left there. The paint was everywhere on my fingers and missing in places. No one said a word. They also charged us 5 extra dollars for coffin tips. Not cool.

I got no chip and it looks horrible. I couldve done better myself. I pay the same amount at a luxury nail salon back where I live in Chicago and they do an amazing job.

The guy didn’t have the time he messed up my nails did not care at all there is no go service I don’t recommend this place they are money hungry

Staff was friendly. My daughter and I went in to manicures on Sunday. My daughter got the little princess mani which was reasonably priced. I got a manicure with no chip polish. Wednesday morning I had one finger with no polish at all. It peeled off while I slept. So disappointing that you pay good money for no chip gel and 2.5 days later its gone. Probably wont be returning any time soon. 😔

I was on the roll here at Eastland mall. Shopping and pampering myself. Fantastic job with my manicure. The lady took her time, very detailed and her works were great. I was very satisfied. One thing I noticed that they clean and sanitize their tools after each service...

After describing what I wanted three or four times the nail tech still couldnt get it right. I asked for stiletto nails, and he repeated to me almond shape. NO. Stiletto nails are pointed and do not have a rounded tip. And guess what I left with? Almond shaped nails and a stinging cut on my cuticle. Im done going to nail salons like this, I would much rather spend the extra money to get what I want. Whats even worse? Yeah Im upset that my nails dont look how I want them to, but the nail tech in the chair next to me didnt clean her implements between clients. Disgusting.

The salon just got new equipment and chairs that look beautiful. Very clean. And wonderful people to talk too. They are in the Eastland Mall, but worth the trip!

My daughter had a 2 O’Clock appointment, finally called back at 2:27 and then they let her know that they don’t do ombre nails. Then that they don’t do the shape she wanted. Save your money and your time!

Id give no stars if I could.. Went two days ago...one nail already broke, polish not even and polished over cuticle. Doesnt do any good to tell them while there, they dont understand or pretend they dont understand English. Didnt speak at all and seemed in a rush to get to next person. I do not recommend at all...go somewhere else for the same price!

Not only they did a good service, also they gave me some tips to protect my nails at home. The salon has good size and warm. They always keep their space and tools clean. Now LA Nails is my favorite salon!

5 stars to my nail tech Mai Mai! Cant say the same for the Customer Service of the other nail techs. I was just about to stop going there until she did my nails (great skills and personable)! I have left there happy every since!

Went shopping at Macys and stop by here for a manicure. The lady did a very good job, took her time and didnt rush...hands and nails look healthy and pretty. Good job and another plus, not expensive at all!!!

I go every two weeks and always get the best service (medicure and pedicure). I always make an appointment and Kim does her best to get me in her seat as fast as possible. They are all very friendly and Id recommend them to anyone.

My nails don’t look that bad but the guy that did them was really rough with them and my fingers hurt. Also very unsanitary.

Not good at all!!!. Paint is horrible nails arent same length. The guy was in such a rush. I dont not recomend going here. My 5 year old does a better job at painting my nails!!!

All three of us who went today ended up bleeding. The polishes more on my fingers then my nail. They clipped my toenails so short they are painful. Terrible experience, rushed, and ice cold water.

Extra for coffin shape. Won’t do powder color, no ombré. Not impressed. My polish is already chipped. If they would have don’t powder vs polish in top of the acrylic they would look even but my polish looks awful.

Went in for full set. Workers not friendly at all didnt say a word to me. The guy doing them didnt ask what shape nail I wanted. I wanted my nails shorter than what I got but the guy just ignored me. Nails not even at all. Def wont be coming back here

Do not go here. The chairs are not comfortable. The foot bowl wasnt working. There was a 5 minutes wait (not bad) but another 20 minutes wait after they put my feet in the water. This is when the water in the bowl stopped working. Long story short, 45 minutes later and my toes werent even polished yet. Service was very slow and mediocre. I could have done a better job at home.

I do not recommend this place me and my mom went to get are nails done and they look horrible the sides of are nails hurt and they made my nails crooked they are pointing west and they did not clean there equipment after. They did not clean are cuticles and the gel near the cuticle is chipping and it’s way to expensive ($50.00) for a horrible look, and they did not shape them into the shape we wanted and they are uneven and it’s the next day and my nails are still in pain I can’t do anything, so again I do not recommend this place, never going back there again.

I found my new nail salon, I dont think Ive ever been to a salon where they were so nice. Very excited about all the different manis im going to get! Very affordable and they did a great job.

They keep changing the prices and their work is average.

ASKED HER HOW MUCH LONGER SHE PULLED MY HAND PUT HER NAILS IN MY HAND AND . WHEN SHE WAA ABUSIVE I LEFT WITH MY NAILS UNDONE AND STILL LEFT MY TIP BECAUSE I WILL NO LONGER GO HERE. I LIVE IN TEXAS AND GET MY NAILS DONE WEEKLY SINCE I WAS 12 ... I HAVE A DEGREE IN COSMETOLOGY... THIS WAS WAS BEYOND GHETTO RUDE . The people doing the nails were very slow and it took a long time the nails in the end turned out bad and sloppy.

A day after my manicure (and without doing anything rough with my nails) the paint on the tips started coming off. Two days later, a large section of the polish on my pinky is gone. I wish I would have just done them myself.

They hurt my nails when they tried to do them. My nails are crooked. They dont know how to give you what you want.

Awful! I had an appointment at 5:30. Didnt leave the place until 8. For a FILL! Couldnt make a breast cancer ribbon, erased it twice and still charged me for it. Wont be back :)

I will never, ever, patronage this business. They over charge for all their services. They dont do a complete pedicure, he basically washed my feet and clipped my toenails. Bad service, my pedicure was done in 7 minutes!
