Allan & James worked very efficiently and courteously to clean out my air ducts and dryer vent two months ago and the difference is noticeable and measurable (see consistent green line in attached photo). The air in the home is so clean that my purifiers rarely ever need to turn on when set on auto. Thanks so much for the wonderful work!

These folks are wonderful! I scheduled my appointment a week in advance, and James and Allen arrived exactly as scheduled and cleaned out our dryer vent/duct, which had been ignored for many years. Used this company for duct cleaning. During duct cleaning process I had my dog closed off in one of the bedrooms. Turns out that my dog made a mess on the floor and they tracked the dog poo down multiple steps on my stairs. I found out after they left so I did not confront them about it. Also the guy asked me a lot of personal questions about my life (my divorce) and then tried to recruit me into his religion after it was over. I was polite and gave him the Ill think about it. He came back the next day and said he lost a tool and wanted to check if he left it somewhere in my house. Later I found out that his church is the same one that my mom goes to and I heard from a friend that the personal details he was asking me about while working at my house are now being gossiped about at my moms church. Not very professional behavior.---Edit after owner response. Nope wasnt the dog that tracked it and it was completely obvious so the final check owner mentions seems not so great as evident by tech coming back the next day looking for tools that he left/lost somewhere else. I dont feel there was a misunderstanding I feel like I understand the situation perfectly. Mixing religious recruitment tactics with your business can be polarizing. Some people dont mind but in general it detracts from what most people would consider professional behavior hence the critical review on professionalism.

Just had these gentlemen out to clean out our dryer vents. They were very professional, timely, wore masks in the house without being asked (service was during the COVID crisis time period), explained what they were doing, and explained a couple pointers for taking care of the vents in between cleaning.They identified a couple of places for minor fixes (missing flap on exhaust panel thing, loose connection to dryer) that they identified as quick+easy and took care of them for free because they had spare parts on hand.On the whole, a great experience with this Bloomington-area family business. 5/5 - would definitely call again.

Did a great job taking care of our carpet and upholstery cleaning on our chair. He was running a little behind but called me immediately to let me know instead of keeping me wondering. Did a thorough job too. Ive used this company to clean my dryer duct too when is was clogged. Removed what looked like a couple basket ball sizes of lint. Well worth it and affordable.

Would not under any circumstances recommend these people. Their alleged cleaning consists of nothing. You will fill the dust cup on your Dyson with an abundance of crap from the previous resident. Dust, dog hair, dander and just over all dirt. I had to call a much better qualified cleaning service to come and properly clean it. What they (Brothers) pulled out was absolutely disgusting, of course when you do a proper job and know what youre doing youll get results.

These did a great job on my house. I watched them every step of the way. Its a process that takes about 3 hours for about 15 vents. They run a whip like scrub brush thru the duck work. it gets the dust and crap out really good. their machine hooks up to furnace to suck out the dust before it has a chance to settle any where. It was worth every penny. Their also have cheapest prices compared to other companies in Bloomington that were more then double. Great Job!
