I went yesterday to get my Halloween nails and I am in love! For the first time I did coffin shape and nail art. My nail tech was Long, and he was amazing! He was very kind and went above and beyond for the nail art! I had some simple ideas/pictures that I showed him. He took those ideas and come up with something much more wonderful! I am beyond thrilled with my nails. Every time Ive gone to this everyone was friendly, polite, professional, and services are perfect! Ive gone to other salons in town and they arent on par with Nail World and Spa. They also do a kid mani/pedi combo which my daughter loves!

This place is easily the highest quality place in town to get acrylics. Their prices may be high but as soon as you experience their work you understand why. Staff are friendly, funny, kind, and dont talk behind backs about customers. In fact they hardly speak among themselves at all. They are very efficient, polite, and talented workers. I think it may be run by a family. I am overwhelmed with how amazing this place is and I started consistently going back because I want to support them and the plus side is you get BEAUTIFUL nails. I highly recommend this place. Walk Ins are welcomed and wait times are virtually nonexistent. They also do great eyebrows.

Acceptable service. Shaping of my nail was not good, but finding a nail tech that take pride in the shape of the nail is like finding a needle in a haystack.

New to the area. Tech was fast and thorough however it is hard to find a place that can get my nails right. No fault.to the tech. Lifting started only 6 days after getting a full set. Will go back in a pinch but plan to look around for another shop to get the results I want.

Color was pretty and smooth but two of the nails had bubbles popping up in the paint by next day and then after a week more bubbles on more nails. Stick with Crimson Nails!

Wonderful service! Very kind staff and my nails and my friends nails look amazing! When I told them we had an appt. They had us pick colors and got to work. Took much less time than I thought it would to get our mani/pedis done! Loved it!

The best nail salon in Bloomington! Selena is amazing and does an excellent but fast job with gel manicures and pedicures. Also they have a loyalty program where after your ninth visit you receive up to 15% off! They are a great location, clean and close to College Mall.

They messed up my nails They made them look like dollar tree nails then charge me $60 for the full set I even told him no gel but he acted like he didnt hear me and kept doing it. Also had bubbles on them as well.. Horrible nail salon going to a different one next time. I dont recommend this place!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! 10/10 recommend! All the people that were working were super sweet and friendly did my nails absolutely perfect, exactly what I wanted.

I was amazed at how quickly they were able to fit us in. They all worked seamlessly together to accommodate to all guests. The gentleman who did my nails helped pick colors and made sure I liked everything before continuing. Very clean as well!

Took my friend for the first time to get her to nails done, mine were fine, hers look okay until you get to the nail that was supposed to have jack skellington on it, and the one with bats, they do NOT look anything like bats or jack. Crack Skellington is what it looks like. Do not recommend. Poor customer service on top of the prices we paid to get our nails done, which they lied about. Not happy at all.

53 dollars I wanted jack skeleton and I got crack skeleton and bats but I got blobs of black. It was definitely not worth the price for such poor quality. First time having fake nails done and I dont ever want to do it again because it was such a horrible experience.

Johnny did a awesome job on my nails! It was exactly shape length and design I wanted! He made them look so natural looking! They all have friendly staff and felt welcomed for my first time! By far the best nail salon I have been to in Bloomington highly recommend! The price is worth it!

Everyone here treats me so politely! Moderately priced, and I get amazing nails every time! They take really good care of you, and have so many colors to choose from! I LOVE this place! My only complaint is that the wait can be a little long. But they work as efficiently as they can to take care of everyone!

Good service, clean facility but the plainest most basic pedicure I’ve ever had. No extras. No sweet smelling salts in the water, no scrub on the legs, no paraffin wax, no hot rock massage. If you’re used to getting the works, this is not the place to go.

Johnny is the best

The reason I’m leaving 4 stars and not 5 is because of the prices. $45 for a pedicure!! I didn’t even have old polish to be removed. I’ve never paid that much for a pedicure, the place I usually go has THE BEST pedicures and they only charge $30! My toes look cute, but I definitely wouldn’t go back for that price.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. I went in to get a fill with designs and a gel pedicure. During my fill I asked for a trim on my nails and the guy trimmed all the way into my actual nail. Then proceeded to change $110.00 total for everything. The design is horrible and my natural nails are completely ruined. 0/10.

A week ago exactly I was visiting some friends in Ohio. Well we decided to get our nails for my last day there and the woman who did my nails there did a God awful job. She acted like she didnt even care about her work. So I came here to get them redone sense they were breaking off and they did such a fantastic job. I was incredibly happy with how they turned out. The man who did my nails was always making sure I was happy with them and he was so gentle with my hands and took his time. Their prices are a bit high but well worth it.

Me and my daughter came here to get our nails done for her 13th Birthday... had a great experience.. very nice staff.. Will be referring all my friends and family!!!! Im definitely going back... decent pricing on everything they offer to do!!

Service was good, but my nails are horrible. i asked for square shape and they’re practically round, they’re bulky as ever and don’t fit my hand. the prices are way too high for the quality to be this bad. i will never go back & quite frankly i want to take them off.

Very relaxing experience. Arrived a half an hour early for my appointment and then got me in and out within a half an hour. Quick and quality service. $28.00 for a pedicure worth the price. I will definitely go back again.

Lost a repeat customer today. Not only did they raise prices, the polishes were not organized properly. I selected a color from the regular, non-gel section. When I checked out, I got charged $5 more, on top of the new raised price, for getting one with a silver cap. When I showed the lady where I got the polish from, she told me that it was in the wrong place and then proceeded to charge me extra anyway. I took the time to organize their polishes before I left so it wouldnt happen to someone else. Will not be returning.

They have always been Very clean and respectful of my wishes. They understand my exact wishes. I am very specific with how I like my nails done - I like them thin and I like the squoval - NOT Square - NOT Oval but Squoval. They GET THAT! Excellent customer service.

I have been going to Nail World & Spa since I was a student at IU. I graduated and moved to Indianapolis for a job and still drive back to get my nails done. This is by far the best nail salon I have been to. My nails are always perfect and everyone here remembers you by name. I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone and do not trust my nails to anyone else.

I asked for the deluxe pedicure and did not get to pick between the paraffin or a scrub and i did not get a massage. they would not reduce my bill. very disappointed in my visit.

Ive tried several nail salons in the area since Ive been at IU. This salon definitely has the best staff and services. The quality of the gel polish they use is great too, which is so important to me. Save yourself time and go here before trying anywhere else in Bloomington.

Not very impressed went in had a gel polish change and gel pedicure my daughter got full set acrylics my other daughter got a reg mani and eye brow wax....My gel French polish change the French lines aren’t consistent they don’t cover the natural nail line so they do not look right at all they gel they use doesn’t harden and feel smooth it feels sticky almost tacky or like plastic my nails were square tip from reg French manis she rounded them without asking, for the price the quality should’ve been better.My daughters acrylics were fine average jobEye brows looked pretty good except they didn’t get rid of the wax remnantsDaughters manicure 2 nails were messed up and the gentleman who did it said it’ll be ok when it dries well it wasn’tSo overall not total loss but definitely not the place to go for a gel manicure and check what they charge you for they add into itReg acrylic is listed as 30$ we we’re charged 35Nothing extra was provided just overall not an impressive experience

Two days ago I went in to get a normal gel manicure and today my nails are peeling off the GEL polish. I’m very upset. Also not worth $38.50 with the student discount. Very over priced.

Not great I used to go here all the time, then they changed the hours, seems they open whenever also I noticed it has become dirty and the manis and pedis were just mediocre..it is like a cattle call get em in get em out...no more personalized service, so no more of my $$ for you..sorry

I called because I was unhappy with a full set I received, and the manager was very gracious and apologetic, and offered to fix it for free. Ive never had this kind of service with a nail salon before - usually you just get what you get, and there are no fixes or anything offered. Im very happy with the customer service here, and absolutely recommend Nail World and Spa.
