I called several carpet cleaning places. Terry called me back right away. Lucky for me, he had a cancellation and could fit me in. A nice wool area rug had a red juice spill. When I told him, it was loaded in my truck, he said, he would wait and to bring it right over. Took one look and believed he could get rid of the very visible spill. He texted me the next morning with his results, and said he could get it all out in another day. True to his word, it is now back in place w/o the stain. I will definitely call him again.

Highly recommend Terrys carpet cleaning. He did a fabulous job on some pretty dirty carpeting. He was quick and very friendly. We have no complaints and felt his pricing was much lower than some of the bigger providers. Dont hesitate to call him for any of your carpet cleaning needs.

I highly reccomend Terry. I am a return customer. When I installed new carpeting in my home I took the time to learn how to properly care for my investment. The technique Terry uses is what was described in the literature I received. Twice a year for my carpeted rooms!I also have him clean my sectional couch. The results are amazing!

Terrys has cleaned my carpets many times over many years. I always know that the pet stains and traffic patterns will be dealt with. Very reasonable rates and very thorough process. Much better system than leaving the carpet wet for a long time.

Highly recommend Terry! He has cleaned our carpets, rugs and barstools multiple times and does a great job. He was able to get out some pretty bad stains and made our stuff look brand new. Great value, did a good job. Honest.

This man came to my home and looked at my carpet stating that he could clean it. There was NO stains, just dirt from having daily, heavy, foot traffic in and out. He vacuumed then steam cleaned with ancient looking equipment. Took 2 hours. Once I came out to access the work done he immediately began to state why it doesn’t look clean. Stating that he couldn’t clean the carpet well because my family walks around with lotion on their feet. I paid him because I was home alone and didn’t want to argue with a stranger. He took the money as if he earned it. Feeling taken advantage of I let my husband know what happened and sent pics. He then decided to call Terry back for a refund and the man laughed and insulted us. He’s work was less than subpar! I’d never recommend him to ANYONE! 36 years in the business he said, well I’d say it’s time to retire. And this is putting it nicely. I saw in the comment section of Facebook that he’s a Christian. I’d beg to differ with the conversation he had with my husband. Never again. However, we all reap what we sow. Hope that $75 was worth it Terry.

I am the owner of Terrys carpet cleaning. This is in response to a review left by Debbie Russell. I cleaned carpets for her a few times before and there were no problems. In fact they were very happy with the results. The first times were for one of there rental properties. The last time was at her residence. After this cleaning she lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They did not find that I did anything unsatisfactory. Information on this complaint can be read by going to the better business bureau website. Before you make her review a deciding factor please note that I have been in business over 30 years and hers was the first complaint EVER with the Better Business Bureau. In fact ever since they dealt with the situation they have been contacting me to become and accredited member due to my A+ rating.

Heres a few things you cant take for granted: A person who does what he says! Terry showed up at the appointed time and was courteous and professional.On the phone he quoted 85 dollars for 3 rooms and a hallway. When Terry arrived he saw that the rooms were smaller than he originally thought so he charged only 65 dollars! He did a fantastic job on my carpet in about a hour.I highly recommend him over the competition. He goes out of his way not to over charge you and he does excellent work. Needless to say, I am very pleased with his work.Just had Terry clean my carpet in a different apartment and once again hes done a terrific job. On time, professional and courteous. I would and have recommended him to all my friends and associates. Thanks Terry!

Terry did a wonderful job bringing the carpets back to life at an investment property I have here in Bloomington. He did showed up and got it done when he said he was going to, for a fair price and had great communication. I will definitely be using Terry in the future.

I steam cleaned my own carpet upon move out, but my apartment complex was going to charge me $1,200 to replace the entire carpet due to pet stains. I could not get the stains out. I called Terry and he got right back to me with availability. He came over and cleaned up all the stains with pet enzymes, vacuumed, and shampooed the entire apartment for just $90. The stains were gone, the smell was gone, and my apartment complex said they no longer needed to replace the carpet. Terry was very friendly and professional. He also saved me from having to pay for an entire carpet replacement. I highly recommend Terry!

Based on these reviews, and friend recommendations, I called Terry. Big Mistake. my first question was: Are you insured or bonded? He said no. I thanked him, and was about to hang up when I was subjected to a tirade about why I must be crazy for wanting someone insured to work in my home when all it would do would increase the cost. I DIDNT CALL BECAUSE HES CHEAP, for goodness sakes. I then tried to end the conversation politely, but that was when the verbal abuse began.If youre looking for someone to call for a random argument, call this guy. Other than that, hes clearly not interested in attracting new business with this attitude.
