The young man did a really nice job. and he was very professional. He however came alone and I needed to assist with moving that we had not done because of the weight of the items and my bad wrist which will soon have surgery. We are not upset with the young man, rather upset with you. He does not control the number of persons working a site.

Everyone that I connected with was very kind and knowledgeable when answering questions. They catered to my needs and helped me pick the services that were right for me. The whole process was quick and easy and their communication was fantastic! I will definitely use them again!

Josh and Cody were so awesome! I asked about the cost of doing a couple kitchen rugs and they offered to do them right then and there. They truly made it feel like we were the only customers for the whole day, not rushed or like “just another appointment on the schedule”. As if they used just water. Minor coffee stains still remains, even dirt from walking still remains. When i complained, manager said this is best we can do. Very poor work done See the picture.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone wanting carpet cleaning/deodorizing/ or carpet protectant. We used this service after putting our dog to rest, who had been sick for a period of time and had frequent accidents in our home. We are expecting a daughter and were very concerned about our flooring. After the service we feel so much better!! Our carpet feels and smells very clean and looks totally revived! Our technician Josh was very polite and informative about the process and how best to care for our carpets after service. He listened to our specific concerns with our flooring and helped us get the best service for our needs. He was very thorough and checked with us through out the cleaning process to make sure it met our expectations. Our home feels so much cleaner and smells wonderful! The men were nice and very friendly. I hired them to deep clean kitchen and bathroom floor tiles and while they did a nice job, I would not rate this service as outstanding as they did not exceed my expectations.

The service was done through out our new home. Carpet, tile, and wood floors before we even moved into our new residence. The issue was that the tech who service our house used the washroom toilet and did not clean up after himself. We had the house professionally cleaned the day before. The second issue was that our stainless steel appliances has some kind of residue on the metal. We called to have it fixed a week after we moved in from another state. The manager used bar keepers friend on the fridge to get off the white spots, but took off the entire finish from the metal. So now we have a two tone color. We are waiting on there claims department to handle the issue. I would suggest to make sure to protect your appliances if its stainless steel. They are taking to long on getting this claim to process.

Zach arrived early, after calling first and was very professional. Weve used SS quite a bit in the past (started at least 30 yrs ago), when weve had more carpet at past houses. One of the areas that didnt come quite as clean as I expected, he went back over just to be sure. Hewas also happy to add on a small additional area that had some traffic wear. My first experience getting my couch cleaned wasn’t the best. It didn’t look clean after and I wasn’t pleased with the services. Literally the day I posted my concern they contacted me and the manager came out. He cleaned my couch again and even added a protectant for me. Very kind. Happy with my services and the communication from the manager.

My roommate scheduled a carpet cleaning for 11am. We no longer live @ the residence so I was having to meet the techs there to let them inside. I arrived at 10:45 to a note on our door saying sorry they missed up. The tech had arrived at 10:25am. No call to either of us. I called & because the tech had left for another job they couldn’t be back til 12-12:30. The woman from the get go sounded unhappy to be assisting. I had things I needed to do so I left the key & asked the woman I spoke with to note where the key would be for the tech to find. I also asked the number be changed to mine since my roommate lives in Colorado, it would just be easier for me to talk to them since i’m still local. She said she left the note & changed the number. She asked how we wanted to handle payment since I couldn’t be there when they were finished. I said just put a card on file & charge it when finished. Gave her the card information & she told me everything was on file for the tech. My roommate texts about 10 min later to let me know the tech had called her, had no idea where to find the key & asked how he should handle payment when finished. Tech was super sweet but their communication & customer service in the office is awful. 2 stars because the cleaning was good & tech was nice.

They came within the time window they said they would. Punkin and Josh worked on our carpets. They went over them multiple times to make sure that they had done a thorough job. They were professional and instructed us about what they were doing and the results we could expect. The deodorizer was very good. We have used Stanley Steamer on our white carpeting since 1995. Their ability to clean this carpet beautifully is amazing! We always have the protectant applied which costs extra but is well worth the extra expense. We heartily recommend Stanley Steamer.

I had the same crew to vacuum air ducts, clean bathroom tiles and clean carpets several months ago and purchased discounted future cleanings then. Today when they came to do the prepaid carpet cleaning and an additional upholstered chair, Dee and Mason were as focused and positive about the prepaid cleaning as the additional request. The steam billowing out and the rapid drying let me know that I was getting the deep down quality cleaning I wanted. Dee and Mason carefully checked to make sure they knew what I wanted and then quickly and efficiently cleaned my carpets. In my youth I cleaned carpets and furniture for high end clients in Beverly Hills, CA and San Diego so I know good work when I see it. I look forward to having them again! The carpet protection has helped me clean up spilled wine and coffee easily, so I always add that. You get what you pay for, and cheaper carpet cleaning methods leave residue that soon attracts dirt.

Prior to the service they explained in detailWhat services were going to be provided. The house is much cleaner and it smells much nicer, somehow overcoming the pet odor from our three dogs. They did a nice job cleaning the living room carpet & kitchen floor. What I did not like were the 3 ruts left in my driveway that were several inches deep. If he cant back up that van on gravel without spinning the wheels & digging into the ground flinging gravel everywhere, maybe someone else should drive. Ill have to repair this before it starts raining tonight.

Steam cleaned stone tile and hardwood floors. The floors looked dirtier than before they were cleaned. We had to clean ourselves after. Total waste of hundreds of dollars. The water residue had shoe prints. Would not recommend for anything other than carpet cleaning.

My girlfriend and I had Stanley Steemer out to clean the air ducts at our new condo after we found mouse droppings in our vents. Tim and Reese were so thorough that we decided wed trust them to clean our dryer vent as well. The blockage in our dryer vent was pretty severe, and we really appreciate that they were willing to take the time to change their approach towards this issue until they got the job done. We both feel like we got our moneys worth, and are very happy to be breathing clean air again!

I just had my carpets cleaned for the first tie because we got a puppy and shes had a few accidents. I will say that the carpets look, feel, and smell great! There were a few small areas that I walked on that the carpet felt a little crunchy... but overall I would recommend!

Most of the carpet was in good shape but the areas needing the most attention received it. Due to the house being sold soon the entire house was cleaned. Both workers did an excellent job!!Stanley Steemer is the best method out there.

The service was to clean the ductwork. Service personnel did not consistently wear masks or shoe coverings as advertised, so we stayed outside during their cleaning. When asked about the camera to be used in ductwork, we were told that was not available in their franchise, even though that was also included in the advertisement. As they were loading up to leave, we had to ask them to remove the sticky covering on the cool air return. They did not sweep up dirt around registers, nor move furniture back that they had moved. Furniture that had been dusted prior to Stanley Steemer was covered with a thick layer of dust after they left our home. One return grate was still covered with sticky tape, and another had big pieces of dusty dirt attached. It almost seems like they blew dirt INTO our ductwork instead of cleaning it out. We have not run either our furnace or air conditioner since their cleaning.

Charles and Michael were AMAZING! Had a last minute surprise visit from my mother in law...coming TODAY! They came in, arrived at 9 gone by 11:30, cleaned 2 carpet areas, a sectional sofa and a chair! Even went over everything multiple time to extract as much water as they could to shorten drying time! She’ll be none the wiser!! So quick, professional, accommodating and had a lot of job prided! Will not use anyone else but Stanley Steemer!

Banged into furniture and walls with equipment. Tracked wet footprints all through my hardwood floors. Had to have them redo a room. Still wasn’t clean. They did my stairway and I couldn’t even tell. It was just wet. Took 30 minutes to do two rooms and a long staircase. I sure won’t be using them in the future.

What the contact person said would be done and what I paid for did not match what the cleaner did. Eight areas were to be cleaned (I gave her measurements [she said ok] and seven were cleaned - the cleaner said the other area was too large (even after I said I told the scheduler the measurements), but didnt drop payment to 7 areas. After the cleaner left, there were 6 ridges in the cleaned carpet. Overall, not a good experience! I wont use again, tho a case could be made that I should have been more demanding and not paid till it was resolved. I wont use Stanley Steamer again.

Our steam cleaning was done by Charles and Kenny. They were very helpful throughout the process. We would welcome them again. Regarding cleaning, it appears to be mostly good but we noticed that some spots still exist and wonder if something more should have been done. Thank you.

I cant give a good review as my hardwood floors did not get cleaned. It wasnt the workers fault who came, it was Phyllis who I spoke with when scheduling that didnt give me details. I felt bad for the 2 guys who came that lost a day of work. They were great and understood but I think the same thing is happening a lot. Hardwood floors when they clean them, pretty much takes the shine off and to get it back, you need the maintenance coat put down. Here is the kicker, all furniture has to be removed and cant be replaced for3-4 hours. You cant walk on it or nothing. This is a job before moving in, not after. So it was no fault of the guys who came. They were decent and very helpful.

BEWARE ! HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE! Had previously used other company that was much better ! Left home in wet contaminated state before remediation w/ us living in it! Took wrong piece of furniture off. Didn’t remove contaminated door. Drywall company that came in behind them to repair commented on how poor of job and condition they left things when they did cutting damage out!

Had my air ducts cleaned. Did some shopping and they were the cheapest for the same work performed. It had been a few years since they had been cleaned so I knew they were dirty. The crew did a great job and seemed to work well together. Showed me how the process worked and how much dirt was being taken out of my air ducts. Showed me before and after pictures. Only issue was how long it takes but, after seeing how through they get with cleaning, that was a mute point. Great job and would differently recommend them to anyone else who needs their air ducts cleaned.

I had Stanley steemer come out to clean the carpets in the house we just moved from, to get it ready to rent, and the outcome was better than I could have hoped for!! The carpets got pretty worn down over time on account of having toddlers and work boots being worn inside accidentally, but they made the carpets look damn near brand new! There is only one spot, which was a super dark grease spot to begin with, that you can still see but it is extremely faint! This was my first time using Stanley Steemer but I promise you it wont be the last!

I have two small children are Tim was excellent with them and me. I will be requesting him from now on. I dont recommend the tile cleaning. It didnt do much. What they did I can do for free.
