Excellent customer service! Cleaned, sanitizer and removed odors in my carpet and area rug. Where able to lift of many of my pet stains as well as improve the smell. Fast! The cleaning process was fast. The drying time was also pretty impressive for the work done, especially in my area that had to be heavily treated to take care of animal damage.

Moving into a new home we contacted Chem-Dry of Illinois to clean the carpets beforehand. We had poor cell service and they were willing to work with us through text and email and were very responsive! Setting everything up was very easy. They were very professional in the home. The house looks great and we are at ease bringing our family to this new place to crawl and play on the carpets. We would reccomend them to everyone!

We have carpets that are 21 years old and had a large Labrador living on them for years. While we had the carpets cleaned annually by a different company, they were not cleaning up very well. Our dog recently passed and we decided that it was time to clean and/or replace the carpets. I contacted Deb at Chem Dry and explained that there was one light colored carpet with dog body oil stains that I wasnt sure was worth cleaning. She said that they would look at that room when they were out cleaning the rest of my carpet and let me know if they thought it would clean up satisfactorily. Todd said it should and it now looks better than it has for a very long time! Todd and Jared were courteous, professional and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Chem Dry.

I had Chem-Dry come out to clean a 30+ year old sectional and loveseat. When scheduling the appointment, Deb was very helpful with identifying the upholstery material and identifying the cleaning options that would work best. On the day of the cleaning, Todd was on time and very professional. He thoroughly examined the furniture, explained the cleaning process, and verified the quote. Half way through the cleaning, he showed me what had been cleaned and how they were able to lift the stain. I was very happy with the quality of work, friendliness of staff, and price point. I would confidently let Chem-Dry back into my home for another cleaning.

Purchased a new home and previous owners had pets. Since my spouse is highly allergic to pet dander we decided to have the carpets cleaned and sanitized. I am thrilled to say that it was well worth it, and a fraction of the cost of what new flooring would have been. We are living quite comfortably with no major allergy problems. The Chem-Dry staff was very professional and thorough. We even had the come back to sanitize the tile floors. We would highly recommend them to our friends & family.

I contacted them on Saturday and they were out by Wednesday morning. The owner and his son did the job. They were right on time, very respectful of our house, using drop cloths to protect hard surface flooring. He talked through the process with me and made sure we agreed to the plan. They were efficient and were in and out in around an hour. Carpets look and smell great! Also they were running a deal, so it seemed affordable too!

Overall excellent experience!! Had carpets and a couch cleaned, I am so happy with the results. Will be contacting them again shortly to have the main floor Carpets cleaned.
