Elizabeth came to do a move out clean. She didn’t mop, vacuum or do any baseboards. The hardwoods were not touched or cleaned in the slightest. The baseboards were still dusty and filthy. Not worth $200 at all. Won’t be using them again. Owner offered to come do a full free clean which was nice but unfortunately we move out today.

I have to say, I am very disappointed with the clean i received. The part owner Kaitlyn was amazing to work with and was very responsive, but Elizabeth just seemed a little rude while cleaning and she did t sweep/ mop floors. Didn’t take trash out after asked twice to and the stainless steel wasn’t cleaned.We are very disappointed and don’t want anyone to waste their time with this company.

Ill definitely use this company in the future. Very good at what they do!

We have used several local housecleaning services, and Bloomington Housecleaning has been by far the best. Heather cleans our home weekly, and always does a thorough and meticulous job. She works quickly and efficiently, pays close attention to detail, and is an absolute pleasure to have around the house. Highly recommend!!

I was really pleased with Bloomington a housecleaning. I have some rentals I needed cleaned quickly and they not only have me great rates, but showed up on time and really did a great job. The crew was courteous and professional, and the attention to detail was fantastic. Highly recommended.
