Great experience, and by far the best price in town. Louis cleaned our apartment carpet for move-out and got stains out that other companies had left behind when we first moved in. He also cleaned a rug for us for only a small additional fee. Highly recommend!

Was exceptionally pleased with service. Owner worked with me when I had an unanticipated scheduling conflict. Experienced and knowledgeable he treated each stain based on its composition. He was able to treat a high traffic area and make it look new. He didnt rush the work and because of that the carpet looks fantastic. Will definitely use again.

Louie cleaned our white cloth sofa, chair and ottoman a few days ago. I can’t say enough about the quality, service and fair price.Plus, unlike so many other independent businesses today, he returns calls promptly and shows up when he says he will. That’s stellar in my opinion.If you have furniture or carpet that needs cleaning, you should give Louie a call. I think you’ll be glad you did.

We HIGHLY RECCOMEND Discount Carpet and Upholstery. I just had a couple move out of a Rental home that had an unapproved pet, there were some stains I was very concerned about. Louis the owner came to the home himself and got them out with extra work. Louis told us he would be here at 10am and was right on time. My experience with this company was very unsatisfactory. The owner is unprofessional and belligerent. I do not recommend this company.

This guy was supposed to come look at 12 pm. Calls me at 12:30 to let me know he won’t be here for another 45 minutes. Proceeded to let him know my apartment complex was just going to replace the carpets instead and he got all pissed off at me. Very unprofessional and obviously not reliable.
