I went to Kevins nails for my bestfriends wedding this past Saturday. We had a appointment and when we got there we picked our color and everyone wanting the same color purple because of it being a wedding. We showed him ideas of what we wanted, and everything we showed him he said they could not do. I wanted dip set he said gel was better, and didnt even let me get the dip set. He also had said we were being difficult and when the bride was asking for our opinions from her bridesmaids he kept saying its what you want not what they want its your nails. And they were also talking about us in their language the intire time. Never going back

Went to get nails done for the first time professionally and I had an amazing experience from Kevin’s Nails! The woman who did mine was very sweet and did an amazing job, I definitely will be coming back!

I like this place a lot, the people are friendly and the environment is calm. I wanted to get these acrylics for my birthday, Tiffany did them for me and they were exactly what I wanted. The prices are good here and they are always clear and honest about price and quality. All their recommendations so far have been on point and accurate.

I love Kevin nails, my mom and I have been going for awhile now and are sure to make an appointment. The staff are all super helpful and friendly. Its always such a relaxing environment too.

I love going to Kevin’s! I’ve never gotten a bad mani/pedi there and the place is always spotless. Kevin is great at making sure his clients are taken care of and will try and accommodate walk ins as best he can. I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for and I am happy to pay a bit more at Kevin’s because you truly do get great service and walk out with great nails!

LADIES!! DO NOT DO NOT COME HERE! I am new to town and went here recently 3 weeks ago and got French tip acrylic nails in which Kevin seemed as though he couldn’t be bothered servicing me but I still gave him the benefit of the doubt and assumed he was just tired only to find out when it was ready for me to soak them off I go to another salon and they told me they used MMA ON ME! MMA ladies MMA IS DANGEROUS AND ILLEGAL FOR NAILS SALONS to use, it is Methyl methacrylate. It was hard and slimy when removing and was easy for my nail tech to remove. I made the mistake by not asking to check the ingredients on the monomer and acrylic before he used it.

Tara is my favorite. Very clean. Willing to listen to what you want. Often busy so definitely call ahead for appt.

I had a great experience here. I got the deluxe pedicure. The tech took his time and really spoiled me. The massage chair is also really great!

I recently moved back to the area and decided to go back to Kevin Nails as I used them in the past and liked their services. However, the service I received yesterday (full set with French manicure) was HORRIBLE! I feel bad even having to say that. The lady that did my nails was nice but she cut the tips waaaay shorter than I wanted. She filed so hard it was painful and she made me bleed. The acrylic is all over the skin around my nails and hurts. There are big gaps between my mail and where the tips are glued on. Just very bad finished product ....my daughter and I will not be returning.

Walked in for a medi pedi for my daughter and I and was just gonna get my son pedi so that’s a total of 3 people. The man say we don’t have time I said don’t have time for what are you all about to close he said no we don’t have time come back around 3 or 4 but 2 other people walk in and you take them and mind you there are open chairs and other nail techs in there too. So why are you turning away my children and I. I really hate places like this cause we are all African Americans you turn us around but the two non African Americans you take with no problem

Today was my first time here and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and how good my nails looked. I will definitely be going back!

I took my sailor for a manicure before she leaves to HAWAII. They did not honor our appointment time and did not even sit us together. My daughters manicure was terrible and the polish came off in three days. The lady did not even file her nails. I got the nail dip, which I have had many times at other salons and absolutely loved!! The lady was rude because I couldnt understand her language and the final color wasnt even what the sample showed, I got attitude from them so I kept it. Now I have two broken nails and its grown out already. I will never go back, we were not comfortable or happy with the service at all.

I’m thoroughly disappointed with everything. I received a full acrylic set and every other turn there were more additional charges. For example shape +5$, length +3 dollars, gel +13 dollars... not to mention i was left with acrylic residue all over my hands, dry crusty hands from acetone and.. when getting my pedicure it was very rushed and not very good i had excess toenail polish all over... i will not be returning this is awful.

Kevin does his nails amazing! Never little nics or cuts. If you make an appointment you’re always guaranteed fast service, I don’t know about walk-ins though. My nails look perfect everytime! And Kevin makes great conversation.

I went into the nail salon and I had a appointment scheduled for noon I came about 15 minutes early. They start in on me right away. Was very good experience all super nice. Kevin was doing my nails and he FaceTime his wife in the middle of him doing my nails. Was is very good pricing. I got a full set for $30. Haven’t decided if I’m going to go back.

I have been going to Kevin for over 6 years and I have never been disappointed by his work. Im so happy he owns his own business now because he is about quality. Not quantity, like other nail salons in town! There may be a wait when walking in... but dont be discouraged... you will not be disappointed. His pedicures are amazing and I always get a full set with gel nail color. It lasts longer and always looks shiny and brand new. Ask for Kevin when calling to make an appointment!

My daughter ( read the previous review) went there to get nails done for prom. ASKED for rounded nails but they squared them off. The man would not listen to her. I called and told them we were not happy, he wanted us to come back in so they could fix them, she had already filed them round (her mistake). They would not refund unless they cut off the acrylics. This place has horrible customer service, DO NOT go there. I would give them zero stars if possible. They do what they want not what the customer requests. He repeatedly told me they know nails. BAD, BAD SERVICE.

They were friendly, but I paid $90 for my nails and feet and my toe polish is already peeling off and I just got them done 4-5 days ago. So definitely NOT worth the money I paid. Also. I don’t like the shape Kevin game me. It’s very uneven and I’m not satisfied for the money I paid. I would not recommend.

Kevin did amazing. he guinely cares about the customers. he told me which nail style would fit my nails best and not the one i wanted because it would have broke with in a couple weeks of having it. he interacting with me and made good conversation. true to price when he says what he says.

The staff are friendly and eager to please. Yvette is very easy to work with and I love how she shapes my nails.

I went in as a walk in and asked for a full set. The guy kept looking at my ring finger as if I couldnt afford them. I asked for the mood nail polish and his response was that it was packed away and he could not retrieve the for me. I politely said ok and walked away. I felt discriminated against and would not recommend any of my colleagues nor my friends here.

Worst service ever.The reason I started getting dip is to avoid uv but this lady did dip and used uv.Now the top coat is going off in 5 days.The lady didnot even trim my nails and while filing she is super reckless,hurt my skin and did not even apply cuticle oil nor moisturizer.Tools are not sanitized as well.They dont have great colour collection as well.

I expected great service from all of the reviews on Kevins Nails, but was utterly disappointed during my appointment. The woman not once asked me what I wanted nor if I liked how my nails were filed. She also very aggressively rubbed lotion into my arms at the end, which left my arms red and throbbing for 20 minutes. She also did not bother rubbing it in completely or even wiping it off so I had to ask them to give me a paper towel to clean my arms off at the end. As I was wiping the lotion off, she left me to scrub her own feet in a pedicure chair, so I had to wait 10 minutes to pay when another customers appointment finished.They seemed to treat their regular customers very well and the nail polish job itself was done well.Overall, I wouldnt recommend.

So needless to say I had to check them out! My daughter and I decided to just stop in and when we got there Kevin had someone there he was working on. He was pleasant and welcomed us. I asked about his services and asked if he had time to do us. He explained that he worked by scheduled appts. This was so that each client got full attention. I was taken aback but agreed and decided to make an appt and not just go to the place I was going before. So anyways, since my daughter and my first appt we havent went anywhere else. I would recommend this place 100 times over. Make an appt and give it a try! 😍
