Highly recommend! My dog had an accident on my carpet. I called on a Wednesday to check pricing and how soon they could get me in. The guy I talked to (now learning it was the owner) was awesome! He sold me on his customer service! They squeezed me in on Thursday. Two amazing guys called when they were on their way, came in and took care of my issue. Phil came to clean my carpets last week and although I had no idea where my stains came from he was able to remove the stains. My carpet looks amazingly clean, smells fresh and has maintained its renewed fluffiness for over a week. I am so happy with his work and I have already been suggesting him/Papa Bear to many people. If I ever need my carpets cleaned, I will definitely use him again in the future!

I have rental property in Blooming and I live out of state. It sure is always nice to know Papa Bear is there for me. I dont know how I do it but I always pick the messiest tenants. I cant even believe they can get these stains out. They have saved me thousands of dollars over the last three years.

I was very pleased with the work done by the technicians. They were very conscientious about making sure that they removed paint spots in one of the rooms. That took some extra time and effort. I will definitely call them if I need upholstered furniture cleaned in the future.

I called Papa Bear on a Thursday because I needed my carpet cleaned by the weekend. Somehow, they worked me in and were able to clean my carpet the next day. Its been almost a month since they were here and the spots have not returned and the carpet still looks and smells as good as when it was freshly cleaned.

So, I dont write these very often; only if I feel strongly one way or the other.My basic need was getting the carpets cleaned in seven rooms, a hallway, and stairs. I had a difficult timeline I was trying to keep for getting the work done. Phil was able to accomodate me in a timeframe that seemed above and beyond what I was expecting. The exciting part was how well our carpets looked after Phil and his crew were finished. They made the floors look new again. In addition, the carpets didnt take as long to dry as they have using other providers.I will definitely use Papa Bear again.
